I called and got an appointment for 2 pm the day previously.went there and they said it was a 10 min wait. I waited in the most uncomfortable chair under the worlds loudest speaker for 20 min, during which they did not care to update me on the extended wait. I asked how much longer after that wait and was told 10 more min. I walked out... very unprofessional. Never going back. If I could I would give it 0

First time getting my nails done and it was a great experience. Angelina was awesome. She was attentive, understanding, and very patient. Definitely recommend, and definitely will return.

Best salon ever .

I asked to be blow dried and only !!! The lady took so long that my hair dried and on top she continued to blow dry my hair while it was dry my hair is frizzy and the front of the hair wasn’t even straight. Not only she left it frizzy she curled my ends with a flat iron when I only asked for blower so unprofessional I don’t know how they got their license .

Several problems with this salon. First when I went this past summer, a roach crawled out and the hairdresser was embarrassed. Unfortunately, its close to my house so I recently went again. This time the receptionist had a very bad attitude. Some of the older hairdressers and clients behaved like angry, jealous women.

Amazing service, and great/ comfortable atmosphere. I had mani and pedi done and I’mAbsolutely In love with the job that was done. I am a very hard customer to please for the most part and I can honestly say I felt comfortable, at ease and welcomed the entire time. I usually leave unhappy from previous salons and have tried a couple of local places to do my Nails and for once I left extremely happy and satisfied.I definitely recommend this place. After years of looking I have finally found my go to spot for nails!

Had a terrible nail experience. My nails were supposed to be a coffin shape and a light brown color. They used 3 different types of acrylic for my fill and my nails are completely bumpy on the tops and sides, just like before they were “filed”. Had to ask for a nail file when paying at the end to reshape my own nails since they looked like sausages and now I have paint chips on my nails just 15-20 mins after leaving the “nail salon”. No matter how many times I intervened, nail tech wouldn’t listen to me about shaping my nails properly.

Nails came out really cute. But started lifting after a few days. I don’t remember the last time that’s happened to me. Expected for them to last longer. Pretty disappointed

My first time and the experience was great. I always drive by on my way to work and was curious, I needed to find a salon. They made me feel comfortable and the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I plan on making that my permanent place to go. My hair came out amazing. Desiree was my stylist. Good job.

I must start off with saying that I normally do not give out reviews . But I must say this hair salon deserves one . I have been searching for 2 years for someone who actually knows how to cut and straighten my hair . Ive been to two other places within the past 2 years and Ive had a horrible experience. I walked by this hair salon about a month ago and googled them. I saw they had amazing reviews and finally decided to give them a try . I must say hands down Im like in love with desiree and Ive only been to her once so far . She did such an amazing job on the hair color, hair cut and blow out . This will be my go to hair salon from now on . I am one happy customer :).

I love how my hair has been cut and styled! Eliza is amazing and does a great job!! Not only is she talented at doing hair very well, but she is also extremely kind and friendly. SHe makes you feel like she is your sister or mom, since you will feel very well taken care of and made comfortable. I definitely recommend this salon and Eliza!!! 10/10 experience

I just left the salon and i am so happy with my results. Eliza did an amazing job. My hair is so damaged and she did a light trim and deep condition to my hair and you would never tell my hair is damaged. I would definitely recommend this hair salon to all my friends and family . Elisa was great. Professional, kind, and did a great job on my hair. I got a roller set / blow dry/flat iron with curls towards the end and she did exactly what I asked for. 30 bucks, I have alot of hair, so that was a very fair price. I would come back to her without hesitation! My sister got color cut roller set blow dry flat iron, she also was very happy with the work her stylist did. We were both done at about the same time which made this visit very convenient. They also have a spa, didnt get a chance to check it out, but one stop beauty cant be bad!

I just love it, the attention was quick. i did a change of color and highlights with Doris and it was perfect. The price was very reasonable and my blowout last for ever!!! I was able to do my nails(gel color)and a Brazilian wax as well, this workout perfect for me because i did everything in one place. I strongly recommend this place.

My go to place for my hair and nails great service amazing price

I asked for a trim and the lady cut way more than 4 inches off and I didnt realize this until i got home and my curly pattern came back. IF U HAVE CURLY HAIR, its best to do more research on salons that specialize in it--this salon does not. I also got a Brazilian wax and the next morning I realized I was peeling because I actually got burned. If you get a Brazilian and if u feel that its hot at all, tell your waxer! The salon definitely need more experience in these areas. I do not recommend if you have curly hair or want to get waxed.Also, the woman who did my eyelashes did it completely incorrectly with my eyes opened and they were stinging--huge red sign. If you dont know what youre doing as a salon, do not act like you do. Try to actually get experience and know what youre doing for the sake of the client!

Omg!! It has been a long time since I’ve experienced such great service at a salon like I did today! I got up earlier today to do my hair myself and no matter what I tried I just couldn’t get it right. So I said to myself I think it’s time for a clean up of my ends and blow out. I googled places near where I live and I was a bit skeptical because I like to go where trusted friends or family would go but today I was in a pinch so I trusted google and their reviews. Im so glad I did! I met with Desire who from the moment I walked in she greeted me as if she knew me for a long time! I explained to her what I needed and let me say that not only did she do exactly what I wanted she went above and beyond! I told her that I’ll be going to her now once a week for a wash and blow dry! Then I met Ariana who gave me so much info on their nail and pedicure services which I made an appointment right away for Friday!! Ariana was such a pleasure to speak with as well and I’m so looking forward to her nail services! I love that they have all the services that us ladies need all under one umbrella and the fact that they are the nicest and friendliest and professionals and they take the time to really listen to you and ask you questions!!! WOW!!!!! And sooooo affordable!!!!!! This is without a doubt my new beauty house with the best beauty experts who really put you the customer first and make you feel at home!! I recently moved to New Jersey from New York and needed to find a go to salon. I tried this salon just by the good reviews here on the internet and Im happy to say that I had a great experience!! My hair stylist was Eliza and she did an amazing job!! She gave me a cut and my hair felt alive and silky again. Let me tell you I never hardly let anyone cut my hair especially for a first time, but Eliza made.me feel comfortable so I did it and dont regret it! Thank you Eliza! Will be coming back!I have long thick curly hair and I left feeling like a pantene girl commercial:)

Had the worst experience In Hair straightening. Just had my same old hair after washing the hair. Only difference was I lost 100 dollars and lost a lot of hair but was back to normal hair. Also if your not from the Hispanic community not the best place to go as they will scream with each other and you could slightly understand that they are talking about you!!! Very unprofessional!

I wanted to give a 5 star but after looking the cleanliness inside the salon I was really realllyyyyyyy disappointed. The combs and roller they were using had so much hair already in that I could not even look at that. It really made me feel worse and disgusted that those will be used on my scalp and hair... I was in a situation were I couldnt walk out. Also the salon needs a fresh set of towels.(BIG TIME).. The condition of the towels was so bad...The attached picture is really the cleanest version of what was used... Coming back to services- The services provided were good, worth for your money but again I would never go back because of cleanliness issues...Also to add the combs used had broken teeth(all of them) and the lady who was untangling my hair kept on saying sorry (which was sweet) but nevertheless it wasnt her fault....

Today’s experience at Carmen Maria Spa was really good, Arianne did my nail art and it was really beautiful and service is also good.

I have been here once. Its the typical hair place where the stylist talk about other people. I heard them talk about a young guy and girl that work there behind the counter.The service is not that great either, they take too long talk about everything else instead of working on clients. So much wasted time. My hair wasnt blowdried correctly. I wasted a bunch of money and time just to hear these ladies talk about other people.The worse part was that I had my hair relaxed and the were about to neutralize the relaxer in my hair with vinegar!!! I Said, HELL NO! Im sure there are shampoo that neutralizes it. Youre not putting that in my hair! Never went back!

I was a little confused when she started washing my hair with conditioner and saying my hair doesn’t make bubbles, she thought she was using shampoo 😞I wish I could attach a picture of what my hair looks like. Everyone tells me it looks like I chopped my hair myself. It’s all crooked. I straighten my hair often so it is very noticeable I barely ever do things for myself I’m a single mom of 2, a toddles 2 and a teenager 14 always working so to spend 2 hours here and the next day my hair looked terrible . It was my birthday weekend too smh horrible

Ive been going to Carmen Marias for about 8 years now and I love how everytime i go in all the styliest knows how to great a client. Nany has been doing my hair for the past 6 years and prior to her it was the owner Doris both these ladies have an amazing hand when it comes to hair and they all know what they are doing from start to finish you never walk out thinking other wise. I recommanded this place to most of my girls and they all have had a great experiance at Carmen Marias. I truly feel at home when my mom use to do my hair when im around these beautiful ladies.

I do not recommend it because they have no consideration for the client with the excellent work price the girl works very well but the price is very high for what the work costs for example in my case I went for a touch up and they charged me $ 60 because I was missing four nails and for putting on four nails they charged me $ 25 extra and when I called and asked and they told me that I was worth 18 one more refill they charged me 60 × 1 touch up and paint my nails in gel I go back and repeat for putting myself Four nail that I needed they charged me extra $ 25 do not consider the client much less when it is new I left very dissatisfied be careful girls this lady tells one a price by phone And when you go is another I left very dissatisfied because I feel I pay more than the work is worth

Very good attention, these women know how to do their thing, it is not very expensive, it is wide and in the new place it is still more comfortable, you can make your hair a few, feet, hands, massages and even a coffee you get when you arrive, my wife was very happy and my pocket as heheheje
