My son and roommate has been waiting a month for maintenance to fix a leak from upstairs. Their apartment has mold. Theyve been trying to contact someone, but no answer or its a holiday and theyre closed. For a month??? Really? I see the responses to the people who complain stating to call you all. Where is the number to someone who will answer and provide a resolve? Theres no way they should have to pay full rent for the month when theyve been at my house due to mold and health conditions.

I’ve really enjoyed this property so far because it is quiet and kept up. Whenever there is a problem, it is quickly resolved by the front office. The Community Manager Ms April is very professional and friendly she takes the time to stop whatever she’s doing in order to help her tenants and gets back to you in a timely manner to resolve issues. Ms.April is very down to earth and yet very professional she explains everything that you need to know in details. I have been here since October 2019 and I have absolutely NO complaints with the managing of my apartment or the property

I have been trying to call and reach them for so long now and no matter what time of the day I call, I do not receive a answer and I even left a message on voicemail and with the answering service rep and nothing. I sent a email and still waiting for a response. It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to “work” or do their job now and days

My rental property manager is one of the best, she made sure that I was comfortable and and everything going well within my unit. I recommend Summit for you and your family. Love at first site not gonna lie ..The maintenance is dedicated to taking care of business very speedy and does a great job. The most appealing thing to me is the pool area and the gym. In the people in the office gives best impression April Holiday is the best

My experience her has not been good at all. As I write this my ac unit or hot water heater is leaking. We left 4 messages with there answering service and when I finally got an answer from who I believe is the office manger she stated that she would have the water remediation team and maintenance to come. NOTHING! We went out and bought our own wet vacs and still cleaning up water. This is just one of the bad experiences we have had here. If you are thinking about moving here DONT

These reviews are fraudulent these apartments are the worst Ive ever seen. The So-Called newly renovated apartments are trashed. There is trash all around the the complex, and the apartments are infested with roaches. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher was littered with food from a previous occupant. While preparing to move in we were approached by a stranger asking if we wanted to buy drugs. We were not able to view the unit as management said the floors were being replace and we could not get in to view it until after 4:00 pm on Friday which she gave us the keys and after 4pm when we entered there were no flooring, the unit was dirty and none of what we were promised was completed. We requested our money back 3,000.00 returned and we were told that the corporate office would have to process this and we were given a phone number to a person (corporate) which no one answers and the voicemail is full therefore there is no way to contact anyone. We are looking for the information on the owner(s) and look forward to contacting them.

I went to Summit to only see how the Community was and the Leasing Agent,Ms Nakita,was very professional,as well as very,very helpful and she actually went beyond her means to assure me that it is definitely a safe and friendly community for not only myself but for my 4 daughters as well. UPDATED REVIEW 6/1/2021I moved on the 28th of May, and I can say this, the management is fine until you need stuff done, I feel slightly bamboozled.I am annoyed with the fact that my AC unit is busted and needs to be replaced, in addition to the fact that my refrigerator is also not working! Along with a couple other minor issues. I’ve contacted the office multiple occasions and I’m told it’ll be fixed, “today”. Absolutely less than satisfactory. All of this should have been done prior to me moving in. Also there is TRASH EVERYWHERE throughout the neighborhood, parking lot, and dumpsters, a very bad look.New resident here at the summit, Ms. Nakita was so professional, thorough, and responsive! She got me in quick and also made sure I understand everything in my lease.

Definitely not a good place to stay. These apartments need to be shut down or a management team that really want to enhance there community. It’s not safe! Management do not do anything but collect rent!

The definition of slum lords! April the property manager has a really bad attitude! Trash all over the place. Teens all in the breeze way. If you work and come home you can’t come home to peace and the rent office does nothing about it. So many issues with the apt as soon as I moved in leaks things not being properly installed etc... if you don’t have to rent here don’t!

My son & daughter-in-law and my five grandchildren have lived their for several years and the place is horrible! Maintenance will not fix anything. They had to use the circuit breaker to turn on the stove for months until the oven door melted. Days have passed and still NO STOVE!! Add this to one bathroom that can’t be used and this place should be condemned. Yet they are installing an entrance gate & painted the outside. Only hope I can get OSHA to make them fix things.

I’ve yet to move in. But I’m excited for the move. The leasing agent Mrs Morris was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Has a few hiccups with paperwork but he was very attentive and displayed great patience with me. Not once did she show any signs of frustrations as a was frustrated like all when moving. The complex is changing ownership and I must say that if they brought Mrs Morris in they was the best move they could have made or I she stayed on from previous ownership she is truly a great assets to the company. The process was so easy moving into this complex ! April was the greatest when it came time for me to submit everything ! She helped us with every step of the way . When I say it literally took 1 week for me to move in, it was one week . We didn’t arrive til Sunday at 9pm and she came into the office and allowed us to view the apartment and sign our lease and gave us the keys ! Excellent customer service . I have seen a lot of great reviews and some not so great on this property . But I’m glad I chose this property ! My sons love it ! It’s clean and quiet . From the people I have seen so far they are friendly as well .

The old management team in my opinion, were Scandalous, and very Unprofessional. Good News: Prayer and Meditation WORKS!! Six months in we where given A New Management Team. They came in with A Vengeance! Everything was turned around in these apartments for the better. I Am sooo Blessed to have them all. I call them including Maintenance...The Dream Team! I have been a resident for six months and I love my apartment. The new management has made some amazing changes. I love the professionalism of the leasing employees. April the property manager is so nice and friendly and she cares about the community and the residents. I have not had any prproblems and I look forward to all of the new incentives and changes to the property.

I came here scratching my head with concerns of my safety due to alot of activity involving the police coming out everyday but I needed a place to live quickly. July they became under NEW MANAGEMENT and I must express how better I feel. I don’t see nothing like what I seen when I first came. I can say now that I truly feel safe now and the STAFF IS AMAZING, WONDERFUL, and VERY GENEROUS and listen and make sure things are done in a decent time frame.

I am now too much into my apartment and I love everything about the community very quiet police trolls every few hours, and Miss April made my process easy and successful I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone coming to the Atlanta area, Also forget to mention this is a gated community! Since Greenwood LLC has taken over, major improvements are noticeable! They service work orders in a timely manner and keep the property upkeep in good standing. Hi I have been with these apartments for four years the Mangement that was here before was worthless but the new management Asden properties are amazing. I love Miss April Danielle and miss Naktia. They are very respectful they really truly help out they care about the residents out here they have change the face of this apartment I’m glad that we are now a gated community and it really helps. And the maintenance people yeah let me just say oh they’re amazing I’m happy that I re-signed my lease for the fourth year I will sign again for another year after that until I buy my house thank you to Asden Management but most importantly to Miss April Danielle and miss Naktia I finally feel safe out here in my home we love you from the Carmichael family

Ive lived in these apartments for 8 years. And it had been tolerable. But now since they are under new management its been awful. Im actually putting in my notice to vacate this week. Other than to pay my rent I would rarely go into the office. But now, they never answer the phones so Ive had to go inside several times this month alone. The maintenance crew is horrible. I was standing in the office when the lady called them on the walkie talkie, they said they would be right over after they finished. Well I went back to my apartment as saw the entire crew sitting on their golf carts chilling and talking until it was time to get off work. They never came. I told the office staff and they did nothing. My dish washer has not worked in 2 months now and its brand new. They replaced the old one after it no longer work (after 3 months and constant pestering) And the man broke a pipe in the process of installing the new one. I went in the office everyday for 2 weeks straight and they have yet to fix my new one. So I went in to tell them that I was putting in my notice to vacate, they didnt apologize or anything. The garbage is overflowing, its looking terrible now. Im moving. Please dont come here. It sucks!!

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!My friend of mine applied here and paid a $50 application fee only to be told that his credit was bad and they could not approve him. He applied at another apartment shortly after and this one approved him because they said his credit was good. Both apartments cost around the same amount and are in the same area, so how is this possible??? They really just wanted his money. They had no intention whatsoever of accepting him. These people are crooks. Dont fall for it.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This is one of the worst places to live and is so unsafe for children. The kids are always out all time of the night roaming the neighborhood. One day pulling up I heard gun shots coming from the play ground and seconds later saw kids running screaming for their parents. Gun shots are literally heard every other week. Thugs for lack of a better word are posted up everywhere and bother you on the way to your car asking for money very aggressively like they running something. I actually think they do, I just dont know what. One of the reviews said to have a gun handy and that IS NOT an over statement. Trash everywhere and no one ever cleans. Maintenance never comes to fix anything and blames it on being understaffed. LOOK ELSE WHERE if for nothing else, for your safety.

Move in was smooth. Nakita made sure she got everything taken care of for me to move in . The process was quick n simple. The staff is amazing and Im enoying my spacious 3 bedroom.

When I first moved in the apartment was great. The staff was polite, Maintanence got done. But once they were bought out by another management company it all went down. They don’t fix anything they don’t send remainder of security deposit when you leave and it’s always an excuse about something the manager never gets on the phone

I dont like it. Theres water leaking into my house, mold in one the rooms, the dishwasher leakes, broken slide door handle for the back porch, and the people who live on the very bottom on the right never let the dog get out from his cage so he stinks up the whole builing

Very Clean Grounds.. Friendly Staff & Speedy Service I’ve Been Here For 6 Months.. I Put In A Request To Have My Garbage Disposal Fixed & They Came The Next Day . Same Goes For My Oven .. They Came Two Days After My Request . It’s A Nice Neighborhood. No Loudness . NO BAD KIDS !! If Anything The Kids Will Come a Ask If You Need Your Trash Taken Out, Lol .

I went to go and pick up my cousin and there were too many pot holes; trash thrown on the ground behind the apt building #1400; as well as the dumpsters being overloaded with trash, and furniture everywhere. I didnt know if the management was able to pay to have their trash picked up but it was ridiculous!🤔😠😡 For these to be some nice apartments, the code enforcement department needs to inspect asap!!!🛑🚾🚯🚧

I love my apartment. Nice ppl in the office, very friendly. I just renewed my lease. Every time I have a request they are on it. I would definitely recommend coming here. I gave it three stars only because of the pool, the play ground and trash. But other than that I love it.

I’ve called them MULTIPLE times sometimes back to back over the course of the week. I applied about 1.5 weeks ago and no response. I call to follow up about my application, phone went straight to voicemail. Today, it just rings and sometimes they’d pick up then hang up. I would call the regional manager Lisa, and she’d be helpful but I’m gonna give her the benefit of the doubt and say it’s Monday and may be in an early meeting. However, I just wasted $53.95 on applying to this apartment great pricing and location for me but with no response on if I’m approved or not, no one to answer my questions. Why would I wanna live anywhere where I need to PHYSICALLY go in to handle SIMPLE questions that’s legit just a phone call. People are ridiculous.Update: I was given my money back after filing a claim with my bank! Apparently they couldn’t contact them either lol

Trash!! I visit a friend here the other day. Huge pot holes that are dangerous & will tear your car up. Unsafe, dead Trees fallen that kids play on. Very dangerous. Breeze ways are disgusting, filthy, the projects hallways look better than this place. Roaches! Omg! Roaches! I have never seen maintenance & she’s been here years! Shoots out! My friend car got shoot up two weeks ago! No security! Just awful! Kids run everywhere, in street cause there’s no sidewalks at all. I was going to apply last year with promising it will get better! It’s worse !! I’m not bitter, upset, hell I don’t even live here, but I visit all the time! Please listen to review! Also they let tenants leave trash outside door! Roaches run right in!

My ceiling is leaking really bad right now. Its 11:30 at night. I dont know what to do. My upstairs neighbors wont answer the door. To tell them to turn there water off. Emergency maintenance havent called back yet. My apartment is going to flood if no one come out. I told the property manager today at 4pm he said he will be at my house at 5pm. I was sitting on my couch. I seen him and the leasing agent pull up on the golf cart. I closed my blinds and unlock my door. Got my note pad to show them the leak and everything else thats wrong with the place. I went in my kitchen got some water. I thought maybe they should be knocking on my door. I looked out they were gone. Now my bathroom is about to flood. Omg. Dont move here. Please you will regret it.

These apartments are trashy and overpriced. The owner only wants your money. The property manager April is unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Nekita was always pleasant and helpful. The property has trash and cats everywhere. The apartments have mold and are infested with roaches. The property manager does not handle tenants complaints in regards to the neighbors and noise. The neighbors dishwasher always leaked and maintenance would only fix it temporary. Please do not waste your time viewing these apartments. Please take your money where the owner and property manager cares about their tenants.
