They towed my car after getting a flat tire. Took them about an hour and a half to pick up. After dealing with 3 other companies that either cancelled or never showed up after hours of waiting. We had a breakdown one Sunday and thankfully Garzas was open. Even though it was a long holiday weekend, they managed to order parts for a somewhat complicated repair and have us back on the road days ahead of schedule. Friendly family-run shop. Highly recommend!

I tried to give business to my local community however they charge me for something that they said they were going to charge me for they did correct that however when I went back to get my vehicle they got grease all over my car all over the floor mats and then they put a piece of paper that says we take pride and they covered it up they didnt even tell me its all full of grease I definitely wont be using them again and I wont recommend them so. They were a good value but they dont seem to care about the inside of my vehicle even though its old and used it shouldnt matter I think thats kind of deceptive to do something like that and not even tell me that they did and then especially with the were going to offer you this but were not going to charge you then charge me yeah wont be going back only to get my new floor mat that theyre going to have to replace

Great customer service!I have a rare/unique car, but the mechanics at Garza’s fixed it correctly, and in a timely manor. After the repair, I asked the mechanic to show me the defected part and explain the defect. He took plenty of time to do so. Please support this business.Thanks,Brook.

They saw me last minute and were super efficient

Had an amazing experience with Garza Auto Repair. Took my 2012 Chrysler 200 in for an issue. They fixed the issue, but something came up after the original repair. Was able to limp the car home, called and let them know the car wasnt running right still, they came to my house and checked it out, then towed it back to the shop, performed the maintenance to fix the secondary issue, all free of charge. This is a business that stands by their work. Will be a long time customer, and will send everyone I know to them.

Just great people all around and they know their stuff. You need something done call them prices and customer service are the best Ive found in the area and even among the best across the country. Just amazing thank you everyone at Garzas. 🙂

So they had a van on consignment and iboughtit it was great the owners of Garzas very nice and I felt they were trustworthy and owner offered toput air in tires that was low they even gave me a hundred off the price the van runs great if I need any repairsI know I can trust they will be done efficiently and honestly they will not overcharge anything like some shops. they do good work from what Ive heard and Im going therefor all repairs I may need. you want your car fixed correctly at a decent price in Vancouver its the best youll ever get I recommend them 100%.

If there were 10 stars, they would get it for sure!! I called last minute needing my radiator fixed. Everywhere else gave me quotes that were just ridiculous pricing. They said they could do it same day, but would take a few hours ( which was no problem, but I did have my little one with me). When I got there the part was ordered and arrived within 15 min and they immediately started working on my car and was done within an hour. I was so impressed by the speed, the customer service and the professionalism that this will now be the only place I go. I will be telling all my friends that this is the spot!!! Thank u guys for everything, including the wisdom!!!

Garza has been everything I hoped for in a mechanic. Im not the most knowledgeable about cars but Ive a great experience. Long story short I have a thrown rod in my charger 30 mikes out from Astoria and I have to have it towed to Vancouver to be fixed. I had no idea which repair shop to pick and I picked Garza because of the reviewed and hoped I wouldnt be ripped off. Ernesto has been up front and honest with the whole process. I ended up ordering a rebuilt engine and had him and his team do the install. He kept he update with the information and where he was at. Before I went ahead with the replace quoted other places but Garzas prices were better or on par with everyone else. Its a real family atmosphere and they are gonna make sure they get you taken care of. It makes me happy I got my car up and running again and that I have someone I can trust to go back to for any issues in the future.

Fixed up our vehicle on the same day for less than half of what the dealership was going to charge and it feels good to support a family business.

As far as I know, these guys saved me time and money by explaining that there was actually nothing wrong with the car, just a dirty sensor. They cleaned the sensor, free of charge, and car worked right again! So, I feel like from that experience, we might just have found an ethical, customer-focused shop in this area!

On my way to Texas my battery died and I got towed to Garza’s shop. I was a bit scared cause here I am literally thousands of miles away from home and expecting a huge bill and even worse not knowing how long my car would be in the shop. I was so happy to learn that my alternator needed to be replaced, that’s it. Ernesto was wonderful he had me back on the road the same day. Thank you!!

I have the pleasure of living less then a mile away from this shop and I bring my 3 vehicles here regularly and have not regretted it. From struts, basic oil changes and fluids, to steering rack and gearbox, tie rods, you name it, Ernesto gets the job done right, and cheaper then anyone else around town. Highly recommend this shop.

Popped in to have a flat tire checked out. They found a nail and patched the tires quickly. Also switched the donut for the fixed tire. Very friendly and fast service.

Thumbs downI brought my honda in and payed for you to check my a.c. out and you told me my compressor was out and said I would have to buy a brand new compressor which cost me more than I could afford so I payed you and left. Upon having another shop look at it I was informed that it was a wire to the compressor that had came out of the electrical connector and the wire was hanging down. Which leads me to believe that the service I payed you for was pretty much a waste of time and money...

I saw so many great reviews. I tought this might be my new place but no thanks not into getting riped off in first visit. No offense. But i am in service business as well. And sucks when a trained technician tries scamming someone who he believes dont know anything about whats being fixed. All i can say is not for everyone

I didnt get any servicing done for my vechile but they offered me a free coolant pressure test and told me that the job wouldnt bee too difficult for myself to do. For their honesty, Im giving them 5 stars. This is a rare quality for an auto repair shop.
