Was friendly and welcoming we came early with no appointment and was seated right away, we really enjoyed the deluxe pedicures for my husband and myself for a wedding that same day. Attention to details and ensured my nails were perfect (made sure she wiped and excess polish off while working which was impressive and above and beyond the norm) I cant say enough how satisfied I was being all the way from Alabama to such a remote location I didnt feel far from home and that really matter especially when experiencing a new nails shop, thanks you for your diligence, safety and care. The new chairs are beautifully and the massager are to die for. They even gave a by hand back and neck massage. Made our day even more special.

Decided to go elsewhere but only because I couldn’t get an appointment that same day.. I will be trying them in the future though

Waited a long time to be seen, so long that my pedicure water got cold...when my friend and I realized wed be there a v long time we decided to leave and try elsewhere...except they tried to make us stay...the lady PHYSICALLY tried to keep me in the seat(a big no-no). Very pushy and mad because we wanted to leave after waiting for an hour... do better.

First time Ive been here in over a year. Had an opening for when I called so I went right away. Distancing between customers, temperatures required at entrance, Plexi glass between customer and nail technician. Seems like theyve got their system down and it was a great pedicure. Prettiest design for my toes!

My friend and I went to get our toes done and the lady who was doing my pedicure walked away from doing my toes for 20-30 minutes because other customers walked in. My friend got her toes done with acrylic and the lady tore out her ingrown toenail and cut her in the process. Did not do a good job painting at all. And they whole time they were doing our toes they kept talking amongst themselves. And had a attitude when I asked her if I could have the little flip flops. I would not recommend this place to anyone. THERES BETTER PLACES TO GO .

Ive have had very minimal issues since going to Lynn. I can keep my nails on for 4+weeks if i have to and besides the growth they still look good and havent chipped or popped off

I called to make appt with Lynn and she told me Saturday August 22 2020 they where busy my response was ok can I get an appt.for Sunday August 23 at 3:30 I gave Lynn my name for the appt. I called Lynn Sunday to confirm my appt. Lynns response was no I dont have time at 3:30 pm very busy no I cant do nails fill.my response was I already made the appt. I can do your nails at 11.30 am I told her that I already set time aside for 3:30 pm I would never recommend La Belle to anyone the are not professional and depending on who you are La Belle charges you different prices

Came here because I remember it being good last time I went a few years ago. Was told to sit and pick my color, and then was ignored for an hour before I just left without getting anything done. I would have understood if I was asked to come back later because they were too busy, but expecting a customer to wait for an hour+ for a manicure is ridiculous.

I’ve come here a quite few times over the last three or four years, mainly for pedicures with regular polish. They always do a good job and seem to be really thorough. Also, everything seems clean. I also like the location because there’s always parking. This is my go-to place for a pedicure.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I came here to do my nails for prom and got exactly what I wanted. The ladies there were so nice and fun to talk to. This is now my go-to place to get my nails done and recommend coming here for all mani-pedi needs PERIOD 💯

Lynn is dynamic and talented and kind. I requested “dip powder nails” which I originally received in Chico, LOVE IT and even though it wasnt a service offered, Lynn did it for me & did an even more beautiful job than the first place! I now drive over from the Coast as often as I need, always welcome me even without appointment. The spa is spacious w fresh breeze & pretty view of open green field. Fair prices, I Will recommend to friends and family! A+

Stopped in to have a broken nail fixed while on vacation. They had the exact color I needed and the gentleman did a great job or fixing my broken nail. Plus he gave me a fresh gel topcoat on all my nails so the shine would match. On top of that the price was reasonable if not lower than what I expected. Also there is a lovely view of the mountains from the manicure tables. I would visit again.

Took my girlfriend to this place for Christmas, after hearing good things from my friends. Upon arriving, we were greeted nicely and they sat her down in around 15 mins. During the process of picking her nails, the nail technician Lynn helped her pick colors. They really treated us like family. Another thing that I noticed abt the place was the cleanliness. Weve been to MUSTYYY and I mean MUSTYYY places, but this nail place was crazy clean and smelled nice. Will for sure come back!

I am not a person who ever complains but $50 later, Terrible job. She rushed through mine and the dip powder was horribly bumpy and had bubbles in it. If you go to a bigger city with better nail salons, you’ll be very disappointed

I went in to get a French tip with a friend of mine and it was so bad. I didn’t want to be rude with this friend around so I ended up going to another place and they had to completely redo my nails. It cost so much money and I’m so upset with my self for going here. The lines of the tip weren’t even or even close to being straight and was too thick when I told the lady three times to make it smaller. I wish I could get my money back because now I’m completely broke. I’d never gone here before and I’m really disappointed I did.

I have never been turned away as a walk-in and they have always gave me great pedicures! I go in with others and they always love their experience too!If you want it done right, this is the place to go!

Good if you want a solid color. Other than that would not recommend. Went with some friends, they also had the same experience. Not a fan. Go to Phalangie’s instead.

Good job on nails but there are also other places in Ukiah that are just as good because these guys are rude and talk about you in their own language. I guess I just find that very unprofessional.

Even though it is over an hour drive one way for me to go to La Belle Nail & Spa, it is well worth the trip. I am always greeted with a smile and wonderful service. Thank you all for offering such kindness.

I just walked in and they really took care of me 💚 Its been a long time since I got a pedi and they didnt make me feel uncomfortable. I dont know why this place has any bad reviews because they went above and beyond to make my toes cute!

The gentleman who did my feet never answered my (repeated) question about a specific color, didnt explain the service options or at least offer me a menu of services, and rinsed my legs with cold water. My friend and I were separated when it was time for our hands, despite our request to be together. My tech didnt ask what shape I wanted my nails, and when I asked for a round shape, it took 3 tries and me asking to shape them myself- which was also denied. Finally, the nail art- they have little plastic fingers there, and my friend wanted exactly what was one one of them: roses. Instead, it was looking like strawberries, but the tech couldnt seem to understand what we were saying or pointing at. Finally I pulled pictures up on my phone, and it all worked out. Overall, a stressful experience for wedding day nails!

Where do I start?? Rude customer service, very pushy, non stop talking between themselves, tax you for EVERYTHING, and over priced and after you know they are talking about you cuz you asked them to do a design that you can tell they dont normally do.. they try and NOW start asking questions about you (family, work, etc) and only because they know you are mad... dude cut up my cuticles, had polish all over my fingers, messed the polish while shoving my hand under the UV light (gel nails), when I brought it to their attention, they first said it was the powder and then came back and said it was my fault and tried to charge me to fix it!! Im livid!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE and DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else... good thing Im only here for business because this wouldnt be the spot Id come to get my nails done if I lived here!!!

So i asked for french ombre and the results are so bad!! it just looks like the glued the nail and put shiny coat on top!! no pink/white whatsoever!!!
