Regional Plumbing came out to my house today and was very prompt and professional. They provide a text message with the name and picture of the service person that will be coming to your house, which is nice. You receive text prompts with confirmation of your appointment as well. Unfortunately, my suspicions were correct that I will need a new water heater. The good news is that Regional Plumbing has them in stock and they even offered a First Responder discount to help with the upfront cost. So far I am very impressed and look forward to my installation which is scheduled for tomorrow.

All three gentleman that came out and the staff answering phone calls were professional, knowledgeable, and personable! Prompt and thorough communication.I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience when I had to change our order twice. I know it wasn’t ideal but they really made me feel like they wanted me to get what we wanted and needed.A safety issue was even brought to my attention out of concern for my family and was not part of the reason we had them come. It could’ve been a much more scary story for us!

The weather has been extremely hot when our a.c. decided to act up. Monique came out and immediately knew what was wrong. She explained it to us in a way we could understand. She checked everything to assure us that the a.c. was working properly. We were really impressed with her manner and knowledge. If we have problems in the future, we would not hesitate to use this company and request Monique. She is an asset to this business.

Our heater died during the coldest week of 2020 and the staff at Regional were a wonderful company to work with during such a trying time. Within the matter of two days of our furnace dying, we were able to have a new unit installed. They were timely, friendly, honest, considerate, and incredibly helpful in regards to communicating with our insurance about the appliance failure. We are very satisfied about the furnace/ac unit as well. It is far quieter than our previous unit and circulates air far more effectively.

My husband and I had 2other companies out that could not even diagnose our issues let alone offer solutions/repairs. Regional was phenomenal! They were quick, fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending to others!!!

He is a knowledgeable and experienced plumber with great customer service. My sewage ejector pump failed. I texted Joel the night it failed. Evan came out and replaced the pump and check valve the next day. All work was completed by 1:30pm. Excellent response time. Great Job.

Evan and Smiley came out to repair my gas line and did an awesome job.

From finding out where the leak was coming from to repairing the pipe... everyone that came out was friendly and explained everything that was going on. Evan and Smiley just replaced the pipe and now the leaking has stopped and everything is running smoothly. Would definitely recommend them!

Great guy Eric came out to our house evaluated the problem, gave price details BEFORE the job started took care of the clogged drain, gave me a couple of suggestions for preventive maintenance and away went the clogged drain.Good guy any other issues I have their number for a well done job.

We’ve used Regional twice now. Once to repair our AC and a second time to help with our furnace.First, the staff is so polite and professional. They explained everything and provided multiple solutions or options. They were honest and I felt they had our best interest in mind. The repairs were timely and we have had no further issues. They wanted to replace my coil for 480.00 but they couldnt put refrigerant into it because they no longer make that type anymore..even though last year I had it filled by another company. Then they were going to clean the filter,add more charges and I would have to call another company to fill it and make it work. When we said no I still have to pay 100.00 service call? What a scam

Thad and Justin are the best! My water heater went out and I needed it replaced. They showed up bright and early and quickly got the job done. I called a few other places to get estimates and everywhere else told me that it was too complicated and over estimated on pricing. On 8/6/21 Regional plumbing sent Erich and Smiley. I needed someone to go under my house to install a pump and a line to discharge the water after a heavy rain. My crawl space is very small and I did not know how they did it. But they did and I felt sorry for them after they came out of the hole all dirty and wet. Thank You

I am a business owner that leases my commercial building. The landlord was ordered to have the plumbing redone; he contacted Regional Plumbing. They came in on quite a big job- that required them to schedule with me; since they had to do all the work inside of my business; that I OWN. I scheduled them to come the week I was off for vacation; and told my employees that they could not work those days; due to water being shut off.. to make this as short as possible... pulling them up on my camera while I’m 9 hours away; from the start- was to say the least horrific. I watched my business get torn upside down... ZERO respect! They bent, broke & left over half of the ceiling tiles out- we have 3 buckets currently out from leaks we didn’t even have before; they got plumbing glue on everything!! It was a disaster!!! We also opened our camera the night they said they finished the job; to see my business door WIDE open, lights on & no one there! They didn’t even lock it up!!! I can not express this enough; how unethical this company is; how disrespectful & absolutely unprofessional. I have videos & photos on my Facebook review on their Facebook page. If I could load it to this review; I would!The owner had zero remorse..I worked so hard to create my business & for people to come in to fix a problem & created many more, is heartbreaking!The owners only concern was who signed his contract & who paid the bill.He spoke down to me as the owner of the place of business, & had no respect towards me.I hope they are ashamed of themselves.

Installed new well pressure tank today.Based on recommendations from friends, we used Regional just over a year ago and they installed 2 new water heaters, 2 new air conditioners, and 2 new furnaces in our home. We had such a great experience with them and the appliances have worked wonderfully since the install. When we needed to install a new well pressure tank, we knew exactly who to call. Regional sent out Evan and Justin to replace our old well pressure tank. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They talked through what they were going to do, verified the pricing details for our review, then got to work. They were efficient, kept us informed along the way, and cleaned up well after. The owner of Regional even stopped by during the install to make sure we were pleased with the service! We cant speak highly enough of the honesty and professionalism (and great pricing) weve had from Regional over the past couple years. Thank you Regional!

I actually didn’t have a service complete because my issue was fixed over the weekend. However, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The text message updates were awesome. They even send you a photo and a quick little bio of your tech before they show up, which was so neat. I’ve never seen a company do that before. So, 5-stars for being professional and great customer service.

EDIT: WE already knew what was wrong, it had already been diagnosed and informed the company of what was wrong. Their reply is irrelevant to the situation and obviously indicative of their professionalism.We called to get an estimate, which their website says is free. I confirmed this when I called them. They said they would send someone out that night to do the free estimate and they would call us. We got the call and were told the estimate would not be free, it would cost $99, and only be free if we chose them to do the work. So if youre looking for honesty and truth in advertising, youll have to go somewhere else.

I had no heat, spent the night pretty cold in my house. I called at 7am & asked if I could get someone here to look at the problem - and had a service tech here in less than an hour!!! She located the problem almost immediately, checked the whole furnace (& wiring) - I had heat by 8:15!!Amazing response, service, and the best srvice person Ive ever had!

Ive been using Regional for quite some time and they never disappoint! Bought a home with an old traditional hot water heater and a “secondary” electric tankless that never worked. They replaced it all with a new tankless hot water heater with internal recirc pump and it’s fantastic! Before and after pictures below. Our utility bill has gone down too! Very professional staff and their work is excellent. I’ve even referred 2 other friends to them and they both had great experiences. I’ll always use them for my plumbing and HVAC work!

We replaced 2 furnaces and air-conditioners and 2 water heaters (one with a power vent and one without). I had regional plumbing come out a few weeks ago to troubleshoot my sump pump tripping the GFCI outlet it was plugged in to. The solution they gave me was plug it in to a non-GFCI outlet. Well I trusted them, thinking they knew what they were doing. Big mistake! Tonight (Friday night) my sump pump stopped working no matter what outlet I plugged it in to and my basement flooded. I called Regional Plumbing standing in the basement with water up to my ankles and the best they could do is schedule me an appointment for Monday morning.

My entire experience with this company was great from the friendly woman who answered my call to the technician who came to my home. Both were very professional and friendly. My furnace issue was fixed in no time and the technician Patrick answered all of my questions. Will be calling them again for future issues.

I came home the other night and it was 61 degrees in the house and getting colder, even though the heat was on. I called a couple of places in town, and no one answered the phone (this was a few minutes after 5:00 p.m.), even though they said they were 24 hour places. Regional answered right away, hooked us up with Brian who only lived about 15 minutes away, and he came over right away. Even though it ended up costing $500, it would have cost that or more with anyone else. Brian was awesome to work with - very personable, concerned for our well-being, and easy to talk to. He came back first thing the next morning with the new motor for the furnace right as scheduled, got it fixed, and got us all squared away. The furnace works great, and life is back to normal. Im so glad we wound up with Regional because they did such a fantastic job. Just getting someone on the phone was all I cared about at that moment, and they did right away. The other companies who never answered, even though theyre 24 hour businesses have lost out on a customer. I would rather go with regional in the future for our other needs because I know I can expect good customer service.

We have Nipsco Home Solutions and had a boiler issue last March. The tech was here twice. He had a bad attitude, told us he wasnt an electrician, changed the thermocouple and didnt line it up right (which caused pilot issues) and on the second visit he deemed it unservicable but didnt bother to tell us.We called another company on our own, they got it off the deemed list, fixed it and Home Solutions covered the repairThey only get 1 star is because you cant post with a 0Have boiler issues? This review is to personally thank Alex and Mike for helping to fix our family’s hot water heater last Saturday. We awoke that day to lukewarm showers and discovered water all over the basement floor as the tank had failed on our heater. I left my information with Regionals answering service and was called by Alex within a half hour. By mid-afternoon I had purchased a new heater and Alex was at work removing the old and installing the new. When difficulties arose (non-standard materials and a broken gas control valve on the new unit), Alex and his boss, Mike, went the extra mile - literally - to secure the unique tools and parts necessary to finish the job. I’ll gladly recommend Regional to anyone, and hope that Alex receives the commendation he deserves for his tireless service and professionalism.

Inducer motor on the furnace went out Saturday after Thanksgiving. They couldnt get the part. Not their fault. Nothing was open on the holiday weekend. Was here by 8 AM Monday, with the part, amidst nasty, snowy weather. Will definitely call again.

Erich was great. Got the job done despite the last owner of the house welding the faucet to the sink. Even though I got charged more money than originally quoted becuz of this problem, I would have Erich back to do any work here. I ran my sprinkler yesterday which was great considering I havent had water outside for quite a while.

Regional Plumbing was very accommodating when I had to change my original service date, and they still were able to fit me in on my desired day and time. I will definitely use them again.

Regional Plumbing has fixed a few issues for us. Their staff is very friendly and they have prompt service. Unfortunately, they are very overpriced. After I paid over $300 for 5 minutes of work to unlodge a plastic cup from our toilet, I called around to find out what other plumbers would have charged for the same work. Regional is about 3 times the cost of others in our area, so we unfortunately will be looking elsewhere next time we have plumbing needs.

Was just going to have my 5 yr old off the shelf water heater repaired, but the deal they had for a higher grade one and installed, combined with their warranty, it was a no brainier. They went back to their office, picked it up and came back and installed it. Install was under an hour. Very professional and good. I will use them again for my future needs.
