Just started going to the gym a few weeks ago 3 times a week and Im already noticing some improvement. Down 10 lb and putting on some muscle. Staff a great and take care of the equipment well.

Its always clean and has sanitizer stations filled and ready to go. The locker rooms are cleans and so.are the showers. Its a good gym for its price. I like its now open 24/7. I would recommend

The place is nice but no ventilation. It was very warm inside. There is no one sanitizing the machines so you have to do it yourself.

This planet fitness is awesome. One of the biggest planet fitness I been in. They have plenty of treadmills, bicycles, and ellipticals to workout on. They are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Showers are clean and staff is awesome cool. Hopefully Ill be back here during my travels.

I think that this is a great location with an open concept and plenty of space with a lot less people than normal. But I am a black card member visiting a friend and apparently if I want to lay in the water massage bed, my guest cannot join. What harm are they doing? I have been to several PF locations around the country and they have never given me this issue before. If this is a policy change, then they need to change it back. I was very upset that my guest got turned away, and I was insulted that they made me feel like less important of a customer in the process.

Planet fitness in Vacaville and fairfield are great open 24 hours 7 day a week, get to tan and workout whenever I want, vallejo still isnt open 24 hours 7 days a week so I have to travel outside of my home gym to workout at my convenience.

I love this gym cause its cheap and I travel alot and can find one near me almost anywhere I go. Probably not the best for classes or trainers (I dont think they do either?) but perfect for me.

As a travel nurse I’ve had the chance to visit many locations on both coastlines and this one is amazing. It’s clean, well lit and huge. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, answer questions. Locker rooms are clean and I love the water pressure in the showers. The incline massage chairs are so relaxing I could spend hours on them.

Great gym for a great price, but it was a little challenging working out with a mask on. Im just grateful the gym is open though!

Its clean and thats most important to me I like going here at this time with covid spreading this gym is very low key not too many people showing up I feel better about being there. The only downside is the limited weights and types of machines they have to offer I use certain machines for legs and glutes that they dont have there.

I have a Black Card membership at PF because my job requires me to travel quite a bit in NorCal and SoCal so I have access to all PF gyms when I am away from my home gym. I rate the Vacaville location at or near the top of the +12 PF locations I have worked out at. Very clean, spacious, well-maintained equipment, good overall vibe in the gym and friendly staff. Because the gym is large with many duplicate pieces of equipment wait times are non existent even during the 6 pm time period when the work crowd is at the gym. Just a very nice atmosphere to get a work out in after work.

Just joined not to long ago.. clean and sanitized, everything is social distanced, easy to sanitize and disinfect your equipment you use before and after use..

Nice clean environment with a very friendly staff. They constantly clean the equipment and have plenty of sanitizer stations to help us all stay disease free.

This place is enjoyable. I love the price and the amount of equipment they have. Not why theres an annual fee on top of the $10 a month. Im sure someone can explain it. But Id rather not hear it. Also Towels! Id like to have a towel. Take my $39 annual fee as well as everyone else and invest in small towels. Please and thank you!

By far this is the best location as this club is spacious, extremely clean, with friendly courteous staff who seem to help and support one another. I felt welcome and at home....may be my club should take some 📝🕵

I am not sure why they get bad rep against other gyms. They have all the equipment you need, friendly staff and free tanning. Cant beat the price of membership with tanning services and other things included

This is one of the better Planet Fitnesses Ive been to. The club is clean, well maintained and parking is convenient. This club was not around when I signed up with Planet Fitness in Fairfield, CA. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness and InShape and for the price, you cannot beat this club. Since I travel for work, I chose Planet Fitness for the number of locations it has across the country. If you are looking for a good workout and not a lot of frou-frou stuff then this is the club for you.

Extra clean, great covid protocol

Wanted to check out the gym. I got a brief tour and I asked if I could have a day or two to check the place out. They made it seem like I was trying to get into Fort Knox. I went down the street to a competing gym and they were happy to let me workout for a day or two to see if Id like it. Needless to say, you can guess which gym I joined.

The staff, for the most part, are all very friendly and helpful.The gym is well lit and kept clean.

Appears to have more space than PF in North Highlands. Nicer locker room and Black Card room too. I didnt see a PF360 room there. Both clubs have great employees.

Nice people, most people there are friendly, most are dressed modestly, pretty laid back atmosphere.

The facility is clean, plenty of machines so you never have to wait! The staff is always welcoming with a smile 😊🏋🏾‍♂️🙂🏋🏾‍♀️

I love it! Facility is very clean, staff is friendly and there are a lot of machines! The way the gym is set up is even nice. This is definitely my favorite Planet Fitness center.

This place is open 24 hours, is always clean, everything is well maintained, and the staff Ive met has been friendly and attentive. They have hydromassage, tanning, and a little lounge area for black card members, tons of cardio equipment, 30 minute circuit...typical PF fare. I appreciate being able to walk in, get my exercise in for the day, and walk out. I know their gimmick is no judgment but it does feel pretty chill here.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Same machine set up as all planet fitness. Massage chair after work out is my favorite. And both were great. Clean bathroom and showers.

Nothing but nice things to say about this gym. They have everything. No one bothers you, no pushy gym punks, and its nice and cool.

I have had a membership here for a couple of years. I go to the location in Vacaville. It is always kept clean!

I love PF. They are so friendly and the facility is so clean. The classes are a plus too. Hopefully they can add weekend classes. :)

Great gym that doesnt have the squatters occupying every single machine and set of dumbbells lol!

I was told that they would only deduct $10.00 a month from your bank account and never said the annual fee will be deducted $40.00. My daughter pass away a month or two after I join and never used the facility and was aware any more of the funds coming out. They steal your money and say I dont give refunds. I signed up with planet fitness when first open and it is not good to let companies automatic deduct money from your account you always loose.

Lol! Talk about a joke of a scamming company! Why so low in price..... To rip you off in late fees even though its a month to month payment/commitment! I was out on medical and my card I was using got expired. So instead of regular companys that contact you, They let it ride till it got to collections. For one thing..... I never got an email stating I was past due. I never got any communication that it was going to collections and to this day Ive not gotten a collections letter. So for $180 which Im not paying since this seems to be a scam towards members who get caught up in life and pay outrageous fees with no communication until you show up, they lost me and hopefully not have you, whos reading this as a member.

Wasnt crazy about it there was no one really to help you and Im older night you know I just wanted some help with these machines instead of just saying I dont know how to use them so I left and went to in shape

The gym reopened as of 6/17/20...hours have changed. It doesnt appear that they lost any of the staff.

Thry ate aweful they make it really hard tp cancel your membership and a year after I cancelled they say I owe them 260 because apparently they never canceled it. Thats more than the cost of a years membership!
