I have had my nails done here before and never encountered a problem until today. I suffered a chemical burn because the nail tech used callus removal solution improperly on my feet.This nail tech used the solution on paper towel strips, wrapped it along the bottom of my feet and the last piece was wrapped along my big toe (which I found weird). Minutes later I felt a burning sensation, I kept telling the tech my skin feels like it’s burning so, she took the hot towels off but the plastic wrap was still on. Again, a minute or 2 minutes later the burning was worse to the point I was completely uncomfortable and leaned in to take the plastic wrap off. The plastic wrap was off and my toe was literally burned! Which is shown in the first picture.To make matters worse, the owner and nail tech then blamed my eczema on why it happened and even said I had ring worm?!? Anything to deflect the blame on them for doing an extremely poor and unprofessional job! I will never come back here and will not ever recommend anyone to this salon. I literally landed in the hospital due to their carelessness.

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. It is very clean and the technicians are very thorough. My nails always look terrific for weeks after one of their gel manicures. Highly recommend.

The salon was very clean and tidy.. went in for gel extensions and got what i was looking for. The nail tech was pleasant and knew exactly what i wanted... the process was long over an hr and half for a new set. New set and ombre style ran me $75 but reasonable for the amount of work put in .. definitely going back

I will never be returning to this nail salon again. I have never written a review yet alone a bad one until today. I paid a total of 92 dollars (tip included) for a refill and pedicure! Not even the two hour wait annoyed me as much as how inconsiderate they are regarding a poor nail design. I went back today to have it removed. If youre wondering why I did not have her remove the design before I left last NIGHT.. well its because I am a nice person who just worked an 8 hour shift, had my ride outside waiting for an hour, and I needed to go! I called today to have it removed because the design was so poorly done my 8 year old niece could have done a better job. Not only did they not refund the extra charge for the design they also had the nerve to tell me they actually charge extra for the removal! When I asked for 5th time how the prices work I finally got a somewhat clear answer. This nail salon will charge you for anything even the SHAPE of your nail. For a nail salon that overcharges for the basics I didnt think refunding the extra charge for a nail design would be such an issue. Please save yourselves money and support another local nail salon that wont charge you as much and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction! I just paid for a design I no longer have on! I uploaded the nail design so that you guys understand a child could have done this!

I love this nail salon! All of the employees are extremely friendly, very polite, knowledgeable about their services and whats best for their customers. Make sure to make an appointment on the weekends during busy times (its really frustrating listening to disgruntled customers who have no right to be upset about potentially not being seen without an appointment on a busy Saturday; Aldona employees work very hard and should be respected). Today in celebration of pride month, I got this beautiful gel manicure. Amazing! I have been going here ever since moving to Union City over a year ago cant recommend it enough....everyone there is wonderful! Its very clean and every service Ive had has always been great. I love coming to this salon! The pedicures are to die for!!! It’s what I look forward to whenever I come here! I haven’t done any gel tip nails but they have very diverse colors for you to choose from. So far I’ve tried both regular and gel nail finishes and it’s all come out very nicely done. It’s a little pricey sometimes but overall I feel it’s definitely worth it! It’s one of my favorite places!

It was my third time I went there to do gel manicure and this time I’m very disappointed of the quality of work. It not been even one week I did manicure and already the gel coming out, what is really strange because usually the gel manicure last around month for me. The nail technician didn’t do good job, she was in rush and distracted all the time.

Very bad experience, went in for a gel manicure and came out with dirty nails full of air bubbles and my nails even BROKE ! The nail polish is poor quality, it’s already chipping off. very bad service, never again.

The place is clean and nice, but the quality is simply awful. Right after finishing my pedicure with them i had to go to another place to actually do a pedicure. Waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back.

I used to get my nails done here often. I like how they build the nails. However, I once got a design that I wasn’t happy about on one finger and said so as she was doing the nail. She smiled and continued to leave the nail as it was. Since I had already stated I didn’t like the colors and nothing was done I paid and then went home. 15 minutes later I came back because I was truly unhappy with it. The owner did not want to redo my nail. She was angry and gave me an attitude and had asked me why I didn’t say anything. I told her I did and it became really uncomfortable for me because I could tell they were all really angry that I came back to fix one nail.I think they need to work on their costumer service after that I’ll never go back there. Same reason why my sister stopped going there as well.

Michelle and her team are amazing. I love this place and recommend it to all my friends. Michelle does such an amazing job that my nails last me more then a month without cracking. The great part about my experience every time I go is the staff is super welcoming. I dont mind paying a bit more for having great service overall.

Beautiful place people and service. Went with my daughter (7) and they were very nice to us both. She was excited from start to finish. Just wish they incorporate cheaper prices for people 10 and under. No way would I want to bring my daughter again paying the same price as myself. Beautiful visit tho.

Bright, clean, modern salon on Bergenline. I went on a weekday and there was a friendly staff and no wait. The basic pedicure was $25 and included massage with hot stone foot rub! They also do waxing, facials, chair massage, etc. Im delighted to find this gem and will be coming back.

Worst nail place ever!!! Horrible and disgusting customer service. Chinese ladies very very rude. They yell at you and hit your hands if you move them for anything. Left no tip, well deserved. Will never ever go back! There are so many amazing places in the area. Gel around the area ranges between $20-30 But in this places is between $40 & $60. H O R R I B L E !!!!!

Horrible ! It has not been a week and 4 nails already broke. Also they told me $55 for my nails and they charged me $10 more and they didn’t know why when i came back to ask. They had made up a reason why the charged me extra. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to be charged extra

Dont rely on photos many of them have nothing to do with the salon. Went there for powder gel manicure that was supposed to last up to 3 weeks, it peeled of the day after. And they looked bad too and not even...

When I went to the place it was very nice and good service but when they make the nail, they make it to thin bc I just go my yesterday’s game when it was the next day I was brushing my teeth and it broke by itself and was bewildered so the nail product is not good

I wanted to try a new place and i shouldnt have, there version of reflexology for 15 bucks n 10min is just a leg rub, its your feet, my boyfriend went with me got his leg rub n calfs too and it was just part of the regular pedi, aside from that maybe the lady i had was having a bad day but she kept hurting my toes I told her and try to talk to her but I got nothing back, afterall my toe nails had a few cuts and my hands seen better days, they try to massage me while I was drying my nails, I guess thats something they offer if thats the case i dont know why I even paid for the reflexology. So i wont be coming back and ill stick to the one i go to on 2500 and palisdae.

They painted my cuticles instead of my nails messed up on my thumbs twice...My toenails came out even worse 1st & last time I go to this place.
