All Seasons was recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. From my first contact with them through the install, they were very professional in their dealings with me. The were able to quote me a fair price and were able to meet my desire for an August install. No other install companies could meet those two criteria. Everyone I dealt with were top notch and customer oriented. To say that Im a happy customer is an understatement. They were great!!!

All Seasons has been our go to company for years. They have fixed and installed components of our heat pump. We now have an annual maintenance plan with them. They continue to be easy to work with. In 2021, we called because our air conditioning stopped working. The next appt was three days away. They were on time, professional, identified and fixed the problem so we were back up and running - just in time for the next heat wave!

Definitely recommend this company! Switching from Multnomah heating and cooling. They were on call for the 115 degree heat wave and took our case seriously and came out next day to fix our AC unit! Installed a Water Heater- Awesome Job!!Called for a estimate for All Seasons for installing a water heater that I purchased at Home Depot. I got the information for Joe he called me back right away. They gave a very reasonable price that I would not recommend go anywhere else. Very Professinal and was able fit me in that week for a estimate and had it installed the following week just becuase of my schedule. Top notch job and very professional I would use them again for anything they can do.

Made an appointment and took the day off to make sure that I was home for the appointment. Susan called me at 134pm for a 2pm appointment to tell me that they were not going to make the appointment and to reschedule for another day. I cant afford to take one day off now they want me to take two days off. Bad business. Avoid unless you enjoy working with bad business people.

Had a ductless heating system installed in our older house. Of course, some small random issues popped up due to the age of the house, but Brad and his install team made the process painless and quite pleasurable. Thet were all very professional, kind and informative. The final product for the install turned out amazing. Our normally freezing house is now very toasty. I cannot say enough good things about All Seasons!

My experiences with the company have been great! We used them a few years ago to install a new HVAC system for our office. They did some small customization without significant increase in costs, as well as making a good recommendation on the type of system for our situation. Last year I was having issues with the A/C system for my home and had out 4 different companies to look at it. The bids for the other 3 companies ranged from $15k-$24k to replace the whole system (3600 SF House). I was really struggling with this because the previous owner replaced it 8 years earlier. When Joe, the owner, came out to assess the situation he saw the equipment that we had for the heating and fan portion, and he said it was great (variable speed motor, etc.). We ended up spending less than half the amount of the other bids and only replaced the outside unit. They scheduled our job in a reasonable amount of time, considering it was the busy, hot season. Now it has been just less than a year and a small issue came up with the unit leaking Freon. They are dispatching a tech right away to take care of the issue. I wish that I could get this high level of customer service from every contractor! We will definitely use them again (hopefully not too soon, LOL), and will continue to recommend their services.

We recently purchased a Gas Furnace/Air Conditioner and water heater from All Seasons and couldnt be happier. Their quote was excellent, had name brand items, Carrier and Bradford White. All Seasons Heating and Cooling technition Kevin SAVED THE DAY! Our heat pump went out in the evening of our hottest day of the year. Kevin had been working a LONG day but said he would be at our house at 6am the next morning to fix our unit. He arrived right at 6am and had it fixed by 6:30am! He still had an extra long day ahead but worked us into his schedule. We REALLY APPRECIATE his going above and beyond the normal service.

We recently had the ductwork replaced beneath our house. They were fast, friendly and did a great job! Communication was easy and efficient, we would definitely recommend them!

I am a Realtor and I refer All Seasons all the time. They are always there for my clients when I need them. Everything from cleaning and servicing HVAC systems to installing, upgrading or just repairing. Their customer service is also top notch.

I have had to call for repairs twice in two months and the first in a bad cold snap. With no heat but space heaters, they came out amazingly fast to get our heat going. The second time I was not charged for since they had come out the previous month (even though it was a different problem and cause). They charged only for the repair and part needed, but not the diagnosis. The part had to be ordered and put in on a return visit next day. I am very pleased with their professionalism, friendliness and quick response.Highly recommended to all.

Nothing like having your furnace go out on Christmas Eve... I called the other company and left a message on their emergency line yesterday at 5:40 pm... never did call back. They didnt answer the phone at 8:00 am when they open... So, decided it was time to find a new heating & air conditioning company. I called All Seasons emergency line and Scott answered on the first ring. He was here within an hour and (thankfully) it was a repair he could do on the spot. Fast, courteous, professional AND reasonably priced. I can not thank you enough for being so responsive - I know who I will call from now on :) Merry Christmas!

What a great experience period!My heater decides to go out on New years day with temperatures outside of 18°F. I explained my problem to Kevin and he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It turned out the problem was that I was unaware of certain functionality I needed to use to get my heater working in below freezing temperatures. In my experience you cant put a price on integrity. Thanks, Kevin, Ill be calling you guys next time I have any problem.

All Seasons did a great job installing our new heat pump. They also explained the new controls and how best to make it work for us for our heat and the A/C to operate at peak efficiency. I ordered a regular maintenance on my heat pump/furnace. The technician arrived on time the guy checked out all of the equipment, even cleaned the outside of the outdoor unit so it looks like new. I very pleased with the service and enjoyed talking to the technician as he showed me various parts of the furnace. He didnt really find anything wrong but that gave me piece of mind going into the future.

I did not tell our technician but we had another large company come out before him and they told us our compressor needed to be replaced which they would charge over $4,000 to do. Our system is relatively new and some things about the visit didnt seem right to me so I called All Seasons instead.He quickly identified that our coolant was low and that we have a leak. This is a MUCH less expensive fix. He fixed the problem on the spot. He also explained what he was doing and taught me about my system which was really helpful. I really appreciate his help and his integrity.

What I like about All Seasons is they listen to the customer and are always willing to help you; above and beyond what you may have initially requested from them. Their positive attitude and competitive pricing makes it a no brainer to call them for annual maintenance of our HVAC system.

All Seasons was one of several HVAC companies Ive scheduled to check out my HVAC unit to determine if it was repairable and if not give us an estimate on a new replacement. They were the third company to come by and found that nothing needed to be replaced or repaired. They found that my issue had to do with an unconnected wire! I cant believe the first two HVAC techs from two different shops couldnt diagnose what All Seasons did in less than five minutes! When All Seasons had all the financial incentives to pitch me a new replacement but instead just reconnected the wire without cost has made me customer for life for all service, maintenance, and future replacement needs!

All Seasons is a terrific company. Quick response when theres a problem and their maintenance program is great, no thinking because they do it for you!!!! Oh, and Kevin is the best :)

A great company with equally great service! On Nov 18,2015 we experienced a power failure about 8 am.Power company was quick to respond and isolate the problem and repaired it. unfortunately during the process our gas furnace was rendered inop due to a power surge which blew a circuit board.All Seasons to the rescue! They responded quickly the same day,sent one of theirbest technicians to fix the problem and restore heat the same day.Highly recommend this company.

We’ve done business with All Seasons for years and for the most part service has been good.Don’t know if they have changed owners or not.This last time my wife phoned and made an appointment for service of out heat pump. I determined that the transformer that powers the controls had gone out. I didn’t know what caused it to die. An appointment was scheduled for the next week. The day before the scheduled repairs, we phoned to find out what time they would be there. They could not find the appointment, so they set up a service call for a couple of days later.The service man came out and replaced the transformer, don’t recall if he tested the transformer or not. I looked at the old transformer after he left and saw that the fuse in it that had blown. He could have just replaced the fuse. He did put a fuse in the output line of the new transformer. I turned the power on after the transformer had been replaced and the blower started running. That confirmed the old transformer had died. When the outside unit was turned on, the fuse on the transformer blew, so something in the outside unit was the problem. The service man replaced a control block on the outside unit and everything seems to work. The outside unit was under warranty (parts only) so there was no charge for the control block.I figured he was going to check the refrigerant level, but he didn’t. That may have got overlooked when they blotched the original appointment.The shock was the bill for this work. The service man was here for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The bill was $400. I can buy the transformer for $15, they should be able to get it for less. Not many places that charge $300 an hour.In the future we will have someone else do any heat pump work.After we did not get an invoice, we called. I was curious as to why the big bill. They said since we paid by credit card, they did not send an invoice, but they would send one. Then we found out they charged the wrong sales tax rate. I did verify with the Department of Revenue that they should have charged the county rate (7.7%) and not city of Vancouver rate (8.4%). They sent a refund for the overcharge of the tax.

They replaced two thermostats in my home. The old ones were not working well. Heat would come on when the thermostat was turned to off. They now appear to work well.

My HAVAC system was not working,So I called this Company because of the good reviews. Big Mistake! The tech came to my house and pulled the cover to the Heat Pump and found a dead mouse on top of the capacitor. within 15 minutes,He immediately replaced the capacitor. That was Not the problem. I was charged over $167 for a part that cost less than $11. He continued to check the rest of the system and put 4 lbs of refrigerant in the system without checking for leaks. It was Obvious there was a leak in the system.The system was up & running when he left. Four days later it quit working. I called the company to let them know the heat was Not working. The receptionist advised me to turn on the Aux. heat. That Did Not Work!I called another company that fixed the problem the First Visit.All Seasons Refunded my money but if you want it fixed Right the first time, Dont Call All Seasons!

I used them first time and they were professional and charged me less than Sunglow Heating and cooling. Job was done in 20 minutes. Sunglow heating and cooling technician said he will not change the igniter because I was asking too many questions.

Great company! In the process of selling my home and the buyers were wanting the HVAC system inspection and serviced to ensure everything is in good working condition. When I first made the call o schedule an appointment, not being an HVAC expert (by any means) I asked to set up on apt to have the ducts cleaned. The guy who took my first call did not just take my request and run with it but asked a few more questions to ensure I was getting the right service needed. He asked if I was selling my home and if the appointment was per a request from the buyers. I said yes and he proceeded to let me know that most buyers based on a home inspection report will not ask for a duct cleaning but for a service and PM on the furnace and air flow/ventilation check. Upon further review of the actual home inspection report and buyers request, the All Seasons guy was right and I was interpreting their request incorrect. It saved me $300 from the first call because the All Seasons guy took the time to ask me the right questions and educate me on what was probably being asked. From there, the appointment was scheduled, Ann, the office admin, called 30 minutes prior to the contractor showing up to confirm his arrival time and when Chad the contractor arrived he too was very informative, polite, and thorough. And to top off the already great experience, Ann called me within 45 minutes of our appointment being complete and asked me if I wanted a copy of the invoice since she knew this appointment was due to a home sale. Within minutes we had in our hands what we needed to provide to the buyers of work that was completed. We will definitely keep All Seasons # on hand for all of our HVAC needs in the future. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!!!
