Been living here since October 2021. When I moved In countless things were wrong with my apartment. My refrigerator has been broke since I moved in leaking puddles inside and out. Been told 8 different times I would have a new refrigerator ordered. Still haven’t received a new one. No one answers the phone. Maintenance literally does next to nothing. They tell you they’re coming and never show up. There’s no security in the area.

Not responsive. How is there NO one to answer the phone for over 2weeks. I have been trying to reach anyone at this leasing office! I have left like 40 voice messages and left messages on their website. Please do better.

When You pay your hard earned money especially early every month for years you expect to be treated professionally. Nothing gets fixed no one ever answers the phone. There’s always big water bugs coming through the drain so you have to keep a stopper in your tub and sink. It’s horrible, wouldn’t suggest this place. Of course they’re nice getting you in but once you’re in it’s like your stuck with a whole bunch of mess!!

I’ve called this property so many times with no answer so I decided to try to go to the actual property 3 times this past week and no one was in the office on either day. They same sign was on the door for two days stating the staff would be back in the office at 3 and neither time after 3 did anybody show up, my last attempt to see someone at this property was this past Saturday 07/24/21 and no one even bothered to show up to work. Very unprofessional if this is how you treat future residents I can only imagine what being an actual resident is like.

Okay now. I usually have leasing agents who are just bland and ready to get the tour over with but TRAY is the total package!!! Upon arrival, he was so comforting and his vibe was absolutely amazing. We laughed the whole tour. Im very big on vibes and vibes definitely will make or break a persons opinion and Tray vibe is just beautiful! Yall need to give this man a raise like seriously! Im excited to see what The Park at Netherley has in store for me. When yall come for a tour, Ask for Tray! You will NOT regret it! Honorable Mention to: Marcus. His vibe over the phone when making the appointment was also amazing. Seems like this staff is loving what they do and I love to see!

I have been living here for the past 4 years and I absolutely love new management . They are helpful and very quick responding with everything . Sainesia is very knowledgeable and helpful and gets back to you very quickly with everything. She was really great. Don is very helpful and nice as well. This new company is really great .

I have called everyday for ATLEAST a month straight. I have left well over TEN voicemails. I have also made inquires through their website and email, Yet STILL no reply. I decided to go to their office and of course they were by appointment only, but there was ATLEAST 4 people in the office while I stood there and called them while looking me in the eyes and no one answered. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Surprised the bbb has not been contacted yet.

So I’ve been calling countless of times with no answer and I even drove to the complex just to be met with a sign that says by appointment only. This is so unprofessional. How can I set an appointment if you don’t even answer your phone calls from prospective tenants. These people are using this whole COVID 19 ordeal to just be bad in business. Get rid of this management & even this company & let people who actually want to WORK & DO THEIR JOB take over! There’s literally no way to get in contact with these people or even apply online. RIDICULOUS!! I can only imagine how their treating current tenants.

I’m leaving this review to recognize these two guys that work in the office which names are Don the property manager and Trá property assistant. Both of these guys is Awesome in they own way and what I mean by that is that I came in the office a couple weeks ago asking for new flooring and keep in mind they don’t do this until we move out the apartments or moving to a different unit and I kid you not they forfill my wishes not I’m still waiting on my carpet to get changed in my room but don said no no 😂😂 so I’m take everything else but anyway thank you guys y’all the best.

I have been calling the numbers provided on their website and on Google still no response. I left 3 messages & sent over 3 emails & still no response.

It takes forever to get any type of help when there’s an issue with your unit. If you need anything fixed or call emergency maintenance they will not get back to you. If you need anything done you will have to go to the office and good luck if you work. Even then they say it will get fixed and don’t do it. It can take months to get resolved if ever. A lot of unfulfilled promises here and this was before the pandemic.

Maintenance does nothing. been here since may and work orders still haven’t been done.

Tre has been a pleasure since I’ve been living in the apartment anytime I need any maintenance repairs done he makes sure that my work order is completed and my issue was resolved, a very nice gentleman.

I am a single mother that just moved out here to the Park at Netherly just 2 months ago!! My rent is 1250.00. The only thing that went professionally was Tra helping me fill out my info to move in here. Since i have moved the problems seem to come back to back. My first incident was my floor leaking from my washing machine. I called maintence. He came in and said well the washing machine is not on the apartment complex so its nothing I can do, he left. The floor is flooded. I called a company to help get all the water. Next all the electricity went out in the laundry room. i called for maintenance. No help ….. I tried using the electric box to turn everything back on. Still no light. But i guess since the washer and dryer come on thats all that matters. The dishwasher never works, My sink faucet has a huge hole in it. so water is constantly coming out the bottom of the sink. Now that the climate is about to change. The weather is getting warmer and I have no a/c. Lastly and the worst of all. My refrigerator is leaking so bad that it is flooding the kitchen and dining area. I notified maintenance and the front office off all these things . The only responses I get are Well have it fixed for you on ….Monday …..MONDAY!! its been almost 4 Mondays and Im still dealing with this issue every morning I come home from work and when I wake up. I can barely even use the kitchen because it so much water. it ridiculous and I dont even know what else to do. Its just the worse. They get people out here spending there money and then offer you no help. I know there are section 8 people out here which is cool. But Im not !! I work hard and I pay my rent on time. Does anybody have any advice on what I should do next. Im at my wits end. If I leave my credit will be ruined if I stay everything in this apartment will eventually mildew!!! I will post pictures once I figure out.

I absolutely love my apartment and all of the wonderful and positive improvements that have been made and is still in progress. Our new Property Manager Erica, is really planning to do some great things for our community and to get and keep the residents involved and updated. I met Anthony today, he is and will be a welcoming addition to the staff. Myron and the maintenance team is great and on point. Waking up each morning with a view of the lake is priceless. I truly appreciate the entire staff, past and present. To the new owners, Thank You, for sincerely working diligently to change the old image and giving me a place that I now enjoy calling, HOME!

My experience with The Park at Netherly Apartments has been by far the greatest experience ever!! The staff is amazing, helpful, attentive, and most of all professional. My leasing agent name is Tre Veal and when I tell you Tre is the absolute best hands down. The day I walked in there office Tre was on his way out for break. Tre stopped everything he was doing to take care of me. He showed me supber service and was made sure he accommodated all my needs. Tre Veal went above and beyond his call of duty to help me. He treated me as though he had known me all my life. This is most respectful leasing agent Ive ever met in my life!! Hes smart, knowledgeable, funny, and straight to the point. Also, I applied a week ago and already Im approved. That means someone is found their job and doing it right. Please ask for Tre Veal as your leasing agent. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Tell him Keria sent you!!!

All I can say is WOW... theres so much happening on the property from shooting every day and night, 2 the numerous murders, 2 the breaking n of cars, 2 the unprofessionalism of the staff with the exception of one or two to everything else thats going on at this property... if somebody has corporates number please leave it on here so I can contact them myself.. My brother just moved here and his apartment is right on the lake, its very spacious, ask for Melena she is the new manager and she is very responsive, and working on adding new features, like a security.gate, the staff is very friendly also, my brother moved in last Friday and he needed some things fixed in his apartment and its Tuesday and theyve already started the work order.

These people never answer their phones.The false advertise saying its luxury andHard wood floors .some do but alot dont.Everytime i go to visit my sister trash. Compactor is a hot mess.its always nasty here.the workers is very very un profersional

The customer service is great......You couldnt ask for any better and so far they have been sticking to their word fulfilling everything they said they are going to do. New lighting, new and more security at night, etc........ :-) Ive been here 2 years now and have very little to complain.........

Worse apts ever not even a residence, my sister lives here and from how the outside of these apts look I would never move in them. Came to view the property Saturday and the trash compactor was running over, literally trash all in the streets. The websites wants 868$ for a one bedroom, but this company has no security, barely maintenance, a dirty washroom and duck feeces everywhere. Oh I forgot to mention somebody got their car broke into twice, and a person got shot here! Stay away!!

Its a beautiful place to live in. Ms. Irene was the best leasing Agent that handled everything perfectly when I moved in December of 2018..such a great and calming spirit was greatly needed in any Apartment Home...Despite my package being stolen from in front of my door 2 weeks moving in then my neighbors door being kicked in and her things stolen and my visiting family member being attacked..The Apartment was comfortable and the neighbors in my building became very close .. The animals roaming freely was an amazing site. Once New Management took over lots of happy faces and energy started to disappear. Never the less they did add a really nice Lady named Ms. Grier.. Full of positivity and a beautiful spirit. Witnesed some violence... But violence is unfortunately everywhere.... So all in all.. Its a nice place to move to despite any of my personal circumstances that arose from the year I lived here. Still is a beautiful Community.

Ive been living here going on almost 4 years now I love my apartment and the location. I appreciate the work being done onsite. The ladies in the office are pleasant and take care of my needs as requested. Our maintenance team is good. Its now a entire new staff & new management in the office so Ill give them a try! I plan renewing for one more year. Loving these improvements onsite

I haven’t even moved here yet and I have already received terrible service. I’m just trying to get my application started and at least get a virtual tour of the place before starting anything but I been calling for the last two days to schedule an appointment and I get no answer from neither number that’s left on the website. I have left plenty of voicemails but I haven’t heard anything back. If you guys don’t want any service from future tenants then say that.

If you need any issues taken care of, I would advise you to see Miss Scott. Dont understand why maintenance cant do what they are paid to do. Would give 5 stars if the maintenance supervisor, Terry, wasnt so unprofessional, a liar and very rude. He never fixes anything. Just tell lies.

You all are only responding to the used it reviews that praise you. You are not paying any attention to the reviews from your tenants who have concerns or issues. Which shows me you have no empathy our compassion for your tenants at all.

Stayed for a visit and ended up renting my own apartment. Very affordable. The cookouts are seasonal. They have a very nice scenery and all around star maintenance. Love it here. Loud music and all😛😛😛😛🙈🙈🙈🙈

Ok if anybody wants to live here i say please do i love my 2 bedroom apartment have no issues with this new staff. Erika Abner is a god send. She was so patient with me. Lord knows i was frustrated with my apartment hunt dealing with really rude people. She made me feel at home and made the process the best I have ever seen. When she was not there her staff was a perfect reflection of her. I felt like they really cared and gave me the best apartment tour that I had to get in. Like I said they are the best and I enjoy anytime I am in the office. Sometimes I go in just to make sure they are good thats just the type of customer service and family feel they give from the start and they always keep it up. I am a truly satisfied customer wish i can give more the 5 stars

I have applied online paid money and still can’t get a answer been calling for 3 days no answer and my move in date suppose to be Friday here it is Thursday and no answer!! Like I left several voicemails and emails no response. At this point I’m just trying to tell y’all don’t even run my application anymore!

Have lived here and Shannon Lake for five years all of a sudden we dont have security there have been numbers of break-ins to cars as well as Apartments people stealing the air conditions is almost making it impossible to be a resident here as of. 6/6/18. The office posted a sign that said we are responsible for our own personal property because they no longer offer security

The property is very well maintained, they have painted the outside and it looks peaceful and clean. The office staff is very friendly and made me feel welcomed.

These apartments are disgusting, people sit outside all day watching you go in and out your apartment, cars have been broken into and management does nothing about it. The apartments are roach infested, and they have yet to come out and spray. The garbage compactor was overfilled the other day, garbage was all on the sidewalk. They pick and choose when they want to open the pool, they allow residents to have junk cars which take up two to three parking spots. I would not move here, spend your money elsewhere for security, cleanness and a peace of mind because you won’t get it here.

Not a great place to stay. I dont feel safe living here. Lots of areas are very dark at night without working lights. We constantly have crime being committed here. I am afraid to walk at night. I lived here for two years now. Things were getting better here for about a month . The apartments had security guards at night that would keep an eye on me while I walked. I havent seen them in about a week or two now so i dont know what the issue is. I felt safer because they had a blinking light on a security car and it seemed to keep trouble makers out of the area and the security man and woman looked to interact with the trouble makers. I do see the cops drive trough from time to time but dont seem to pay any attention to me or what is going on. I havent had much interaction with the manager or staff but have been told they are somewhat rude and experienced them not answering the phone.

Do not move here 📍... These Apts are the projects.. Very ghetto. .lots of gun fire at night. Lots of break-ins.... Shootings... Someone was shot and killed in these apartments. . They changed the name which makes no difference because they still let trash move in ... Ppl hang in the breeze ways... Scoping out residents coming & going so they can break into their apt. Lots of young blk males hanging out looking to see whos apt they can break into... Do not believe nothing the leading staff says. .. They just want their bonus for as many leases they can complete. Not a place to call home at all.

OMG I’m calling every news channel these apartments are not safe kids are everywhere and I will hate for one of these babies to get hurt 2 men was Murderd on two different Occasions the leasing office will not tell you anything unless you put the presser on them about letting the residents know about the homes and cars beinging broken into alone with the Murders. Smh this is so said I’m disappointed and looking for another place I feel like I wasted my time and money I feel the saddest for all of the kids and small little girls walking around the neighborhood trying to have fun like kids do it’s not safe and keep your kids in the house and find another place to live save not your money but your family please please please it seems we can only help each other because the leasing office and the police don’t care

I do not recommend these apartments! I live in the back and constantly hear loud music from neighbors inside their apartment and outside, like its a block party instead of a home. Some residents smoke weed in the open on their patio or in their car and management doesnt care. Kids are all over the place and use profanity in front of adults. The police is constantly out here. I am also considering breaking my lease as soon as I can. Theres no peace here!!!!!!!!!

Moved in right before Thanksgiving and my car was broken into.then last Sunday someone got killed in front of my building. I really dont feel safe.

Bad apartments.. kids everywhere. the people who lives in the complex hangs outside smoking all day . cigarette smell coming through your vents. the apartments in the back of the complex is full of ghetto people.. i lived in the front for two years no problem or anything until my new neighborhood started leaving garbage and toys outside... then i moved in the back it was all bad. pitbull being tied up to the bar of the stairs, 8 + guys living in one apartment. loud music every morning starting around 5/6am. i hated it so much i had to break my lease to move.

These teenage kids are kicking in doors taking people’s hard earned money and belongings and nothing is being done about it on top of that there was 2 murders plus they are breaking in cars they are going to take whatever out of it or they are going to take the whole car and guess what else we don’t find out these things from the rent office we find out from the community

Had a great experience here I cant wait to move in. People who complain while on here look like they may have just been a bit nosey but I shall see once I move in.
