Called the services around 9:30 and Viktor was so friendly answering questions. After we talked on the phone, towing car came in about 15 minutes, super fast! Super recommended!

My car broke down early in the Sunday morning. I have called Bobs tow for help they have promised to come by within 20 minutes and they did came by fast, sharply and fast within 20 minutes was helping me already with the tow. They gave me $150 quote for towing my car from Benicia to Vallejo and that includes special equipment.The driver that showed up said $275 . I called their office and lady said $275 is the final price and she apologized.Make sure to ask them for final price before using their service . They change their prices based on the what broke down on your car .

This is bobs, warrens, and daves tow. Takes forever to get service. They dont even know what vehicles they have most of the time. This is a monopoly and should be sued but since vallejos government is completely corrupt, they allow this monopoly to reign over citizens!!

Went to help a friend retrieve items from a vehicle that had been in a collision. The cars were so close my friend was unable to retrieve everything. Also...why was the backseat and other areas wet? It didnt rain here, the car wasnt under threat of burning... Interestingly questionable.

Dishonest people who prey on the misfortunes of others. By the time I found out where my truck was, they made up so many rules to get through that it wasnt worth the hassle. Oh and they conveniently lost all my valuables.

Bobs toe service saved the day. Gave them a call and they showed up before the estimated wait time I was given. Viktor was knowledge able knowing that my car (2002 Camaro ss) was a sports car and lower to the ground and so he showed up in a flat bed so that no damage would occur to the car.

I waited for my insurance to find a towing company for two hours. But finally Bob’s towing came and helped me out in 5 minutes. Great customer service and very friendly I recommend Viktor and Bob’s Towing Service.

He called the office got me a price that was affordable and loaded my truck up and was very careful at the same time. They obviously are only interested in working for the city and law enforcement. Civility and customer service is a non starter. Even after follow their phone prompts I was treated like a child. Ridiculous and a waste of time

They get the job done. A friends car was towed and they were very clear and helpful in the process to get it out. They were slow on getting the vehicle out of the lot, but I didnt really expect high efficiency in that area.

Our vehicle was stolen, police found it about 7 miles from tow yard. Bobs towed it to their yard. They had it for about 5 hours and it cost us $750.00. Can you say victim.

I was at Bobs to a few years ago And I bought a car from them And they wanted $5000 for this car I talk them down to 3000 out the door Im still driving the car today no problems and I recently went on craigslist to see what this car is going for it is now going for $8000 Dinner research this 06 Chevy money Carlo SS and its the 2nd to the last year it was made I recently took the car down the highway in got it up to 145 miles per hour I love this car more than life itself thank you Bob Towing

Awesome service done by Viktor. We were stranded in American canyon due to not one but TWO flat tires!! Couldn’t find any 21” tires for the car anywhere therefore needed a tow to a nearby safe spot to park. We were waiting over 2 hours for Napa valley towing to give us a tow when we got fed up of giving them the benefit of the doubt and them not answering our calls about an update. We then called bobs tow and they showed up within 20 minutes!!! 5 mins before what they had told us upon calling them. Love their service. Viktor was very careful in loading and unloading the car which was amazing.
