These guys are rare! Their customer service is top notch! No pressure, very knowledgable, and willing to go above and beyond. I purchased and had them install Apple CarPlay. There was an issue with my backup camera (it was not their fault) and they offered a solution to the problem that showed me they care most about the customer. The installation looks great - like the car came from the factory with the new stereo. I will recommend them to everyone who mentions the need for car audio, alarms, radar detection, etc!

When we came to pick up the car, there were issues with the backup camera that wasnt working right.Long story short, they assured us that they would fix the problem and make it right, AND THEY DID!They went above and beyond! I could not get work off to get my car in, so they picked my car up from work and took it to their shop to ensure it got fixed and returned it!The original issue seemed to be with the manufacture and not Audio Source, but they assumed the responsibility and made it right!This goes a long way in my book, they have earned my future business, and I highly recommend them to anyone!THANK YOU AUDIO SOURCE!

I have an early 2010s truck with a backup camera and a factory sub that was a bit funky to get aftermarket stuff in without losing those two features. Crutchfield says you can’t keep these two features and offer no way around it. There’s a lot of posts on forums for custom splicing and wiring to keep them, but I really don’t have time to have my interior all torn up and put it all together. I went to the first audio store that was closest to my house and he looked at it for a few minutes and said he wouldn’t do it, even if we waited for parts to come in, he wouldn’t even put in a head unit! Which I can’t fault him for, if you aren’t comfortable working on my car, please don’t. Not feeling too confident and coming to terms with the fact I was going to have to do it myself I decided to try one more place and that turned out to be Audio Source. I went over there and the sales guy brought one of their install techs in to talk to me and he knew exactly what to do about all of it! I was hoping at best case scenario I could just talk them into running the RCA cable and not worry about the sub so I didn’t have to worry about pulling all those fragile plastic panels (I have the worst luck breaking clips) so I could do the splicing for the backup camera myself, but he was super knowledgeable about the replacement amp to run the factory sub woofer, the dash piece that I would need to get from Honda (that I already ordered), the backup camera, the whole thing practically off the top of his head! On top of that they had everything in stock and said if I left the truck with them that day they would be able to get it done in between their customers who had appointments! By the end of the day I had my truck back with my factory backup camera and my factory subwoofer all fully functional! Super knowledgeable crew and saved me a lot of time and headache. On top of that I thought they were going to charge me an arm and a leg for the extra wiring but it was a very fair price. Next time I need some car audio work I’m going straight back to them.

Customer service is terrible, the guys behind the counter present a stand-offish demeanor, like you are wasting their time for trying to spend money at their business. It is like a bunch of high school boys hanging out in there instead of a work place. This place charges way to much for installs and their mark up is ridiculous. If you are unlucky enough to have this place install anything on your vehicle, make sure to remove everything from your vehicle because these guys take anything (whether its stealing or lack of care to put things back in the vehicle that they removed during install), also prepare for a mess of broken plastic and your head liner to look like a child stretched and re-glued it. Overall a very unprofessional place. Stay away, far away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do their work as quick as possible to get you in and out, not caring about the quality of the job or the customer. I took my 2012 Ford Focus here to get my ignition interlock taken out by Matt. He left the sleeve for the wiring in my engine bay and ever since my horn / alarm hasnt worked. I have a 3 year old daughter that I transport daily, having a horn is a vital safety feature. I wasted my time taking the car back to them multiple times to figure it out, only for them to deny fault. Telling me there is a issue with my horn itself. Ive had a lot of cars, and cant say Ive ever owned one with a horn that didnt work properly. The interlock is tied into the horn. Its not rocket science figuring out whos at fault here, at least to me. Yet, they tried hard to convince me its a coincidence that it went out at the same time they performed the work. Ill be taking it to the Ford dealership. Ive owned the car for a couple years and never once had a problem with my horn or alarm prior to taking it here. Would not recommend, just go to Car Toys. It may cost you a few extra bucks, but at least youll have peace and mind knowing they are doing quality work!

My husband wanted to treat me to a top of the line stereo for my car and the team at Audio Source did not disappoint. Jamal took time to fully assess my musical preferences and identify my priorities and customized my stereo to meet those needs. The system is everything I could ask for; crisp, clean and deep sounds for every song and every musical genre I have tried! The custom box is beautiful and looks neat and clean. The only better music experience is live. If you at looking to invest in a system because you really love good music this is where you want to go.

Always honest and great customer service. Brian was super helpful and all of the employees are very friendly. They arent the type to steer you to more expensive products either like other places especially if you are a woman!

Poor workmanship. I have taken two vehicles to Audio Source for work and both times I had to return multiple times for rework. I had a remote start installed in my 2020 Toyota. I had to bring the car back 4 times in order for the remote start to work properly. The issue was that the safety switch was installed incorrectly to ensure the vehicle was not started with the hood open. I also brought in my daughters 2009 VW Beetle for a new stereo and speakers. When I picked up the car the stereo quick working when I connected my phone. The tech restarted the car and the stereo came back on. Jamal offered to replace the unit, but at the time I could not spare the time. I told him I would monitor the issue and let him know if I had further problems. A few days later the USB connector they installed fell out of the socket. I had to bring the car back again for a fix. The tech said that he would glue the plug back in?? I told Jamal that this was the second time they had worked on my vehicles and both times I had to return for installation issues. Jamal told me that this really affected him personally as he continued to work on something else on his computer. This is the last time I will work with Audio Source. I would suggest finding a different business to work with.

Extremely overpriced! Sadly my reviews are usually positive reviews but I scheduled for a simple install. I already had all the equipment and all of it was ran up front I simply just wanted them to hook it up and they told me it would be 2 hrs and $300 😮 Sorry but its not cool to upcharge the hell out of people.

Brought my second vehicle in for the full package, quite satisfied with the outcome, the system works great. This particular vehicle seems to be running a bit funny upon receiving it back but I’m sure could just be a weird fluke coincidence cuz I can’t see a valid reason for an install to affect vehicle performance in any way so I’m going to let that reflect in the review. Ive had nothing but problems with my equipment after there install. Had to come back multiple times to get it to work. Still not working within manufacturer specs. Now 6 months later it doesnt even work. This is a bunch of kids playing tinker toys. Dont waist your time

Wow. I bought a keyless entry a couple of years ago here and they installed it. Went back today to buy a new remote. I was given 3 different prices and then told I would have to make an appointment. Then basically acted like they didn’t want to do it. I walked out and will never return. I guess they have enough new customers and don’t have to take care of existing customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Do not go here!! this sotre is not honest store.!!I asked installation of rear view camera system but $200 for 720p monitor and $200 for camera and $350 for labor but I checked it from Amazon that was $120 for 1080P monitor and camera. Item was wireless which is lot easier for installation.

Great speakers a little High priced but overall great service, just don’t let them sell you stuff you don’t need because they are salesman up front not technically the installers so. Be sure to ask questions: speakers are good just little speedy

In an attempt to shop local, I called Audio Source in search of a stereo wiring harness and car kit for 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I ask the person who answered my calls if they had it in stock, he put me on a brief hold and the said, “yes we do.” When I asked how much they ran, he explained that the wiring harness for this vehicle is special and runs $250. I asked, “for the plug that connects an Alpine aftermarket stereo to the OEM plug behind the OEM stereo, that connector is $250?!” He then gave me some bogus explanation that it had technology that was connected to the lights and doors. I explained that I found them online for $15-$30 and he said, “those won’t work.” I hung up and ordered one online... guess what, it worked...

Did a good install last year in my new truck. Took it in today for a problem, they had it fixed quick and did it for free.

Great customer service. Jamal answered all of my questions.

Tried to help but couldnt come up with solution without a lot of shop time.

I took my truck to Audio Source when I decided to add a back up camera and new stereo. After it was returned to me it only started twice and then would not start again. I had to have my truck towed back to them and after 3 days they we able to figure out the issue and return the truck to me. At this point I picked up the truck but had to take it right back because my ABS, brake and traction control lights were all on when they had not been prior to the install. Initially I was told I needed brake fluid but this was not true. After another 3 days without a vehicle, Jamal, the manager, informed me that they could not figure out what was wrong and told me to take it to a shop. The Chevy dealer was eventually discovered that a relay ( I think) had been erroneously removed and it cost 1200 for the part and labor to replace it. I submitted this information back to Jamal over a month ago and I have not heard from him and he has not returned my calls to discuss reimbursement. So although I like to support locally owned businesses, I wont be doing any further business with Audio Source and I caution anyone thinking about taking their vehicle there.

Nick did a nice install for my S-10 with the Sony Android Auto. Very reasonable on their prices compared with other bigger shops. I highly recommend this outfit.

I brought my collector car to them to put in a stereo system, app and car alarm. Theyve done a really good job and I would recommend them for anybody. Kevin behind the counter is a great guy to deal with and he knows what hes doing. Chris who does the wiring does a professional job and I will definitely be bringing my car back to them again for anything else. Price wise is fair, and they are willing to work with you to figure out what you want. Always ask for Kevin. When I got my car back I couldnt even tell that the add ons were not originally part of the car, they were done that right.

I dont like the way that they treated me when asking question and because they work on commission the said there was no free installation even if we got a stereo system also but right there on the price it said 159.99 installed so why would I want to pay 159.99+150.00 for a total of 309.99 before taxes and shop % what ever that is so I kept my stereo but got took with speaker amp and wires and install and shop % way too much money man just way too much

Once again Audio Source under promised and over delivered! Two years ago, I bought and had installed an audio stereo system at Audio Source. I drove the extra miles from Portland because of extremely favorable word-of-mouth and 5-star reviews. Stellar product and service- love my loud music!Same outstanding experience today with a purchase and installation of an alarm system. Kevin picked up the phone on my original call, answered my questions, and greeted me at the door for my appointment. Kevin said the install would take approximately three hours and it took exactly three hours. He concluded the transaction with a thorough demonstration of the alarm system and a handshake. I highly recommend this outfit!

I was in on 3/13/20Guy at the counter was pushy and unprofessional. Lady was great.After 2.5hrs when my stereo was done I decided to schedule an appt for an alarm, the guy seemed annoyed by this. Everyone BUT him were great. If I go back after my alarm install I hope its not him. He just made the experience uncomfortable. Overall happy with the stereo!

Sure, you can buy a car radio thats less expensive but Audio Source delivers where it counts - service. I wanted a new radio but I wasnt looking forward to installing the thing. The sales rep guided me towards the radio that fit my needs, they installed it faster than they estimated and the sales rep took the time to check the installation with me and demoed the new systems feature set. When I add the new radio, the value of my time plus the confidence of their installations lifetime warranty, I feel happy that I got the best bang for my buck going to Audio Source.

I have used Audio Source several times and always been happy with the work. My wife was in a panic after I backed up over our dog (shes OK) to get back up cameras installed on all of our vehicles. They were able to adjust the schedule to get me in ASAP. I was given several different price options, and they were all less than I could find anywhere else. They got all three cars in and the work done fast enough to keep me out of trouble with my wife! I will always return here first when I need work done.

Horrible customer service, very rude employees which is strange as customer service had been good before, i was hopeful i found a store i could reliably go to. Im sure it just depends on whos working that day. I had them install a killswitch and they did not set it up the way i was told it would be. I reccomend going somewhere else but thats just my experience. The killswitch ended up killing my battery as well, making me late for work, i went back and recieved much better customer service and they replaced a faulty component in their system. Definetely not going back despite issue being resolved. Two stars because they fixed issue. Manager did call and and try to resolve issues which is good but the fact is i was treated unwell and didnt get what i was told would be installed.

Matt troubleshot and fixed a wiring problem in my stereo system in no time and gave me a very fair diagnostic fee. This is the first time Ive done business in this state and walked away NOT feeling ripped off. Thanks a lot guys, my stereo sounds great again! Exceptional, friendly, professional & knowledgeable customer service, as well as employing highly skilled technicians. I had dual front- and rear-facing Kenwood brand driving dash camera recorders hard-wire installed in my 1999 Honda Accord. After installation, the sales representative assisted me for about 15 minutes in the car to set up and troubleshoot the Android app needed for full operation and use of the cameras and associated functions. Big box stores just cant compete with this place...

I have a one-of-a-kind highly modified Audi S4 Avant, and will only trust these guys with my audio, which they have done a great deal of custom work on over the past few years. They have never tried to oversell me, nor recommend anything I didnt really need or ask for. And their head installer guy Matt is practically a stereo install and audio electronics genius. The man seriously knows his stuff, and is ALWAYS willing to take the time and explain things, show you how stuff works, and work though any technical issues. I will not take my Audi anywhere else. The guys here were extremely helpful, they answered every question I had, and taught me more than what I was looking for. Just had an alarm and remote start installed by them. A+ work done by Nicholas! I have had 3 other remote start alarm systems installed and this one is by far the cleanest one I have had done. All wires tucked away nicely and receiver was placed neatly on windshield. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my wifes new Toyota Camry in for a stereo upgrade. All the guys at audio source were nothing but helpful and informative. We upgraded all speakers added an alpine digital amp and sub. The price was very reasonable and installation was clean and detailed.I thank them for encouraging me to do dynamat and soft rings really added to the sound quality. My wife loves it.

I love this place i have had all my system work done here for the last 8 years. They have amazing service with knowledgeable staff and they will have you in and out before your lunch break is over. I have gone to them for anything from brand new decks (2 of them), subs, and speakers to just a simple fix in my settings. They never talk me into spending more for something i dont want or need and they give me options in my price range that sound amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.

This shop is not for people that want to buy stereo equipment and install it themselves. They will tell you that it is way too complicated and charge you too much. The dust and sun faded boxes are a sign and the guys behind the desk try and treat you like a moron.

So my wife and I went to Car Toys in Janzen Beach and was greeted very well. My wife wanted a new stereo system for her Nissan Xterra. The salesman put together a middle of the class stereo system which sounded good until Car Toys hit us with a $3,100.00 for the complete system. We then cruised up Audio Source and had the privilege to meet Thomas. Right off the get go I have to say that Thomas was super polite and very knowledgeable to what we were looking for with the stereo system we needed. He spent time with us and answered every question that we had ask. We also met the installer Matt which also was amazing as well. He explained the day we dropped the car off with options to make everything user friendly controls and placement. The install took quite awhile but thats okay. Perfect install and sounds amazing! 👍😊The price was quoted $1800.00 but we added somethings at the last minute which the total was still reasonable at $1980.00Thank you Thomas and Matt

I went in to get a new stereo and backup camera for our Dodge that we just bought and i had a great experience. They were able to walk me through a couple of different stereos in my price range and I was able to have installed within just a few hours. The quality of the install was second to none and I will definitely go back when i upgrade my next car

Went by to see if they could install a back up camera on my RV.They went out and checked out my RV out back KMan wrote up a work order and completed your job in less than 25 minutes Johnson RV wanted me to wait 45 days to get me and, these people were reasonable in price and did an excellent job I would highly recommend them for any stereo speakers electronically work that you need to have done very professional and nice people

I want to preemptively thank audio source immensely. I drove in a 2011 Tacoma with a stereo that had been installed by, let just say; someone not in the business, a home install if you will. I’m not sure if this is the norm, but they went above and beyond in my opinion to remove the old stereo and for a nominal charge re-do It all up to snuff and make it sound incredible.The wiring that had been done before was sub-par and this place is amazing and the employees are hero’s in my eyes.
