Soooo waited for a LOT longer than I was told, but then later talked to Sam and he was really professional. After talking to him he helped me out with a discount. I really appreciate them making it right.

I unfortunately forget the name of the tow truck guy but he provided excellent customer service and the tow was timely.

TERRIBLE! Stated they would be there right away yet they left 2 officers and our K-9 on the side of the freeway for over an hour and NEVER SHOWED UP!!
