This place was owned by a private couple. To my understanding, it just went back to a corporate chain. Night and day with service.When the couple owned it, I ordered a $35 Groupon front end alignment. Great deal. Great service. Super nice lady.So I ordered a second Groupon and used it today. The new lady was very abrasive and tried to hose me with a $30 Inspection Fee in addition to the Groupon. I explained I already rebuilt my front end from the ground up. New shocks, brakes, steering, ball joints, steering arms, CV Axels. Every thing. I just needed an alignment. I also explained how the nice lady went through last time did not give me this headache.Her response, that lady quite and she did it all wrong! All wrong! If you have a loose bolt on your ball joint, we are not responsible! I was like, I know! In just told you I rebuilt my front end! Nothing is loose! But she still tried to sell me unnecessary services. The ol bait and switch. I would not go back or recommended thier Groupon now that it is corporate owned. Buyer beware!
(Update 2: I took my car to a competent mechanic at a well known auto chain and they fixed my alignment correctly in less than 30 minutes. GO FIGURE!!!)(Update: I was never informed of repairs, and no repairs need to be done; it was just lazily done wrong in the first place. Im going to an actual mechanic that wont lie to me and take my money.)Dont waste your money, they cant even do a wheel alignment correctly. I took my car in to have the wheels aligned AND the steering wheel aligned with that wheel alignment... MY CAR STILL PULLS TO THE RIGHT!!!!!! I called them and left a message, no response!!!!! Dont get the groupon either, groupon will screw you over and not give you a refund. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!

My warranty company recommend this shop and scheduled my appointment. However There was a miscommunication about my schedule that was my fault but when I explained the situation they were accommodating and were able to get my car in. The front desk employee was extremely friendly and professional. They understood that this was my only vehicle and they worked hard to get it repaired in one day. I would definitely recommend this shop

They dont honor the alignment Groupon. They call you a few days before your scheduled appointment (which is weeks in advance) and make up some bologna about how why they have to cancel it. Keep trying to get it and they make up more excuses. The machines broke; The tires have too much wear (Im putting on new tires, hence the alignment); Then after you put the tires on theyve run out of excuses and just tell you to get your money back from Groupon. Complete waste of time.Edit: Redacted Groupon purchase and call logs uploaded showing calls to and from shop when Groupon purchase made and calls to me when shop canceled my appointment. BTW I entered the shop at 1:01 PM with the new tires on and waited for the receptionist to finish talking to another customer who was dropping her car off for a/c service or something. When they finished talking I said I got the tires on and the receptionist said she nothing about a queue. She said she was refusing to provide service based on some bogus allegations of mistreatment, or something like that. I didnt buy it and figured she was gaslighting me to avoid honoring the Groupon. Insaid nothing more and just left. Dont believe me? Call the other customer who was there in the room. FYI I considered the receptionists comments to be slanderous and Im suing your company for false advertising, breach of contract and slander. Your legal dept. will get served soon enough. Court is August 23.
I’ve been goin here for years now. They are an honest crew! I may have gone in for only an oil change but they let you know if anything else is goin on & whether it’s urgent or not.
Didnt rotate tires as part of the package I purchased. Still good customer service and pricing, but didnt do all that was assigned.
Carmax supposedly set up an appointment for my pickup to be serviced here, but they had no appointment scheduled. Precision Tune performed a diagnostic, but the vehicle was beyond their expertise and graciously did not charge me for the diagnostic. Thank you!
I have been taking my cars here for a few years. They have always been so nice and not trying to upsale me. They also went out of their way to help me with an alignment they didnt have the stuff for. Would recommend for sure
I was charged $70. for them to say they dont have the right tool (Breakout Box) to diagnose my Rangers fast idle. Erggggg! Most companies would be too embarrassed to ask for money.
My son took his car in for brakes. They didn’t fix them correctly so he took time off from work a second time to get the work corrected but they still failed to fix the problem. He then went to a reputable service shop who informed him the work PT claimed they had done was in fact not done. When he took the paperwork back to PT for a price adjustment they refused stating that technically they were no longer responsible since he went elsewhere to have them fixed. This is unbelievable! They put his life at risk by sending him out with faulty brakes that they had two opportunities to fix and didn’t yet they expected him to return again to have them fixed and lose even more work time? Horrible! We’ve gone there for over 20 years but never again!! Horrible!!

Very honest, above and beyond work at a low rate. Went in for an oil change and they checked my battery and even saw my air filter wasnt on correctly and adjusted it on the way out. Top notch 👌
They gave me an estimate of over $800 for front and back pads and rotors. My next highest estimate was $399. I wont be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car in for an oil change they broke the down spout for my oil now oil is leaking all over the top of my engine. I then took it back in to them and they claim that they didnt break it and wouldnt do anything about it. I have called their corporate office and left a message but havent heard back. Extremely upset that I now have to deal with this. My car is now basically parked and it is my only vehicle.

I’m pretty sure the owner on this place is so cheap that once someone buys one of there coupons on Groupon that persons phone number goes to them and they do anything they can to not honor the coupon. I’ve tested this my self by using two different phones. Also read through the reviews notice that everyone who used Groupon wrote a bad review.
Took my 15 c300 in to have the belt replaced. It was squeeling really badly. I didnt feel like driving down to Wilsonville just for the belt. Service was fast and prices seem fair. I will start bring my car here for oil changes and routine maintenance. Andy is friendly, would have like to talk to him more about F1, but I had errands to run after picking up my car.

I was referred by CarMax to get my car serviced here, since I purchased the CareMax extended warranty when I bought my car from CarMax, this place is contracted to service customer vehicles. The people were knowledgeable and helpful when explaining what will be done, what needs to be done and what could wait. My only complaint is when I got my car back it was missing the engine cover. Since they told me I would need to get a new car battery soon, a friend of mine, who just happened to have a spare, wanted to take a look under the hood to see if his would work. Thats when I noticed the engine cover was missing. When I called them they told me they would try to figure it out, asked me for my contact information and told me they would call me back. Its been a month since then and still no word back yet. Frustrating to say the least. For an Auto shop contracted with a big dealership, like CarMax, and how well and fast they did the work, you wouldnt expect an oversight as this. Im not sure what the next step is but I will reach out to CarMax and see what they say. Other than that, the service and communication with me was great.

It smelled of cigarettes and pot... not the ideal atmosphere. I had ordered a Groupon that said oil change and wiper blades but at the end they told me my vehicle was not eligible for the wiper blades (not a big deal). When I got into my vehicle there was oil EVERYWHERE on my door handle all over my steering wheel and console, along with huge dirt clumps on the floor. I understand its mechanic shop but I have never received my car back after an oil change looking like that! It wasnt worth the discount still $25 dollars (Jiffy Lube will do it for that price and they vacuum your car for free!) The lady working the front was the only nice thing about the place. She was a sweetheart.

I needed wheel alignment done as Discount Tire where i bought 4 new tires does not do alignment. The Precision Tune Auto Care did it promptly (no reservation) and at price much less than at Les Schwab. I am satisfied first time customer.
I had my car towed here because it stopped in the middle of the road. Towed it there paid $95 to diagnose it. Told the receptionist I had a warranty from my car insurance. A month and a half later my car gets fixed.. charging me 2,000 worth of labor for a simple issue. I would never return or recommend anyone going here. Staff is never happy or willing to try or work for that matter. Terrible service.

Sarah is incredible in her knowledge of automobiles and her skill is the best on customer service and delivery. Talk to her about any automobile problems, parts or service needs and shes on top of it all. The work quality done in the sop is fantastic also. The challenge with a place like this that is 5 star, is the demand is strong so its hard to get in....but so worth the wait!

My husband and I went here when we just got a new ( to us) used car to get they’re $39.99 deal for a tune up that is advertised in a giant sign by the building, we get there after talking with the lady at the front desk they tell us ok that $170...? Hmmm what? We ask about the $39.99 deal and some large man with a gray beard comes from the shop and tells us not every car is the same for that deal...then why have a sign saying $39.99 tune up? My husband (who doesn’t like to argue) says whatever we talk them down a little it’s an older car we don’t need there $17 spark plugs! And I did find a $20 coupon online. So they start working on our car, we are walking down the street at this point, they call us and Shocker the starter went out...it was working great until they touched it!!! My husband even went to try it and nope could not get it started, I don’t want to accuse them...but I’m pretty sure they did something to it so an extra $400!!! Later we finally get our car! I don’t not recommend this place! Rude people they take advantage because you’ll be stuck there if they don’t fix it! They use the $39.99 sign to get you in but you end up paying WAY MORE THEN EXPECTED! Saw a lot of people using Groupon oil changes though! That’s the only positive thing I saw

Dealer charged $106 to diagnose then wanted $1,174 to repair. I lost the $106 to diagnose but declined the repair, called Precision and they not only had it all done, same day, but I also got my front two windows tinted, all for literally half the price of the dealer. This makes 2 for 2 great encounters with this particular shop and I am entirely satisfied with service and performance!
Courteous service, careful service. I came in thinking Id need a tune-up, a brake job, and more. My car was examined and I only needed a Premium Oil Service (I think that was the name they gave). They contacted me early to let me know the status, and were patient and courteous with my questions. This place came highly recommended and now I will recommend it highly too!

A rare find in auto repair! Honest prompt service. Took our car in for an alignment after getting new tires from Discount Tire. They checked it out and found it didnt need alignment. Gave a check sheet, a no charge bill and I was off. Thank you very much!!!
Great experience. They are the only ones my insurance company allows a free tow to if your car breaks down. They did great work on the repairs at a reasonable price. A warranty item came up after some time and they took care of it without hassle. I will definitely be bringing my car in here if we have any other issues.

Precision Tune Auto Care was quick, efficient, and did so much more than what i asked for. Topped off lots of fluids, did a few extra checks for me to let me know whats going on with the rest of my vehicle. Very nice people. Would definitely recommend.
When I called, the front desk lady was very friendly and answered all of my questions. When I arrived, she helped me quickly and my car was taken care of immediately. They explained everything that was going to be done and when they werent able to do a particular repair, they did not charge me. I was even given suggestions on cheaper places to go to to get other repairs done, which surprised me. I appreciated their honesty, though.
A number of months ago I went to another business for a quick repair. They told me I needed a complete set of rear breaks. I did not think it was needed, so while having an Oil Change this time one of your technicians checked on them. His report back to me was one of seeing no need to replace or even repair the existing breaks. This was a $800 savings as thats what the other company wanted to fix them. So yes very pleased with the service and honesty. Also the lady in the office was very pleasant and prompt with the paperwork.

**DONT USE THEM** I have to say the lady who answers the phone is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with not only is she very rude but all in all it sounds like she’s unhappy with her job and takes it out on everybody else. I have bought the Groupon five different times and I’ve had to get refunded because I’m never able to get in unless I don’t work and I have to come between the hours of 8 and 10 AM. Save your money and go to a company who will not only be respectful but who can take care of your car needs in a timely manner. I have other friends who have had some of the same issues I am encouraging them all to write their reviews as well. That way it will reflect how bad of a company this really is. If you read the other reviews that pertain to the Groupon as well it’s all the same stuff rudeness, Unprofessionalism.

Never going back or recommending. My experience here was that the staff was nice enough (its bad business not to be), but the actual work was way overpriced. I was quoted just under $900 (maybe more, I was told over the phone) for a $170 water pump and $30 serpentine belt replacement, marked up over 200 and 300 percent respectively on the final estimate. According to the Land Rover repair times searcher, it should only be a 1 hour job for any mechanic worth his salt, but Calvin here wanted to charge over $250 for labor. I know Im just one person, and he might actually treat other people great and not overcharge them so much. That said, it seems to me he didnt want the extra business, so hes got his wish from me.

I am a major die hard import tuner enthusiast. My addictions are late night drag and road racing so Im always looking for the best alignments and deals. For less than $50 my fully adjustable suspension/camber/toe was dialed in perfectly by Brian Duran. Because of his skills Im forever a customer of PTAC.

I really like this place!! Normally, I go to JL for my oil changes because I can go on my lunch break at work. But I decided to try PTAC from a Groupon. I can say 100% honestly that I will come back even without the Groupon. Sarah is awesome, I had my dogs with me and they were very welcoming to them waiting with me. The wait wasnt very long because I chose a good time to come in. I heard someone tell me once (in reference to veterinary care) A busy vet is a good vet and I firmly believe that true when it comes to automotive care. Dont let the wait times scare you off. It is worth it for the service, both auto and customer. Their pricing is competitive as well, which definitely helps!!
If there is one thing that I can rate Precision Tune Auto Care is their attentiveness to being professional. I just came in for an oil change, confidence that my car was well taken care of. I used a groupon that I had bought for an oil change and AC recharge. They were very personable and kind from the beginning to the end. I was aware that my AC recharge would probably not work to fix my AC but they still continued to try it and not only once but twice and then took the time to figure out what could be wrong. They explained their services and I didnt walk out having to pay for any extra hidden costs and I was very satisfied with their service and will continue to go to them for my auto needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
Called them to see about a tune up, had them inspect my vehicle, said everything was all good. 3 weeks later now my clutch is out and im selling the car, would have been nice if they would have said anything pertaining to the matter, but they did there job and got my money. wouldnt advise using these guys or honest 1 auto, ive been burned by both now.
I came in for a needed wheel alignment. I work til 330 and told them the earliest I could make it to the shop would be 345-350pm. Front office employee said they cant help me because they close at 5pm and sometimes need up to 1.5 hours to complete a alignment. Offered no other solution to help solve this issue and gain my current or future business. Ive never taken any of my vehicles here and wont return. I will let my friends and family know this poor first impression. I suppose at this location closing time is Closing Time. No exceptions.

I have really come to appreciate the honesty at the Vancouver shop and I am a very loyal customer. For example, last month I went in for an oil change and they looked at my car and came out and said Hey, you dont need an oil change yet. I trust these people. I know that they wont do me wrong. Plus, my car is old as the hills and they keep it running great and dont charge me an arm and a leg for it.
Came in after getting an estimate on an oil change. Final price was a few dollars less than initial estimate, great! Female receptionist was friendly and made sure the mechanic used the type of oil I had asked for. This seems like a high traffic location, as they accept groupons. The family before me didnt look too happy waiting for their vehicle, but I guess they didnt realize how long the job would take. As for me, no problems, even got a friendly wave when all was done. I would come back here in the future.
I called to make an appointment for an alignment and spoke with Sarah. She made an appointment for the 12th at 1:00. Came in for my appointment and she said I wasn’t in the system and had no appointment. I was frustrated considering I live in Tigard, took one hour to get there with traffic. But I needed to go in because I had a Groupon voucher that was going to expire. Sarah was very nice though and asked me if I could come in at 8 the next day and said “let me tell him (whoever him is) that you’re coming in because we usually don’t do 8 o’clock appointments. I said okay, great. I was impressed with her customer service skills.Came back at 7:55 today and there was 2 customers already there. Calvin was at the front desk. I told him I had a 8:00 appointment. He said “No you don’t. We don’t do 8:00 appointments. If you spoke to Sarah she told you to come between 8-10, she did not tell you to come at 8 for an appointment”. Like okay? Mr. Calvin you were not there when she spoke to me. It would of been different if he was nice about it, or even offer an apology for the misunderstanding, but he wasn’t very friendly and sounded a little frustrated. When he was asking me questions about my car he sounded a little annoyed.Also, these Latino guys came in after me, 1 didn’t know how to speak English so his friend was helping him translate. They left their car there for a service and when they walked out the door, Calvin said out loud to himself “ That’s not what I like for business”...what does that even mean!? Regardless what he meant by it, it was inappropriate to say out loud in a room full of customers. I’m hoping that this isn’t how he usually handles his customers and maybe he was having a stressful morning or something that day. He wasn’t the rudest associate I have came across in my life, but he was enough to make me feel uncomfortable to return.Although I am disappointed, I gave it 3 stars because Sarah was very nice and they were still pretty quick to service my car. Only about 1 hour with 2 people ahead of me.
Sarah was really helpful with her excellent customer service getting me in same day and offering a special which saved me some cash. This is the second time I have been to Precision because I knew that they dont suggest unnecessary repairs. I would highly suggest these guys over anyone in the area.

Unfriendly, unhelpful complete thieves. My car insurance towed my sons jetta to this shop. We left the keys with a note to please contact me with information. They did their $112 diagnostic without contacting me. Then gave me a $900 bid on a fuel pump problem. Everywhere else we compared with were hundreds of dollars less. HUNDREDS! I paid the ransom & got the car towed home to do the $50 fix on our own. The shop wouldnt even give a part number or any info, just took the $112 and couldnt have cared less. I was told after waiting an hour that they could not do a alignment that I already paid for on Groupon and which was redeemed. The guy said I needed to replace my wheel bearing on my 2012 Honda accord that had 57k miles on it . I had to have some repairs done on my car from another car hitting my car parked so I took the car to the insurance. No alignment needed to be done on my car at all with proof and paperwork to show the numbers and my wheel bearing doesnt need to be replaced there was no noise just as I thought was strange in the first place. Im going to cooperate with this be careful!!!!
Dont miss out on this great place. The people here are honest and FAST. I mean an oil change in less than 30mins, free WiFi, free coffee, the people are really friendly. I dont know how I lived in Vancouver so long and just now found this place. They did a great job, really quickly. After having another national oil change company strip out my oil pan threads Ive never taken it in to be done, usually just did it myself. These guys save me the hassle. Thanks Precision!
These guys and lady out there are fantastic. The only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars is because someone broke one my straps on my removable car seat warmer and didnt even apologize.
I went in at 12:10 and was told I could be seen at 1:30. I had a Groupon and Sarah then told me I couldnt be seen because my services would take to long( they close at 3). I looked up the difference between their regular oil change and mine and the tire rotation was the most time consuming portion but together shouldnt have taken more than 1.5 hours. I wrote a note that outlined how I was refused services and asked for a signature, to which was declined I said I was taking a picture of the note (as a time stamp) and the woman left and hid behind a wall watching me. I waited so I could explain I was going to write to Groupon but when she came out she said they could see me, the guy from the back said he would skip his lunch and I said I dont mind waiting until 1:30 I just wanted to be treated fairly. I sat and waited.Within 15 minutes both customers who were ahead of me received their keys and being the only other person at the time, my car was taken back--well before the 1:30 time given originally. My car received an oil change and tire rotation and I was handed my keys at 1:13, if I can include a picture of the service receipt Ill include it (this is my first Yelp review). They were rude and talked to me like I was an idiot until they realized I wasnt ignorant. While I was there three other people were accepted for service (one of which was an oil change). How could they have taken 3 people, one with an oil change but not accept one oil change with a tire rotation?? It didnt make any sense and I was extremely disappointed due to other good reviews regarding them.
I found this place and Groupon and figured I’d give it a shot to get an alignment. I tried making an appointment and no one got back to me for 2 days, so I just went into the shop. The lady was extremely rude when I told her no one has gotten back to me about an appointment. She said she could get me done by 5pm, but couldn’t give me more of an estimate than that. I said ok and gave her my keys around 11 am and got a call about 1pm saying that they weren’t going to be able to work on my car because it was a 1986 and not in their computer system. I asked why they couldnt let me know before making me wait and she was extremely rude once again and asked me to leave. Horrible experience and waste of time.
They were amazing!!! Very helpful with my concerns and we will definitely bring our vehicles back in the future!!!!!!
Never much of a wait. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the the service they provide. I take both of my cars there!
Precision Tune is the only place where I can trust Im treated equally as a woman with a car that needs servicing. Never do I anticipate the big car talk that I then have to spend time researching in order to believe it. I totally trust Precision Tune at 6920 East 4th Plain Boulevard. Thank you!
Got a great deal off of Groupon for this place. They did a great job & were very quick!
This place is a joke! Waited a half hour to get a price quote on a full tune up to be told it was 547!? An oil change runs 30-40$ so they are charging me 470$ to change my distributor cap, spark plugs and wires? Laughable. I will never set foot in this place again.
