Fantastic experience. Paul was helpful and got me in quicker than expected. He said my Volvo s60 can get taken care of in the next day or so and it was ready when he said it would be. Very very happy with these guys and will be coming back and recommending them to others.

He was surprised by how fast they were able to fix his issues and their quality of work was top notch. They dont try to up-sell you on things you dont need. Very honest and their prices are fair. My family have been going to Peters Imports for decades. A couple shop managers and technicians have been there the 20 some odd years we’ve been taking our cars to them. Paul and Ted are the absolute best and always take care of me and my family and anyone I refer their way. Chris in the parts shop, has always gone the extra mile to find the part I need. Always get shout outs and waves from them when we walk our dogs. Love being their neighbor and feel lucky to have a buisness/friends you can trust. Always have the best warranties that they 100% stand by.

Had a head gasket and valve work done on my Honda Element. Had just bought it and it wasnt running. They got it running and its really going well. Exactly as quoted. Ive had other work done there in a more classic car and it was also running like a champ when they finished. Handy too that they have a parts service co-located next door. Solid mechanics.

Owning a foreign car is a love/hate relationship (08 BMW X3si😑). I wish I would have had some experts check it over before buying, but at least I found some that can properly fix it and deliver the bad news on what else needs fixed 😑. Nothing but professionals here that know their specialty (and will teach you a bit), and its comforting to see a parking lot full of other foreign cars. Ill be back.

Ive owned 5 VWs. Proper maintenance is a must. The dealership charges a hefty price. So I get the job done properly and save some money by having these guys do the exact same job the dealership would do. Never once have I had a issue. I service my 2008 BMW X3 at this shop. These guys are Professional and provide excellent service. They are honest people, I feel respected every time am there. The Owner is personable and cares.I would recommend this place for imported car service. I havent been disappointed yet.

Peters Import / Bartosh is my absolute favorite shop in town. Peters is the shop and Bartosh is the parts shop. All inclusive. Ted, the owner has got to be the most straight up auto shop owner/operator Ive come across in a long time. Not only is he friendly and cordial, but he knows that good customer service will ensure repeat business. His prices are fair and his staff is extremely talented. They do an amazing job and will back up their work. I recently had my GTI in have the fuel injectors replaced and my valves walnut blasted. My car has never driven so good or been so responsive. They completed my car in the timeliest of manners for a fair and honest price and I am a customer for life.As for Bartosh, the parts shop. Chris is the best parts manager! He is quite knowledgeable and has never let me down. I have 7 VWs in our family, and I have been getting all of our parts from Chris for years. He started out as my parts guy, and is now what I consider to be a great friend. I love to go in and pick up my parts and chat with the guys in the shop.If you are in need of a good repair shop, or even just parts for your own DIY, Peters Import/Bartosh is the place to go. 5 star service for sure. You will not be disappointed!!

These folks have become my ace-in-the-hole place to go downtown when I need a small but important repair. Today it was a simple blinker bulb replacement. I say simple because Ted and Paul made it simple. Each time I have come to Peters for help, they have treated me like I was their most important customer. Their location, service, and friendliness make visiting them a pleasure.

These guys are professional, highly competent, and honest. I own a 2008 Subaru Forester and have little knowledge of how to keep my vehicle in good working order. I just know that if Im hearing a sound while driving, something isnt right. I have taken my Forester in several times to this shop and every time they have fixed the issue the first time. The most recent problem my vehicle had confirmed my decision to continue coming here. Paul told me that they might need to do an extra repair due to some rusting of a part in the wheel which was going to cost an additional $500 or so. I told them to do it (knowing it would cost double the original price quoted), but before picking up my car he called me back and said they didnt need to do it, the mechanics had been able to repair the issue without this. I really appreciate this honesty and will continue coming here whenever I need something addressed.

These guys really know their stuff! I spoke with Paul for a short period of time describing my car troubles and within 10 minutes he knew exactly how to fix it. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and was pleasant to work with! It was inexpensive, extremely helpful, and now my car runs better than it ever has!

I am not very trusting at all when it comes to auto mechanics except for Peters Import. I totally trust them. They have never done me wrong. They are the only mechanics I will allow to work on my vehicle. Their communication, knowledge, service and communication is superior and they are all really nice. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Peters is the only place I let work on any of my vehicles. Im super picky when it comes to who touches my cars, let alone works on them. Theyre great at what they do, show excellent craftmanship, and install the best parts to ensure you dont come back with an issue. Theyve treated me great, and my family has been going there for many years now. Everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable, and I cant thank them enough for what theyve done for me. This shop is a must-go for your automotive needs!

Ive had mixed results going here. One issues had to be taken care of three times before it was cleared up. Appointments were not established and information was not transferred to the appropriate people. Its gotten better recently, but Ill be looking for another full-time repair place soon.

They are very attentive to detail and with reasonable prices. They will work on your car as if it was theirs. The owner, his technicians and customer representative are Excellent!

Ive had very good luck with Peters. Theyve been able to schedule me on short notice and service my car in one day. They even did a full warranty service without complaint or hassle when my brake calipers seized.

The guy that answered was rude when I called to check to see how much it would be to check everything out on a car that I had just bought. He said it was going to be $100 just to check the transmission fluid.

My 2004 TDI Jetta has 206K on it, the wifes 2005 BMW X3 has 76K and is running strong, thanks to the great work by these guys. Very easy to recommend.

I had a leak in the radiator. They were kind enough to work me in on short notice. That is the best thing they did for me. They wanted more than a $1,000 to replace the radiator- and then had the audacity to charge me $106 for diagnosis when I said I was going to take it elsewhere!

I have gone to peters imports for years, been pleased everytime i have use them. Gone to them for small problems such as a wheel bearing all the way to subaru head gaskets. Been pleased with everything in between. Refered family and friends, most honest shop in town.

WOMEN BEWARE! My wifes car had engine light on and had to go through DEQ. Peters turn the light off for free and said it would be about $200 to fix her car. Light came back on and failed DEQ. Dropped car off with DEQ document stating what was wrong with car. Now Peters says it will cost $375 plus tax. What happen to $200 to fix?We said forget it, went to pick up car and was charged $51 for diagnosing. REALLY? DEQ document gave code and location of O2 sensor that was bad. Toyota gave a free estimate over the phone. From $200 verbal to now $375 written estimate and a $51 charge for telling my wife what she already knew. When I questioned him about the $51 and the difference in the verbal and written estimate price all he would do was ask me if I worked for free?
