This shop lied to me about the rules, causing me to be charged a lockout fee of $60 and the lost use of my car over the new years holiday, ruining my plans. Very unsavory business practice. I would give them 0 stars, but it is not an option. Im going to try my luck across the river in Portland, I suggest you do the same. Good luck my fellow slaves to the state! Stick with it!

They are a scam, not only will you pay a ton of unnecessary fees, but their interlock system sucks, This company is known for not telling people that their system takes a huge of toll on vehicle batteries, causing cars to die. Very disappointing, they will not pay for their mistakes (towing fees). I had a new battery installed not too long ago and it’s started going bad the day the interlock was installed. Save your self the stress & stay away from these crooks!

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Don’t even bother with this company. I got locked out after getting gas and when I called the company the lady I spoke to said I could drive with it still. But when I went to the Vancouver location they said it was “ tampering”. They don’t care about there customers, only their wallets. Save your time and money and please look somewhere else. Use my poor experience to help you find a better alternative.

I wish i could give Greg more then 5 starts he has been nothing but amazing this whole time Iv had my interlock. He had been always prompt with any question or concern Iv had he is alway a email away. Lifesafer sucked but he made my experience alot easier defently would recommend him to anyone he goes above and beyond.

And one star is one to many. The device malfunctioned which set it up to go into lockout. Had it serviced and calibrated and then I had met ALL the requirements on my 4 month compliance per DOL yet they told me that they would take 5-7 business days to review it and decide if they will send report to DOL and to call back then to see if they had. When I called back they told me DOL had extended me. THIS WAS A LIE! I called DOL to follow up and they have not received ANY report from lifesaver. Fights on!

Worst customer service!!!! Greg the technician on the other hand is beyond helpful! Super long story but in short this company should be sued. Please never use their service. I cannot overstate that enough!!!!

The absolute worst service I have ever had. The people at did the install we great but the company sucks. I scheduled an appointment to get the install done, then found out that the kid that scheduled my appointment screwed up and gave me the wrong location and by then it was to late. I had to miss work for nothing!!! When I finally go the device installed then told be it would only take a few day for them to contact the DMV with the confirmation of the install BUT IT HAS TAKEN THREE WEEKS. I have called both the DMV and Lifesafer to get answer but just seems like Im chasing my tale. Someone is screwing up over there bad.

I don’t understand why the bad reviews except people having a bad attitude for having been punished for breaking the law. My overall experience here was far better than any of the stories I’ve heard about other places.After intoxilox trying to sell me over the phone then sneaking in hidden charges I followed through with Lifesafer and even waited till I was done to even think about writing this review. It being done and said I’m proud to say I had zero issues my whole way through this... Of course the device was annoying but that’s the whole point right? Zero false positives, now drainage of the battery and Greg was professional all the way through it, needless to say he’s been doing it for over 10 years so I was able to rest assured.If you got a dui and they are telling you that you have to get an interlock device, then I’d recommend this company 10/10.

The people who work at this location are very helpful and have great customer service skills. On the other hand, the company itself are the total opposite. They hired people who are dumber then a box of rocks. ( assuming they hire people from Comcast ) My head gasket was bad. Cyl 3 had a compression of 30 while cyl 4 had 115. We called to let them know that we had to do a head gasket job and it would take a couple of days to finish plus getting the parts ordered. They said “ that’s okay we can reschedule your appointment for next week.” Got the head gasket done and when we went to start we where at lockout mode. Called the people back and this lady who I assumed has never even opened the hood of her car, she told me “ your car was inactive for 3 days, so we locked it out”. I told her “ I had to do a head gasket job, the car was not running the intire job. We called you ahead of time to let you know.” To her response “ so the car isn’t running?” I laughed at this point and said “ yes, the car cant run with out a head gasket, hence the name heads!!” There was a long pause and a snotty remark with an attitude that was uncalled for. I asked for her manager and that’s when she said to go ahead and tow it to the Vancouver location so they can unlock it. It’s been nothing but problems here. Please go with another company and I hope the poor souls who work at the Vancouver location can find another job with a much better company they deserve.So I called corporate and left a voicemail about what happen went to the gas station just now and they locked me out. Please don’t ever use this service. They will screw you in every single way they can. PLEASE DONT EVEN BOTHER TO USE THIS STUPID IDIOTS
