Believe it or not my car being towed and being charged $300 wasn’t even the worst part of this experience. It took almost an hour of standing in the 95 degree sun for them to simply charge my card and fill out the paperwork. Then my car was parked where I would have to crawl through the passenger side to get into it... and I’m pretty sure they stole my Freon (probably to huff it) because amazingly my A/C didn’t work after I picked up the car.... never had a problem with it before.

I’m grateful to this company for being quick to respond and going the extra mile to help my son who is stranded on I 35. They towed him to a safe location and spent two hours helping him change the tire on a rusty old van. I would use them again without hesitation.

This place is super un-organized dispatcher and owner dont even know what there towing contracts states . Was not given any information. Towing contract clearly states vehicle can be inspected at towing yard for any damages that where cause with towing and dispatcher said I was not able to do so thank god for contracts right. I was not even upset about the towing I was more upset that they would not honor contracts that they themselves put in place well at least getting my towing fee back and a hefty insurance claim is on there way to follow.Would clearly rate it at Zero stars .

I was booted by this company today and am extremely disappointed by their lack of compassion, patience, and politeness. The man that booted my car was very rude and continued to boot me even though I arrived back to my car before he finished clasping the hatch. I hadn’t stepped away for more than 1 minute before he jumped on the opportunity to scam someone who was just trying to pick up some food. Will definitely be investigating their company as there is no way this disgusting business is up to par with legal towing regulations.

Of I could zero stars I would theure very unprofessional and give false infoinformation so when you show up they make an even bigger issue for you get your vehicle. Akram especially saying he would drop the vehicle for $150 when we tell him we had to get the cash from in the house he burns off!!

I hope I never have to get a tow again, but if I do Im calling these guys. Very quick and friendly service. They got me out of a sticky spot and were professional and down to earth. Our driver, AJ was very cool and very nice. I highly recommend their services.

Tow truck companies always get a bed rap but this company is a one in my book. Theyre extremely responsible flexible and always willing to work with people no matter the situation. If youve parked your car somewhere what you shouldnt park it you should expect to get towed.Thanks for taking good care of me and my car!!!

I dont expect a lot of customer service from a towing company, but I was surprised how easygoing these people were. Yeah, of course it sucks my car was towed. I mistakenly thought the lot I parked in was part of East Side King on S Lamar, but I couldve checked the address posted on the signs. They were just doing their job.I got there and their debit card machine was down, and I sure didnt have $200 in cash. I was expecting them to send me away, but a nice worker gave me a ride to a nearby convenience store so that I didnt have to walk alone in the dark. Had a nice time talking and joking with the employees as they handled my paperwork, and then I was promptly on my way.

Predatory towing company who towed over a dozen vehicles of employees and customers from multiple businesses on the same lot within 24 hours. After eating at a restaurant, on the same lot, my car had been towed in just under an hour. When I arrived at their location to pickup my vehicle, they released someone elses vehicle to me. I have a recording of their confession. No surprise that I overheard their employees comment on a lawsuit already against them. Aggressive towing practices, like Austin Express Towing, are not economically sound. Austin Express Towing is an example of nonconsensual towing that unfairly impinge upon the rights of vehicle owners like myself. Report them to the BBB if you have a similar experience.

Im a manager at ihop on slaughter and this company went and towed two of my employees cars. One was able to negotiate with the driver for 90 dollars to take his truck down without any paperwork or receipt. Not sure if thats legal. My dishwasher who is hearing impaired was confused when he saw his car missing. It cost him 250 dollars to get his car out. The tow truck drivers were oblivious to the fact that there was a busy 24/7 restaurant that does have cars overflow into the adjacent parking lot. The right thing to do wouldve been to come into our restaurant and make sure we didnt have any employees or legitimate customers inside that parked their car in that lot. They didnt bother. Mind you this took place at 2:30 AM on a friday night and we get really busy at this time and our parking lot gets full from third party delivery services and dine in customers. The signage isnt even in the lot where they got towed and Ive been working here for 6 years and never had issues with tow trucks in our parking lot. No intiative or common sense from these tow truck drivers.

Extortionists! Avoid at all cost! They booted my car after I was gone for five minutes. In a gas station! Their signage sucks - it isnt visible, but it meets the city standard. I was 10 away from a free parking space which I would have happily parked in if I had known that a quick walk down the alley to Easy Tiger for bread, would end up costing $150 to get a boot taken off. I get it - they are close to Muni Court, but common decency demands 5 minutes of grace! Honestly!They had a homeless guy acting as a spotter, and if you are lucky, he wont walk around screaming at you. I called the cops it was so shady. If I have anything to do with it, this guy will be put out of business for predatory practices. Imagine the money they are pocketing at $150 a boot, for as little as 5 minutes of time.Utter jerks who should ashamed of themselves. This is NOT how we behave in Austin.

A company ran by thieves and liars. They owner stole my smartphone out of a towed vehicle then ran all over town with (not knowing that I was tracking my phone). Then 1 get led down on pretense of getting my phone back. Thats when he tried to extort me for 500$. Creating a scam where he was owed money by a man I never met concerning a truck I had rode in once. Complete scam extortion even using a couple large employees for intimidation. In the end he kept and stole my smartphone and I am left fixing my information risk knowing hes not above stealing that as well.

They towed my car, so I called them 3 days in a row and each day they said it wasnt at the lot yet. Finally on the 4th day they said they had it so I went to pick it up and they charged me almost $100 for each of the days they didnt have it.

Illegally towed vehicle from private property. Paperwork claims the tow was authorized by an individual that hasnt worked there in over 6 years.

They harrassed my daughter with a newborn and my mother after she was in the car accident because they dont even know how to read an insurance card after they wouldnt let my sister collect our belongings because she wasnt on the insurance policy which I can understand. I would call any other towing company, no questions asked.

I drove an hour and a half just for them to tell me that they wanted me to come back the next day so they could screw another $95 out of me, supposedly because they wanted more documents than I had brought with me to prove it was my car. How much more do they need than the registration and insurance. Dont worry one bit, as you drive in and look at the way that they keep up their yard, rest assured their personal hygiene and language is every bit as bad. Have a nice day and make sure that you park properly next time. By the way Ive never been towed, I let my brother borrow my car and he parked at a gas station not realizing there were crooks waiting around the corner waiting to screw someone over. Thus my experience with hell on Earth.

My car had been stolen, after gone for a week the police called me letting me know this place had picked it up. Get over there an hour after the phone call with the police, the officer told me there wouldnt be any charges, they wanted $200 to release my car. The battery was dead, flat tire, and my keys were missing. They then had an issue with my insurance, got it resolved, tried going back the next day and they had the same issue with my insurance and then told me I couldnt leave with my car since it had a flat and it would be $150 towing charge to take it to my apt barely 10min away. Had more issues with paper work and by the time I called to ask about my car they let me know its day 12 (they send these cars to a public auction after 2 weeks of being in their lot)! By this time I couldnt even afford to get my car out and have been without a car since Oct 2017. Crooks and scum of the earth!

They towed my car from the apartment complex where I live. They are garbage, I mean absolute sewer. The place is a rundown, dark, dirty, and stinky shack with money hungry $2 hustlers who are not ashamed to give you attitude, when they are the ones who took your car. They deserve NEGATIVE STARS.

This place is down right dirty. They charged me $200 to get my car back. I think they damaged my car too. Part of the front bumper is gone. It looks like it was ripped off. I learned my lesson from this experience. Check your vehicle before you leave the property. Pay for parking people. Its not worth it !!!

Zero stars for this trash of a business. Predatory towing from private property- they stole my car! These losers released my car when the property owners mgmt company called and demanded they release my vehicle immediately. Absolute bottom of the barrel- TDLR & BBB have been notified of their ridiculous practices. Not to mention their place of business is a total toxic wasteland that TCEQ was also notified of.

The towing place was disgusting and they towed my car even though I didn’t see a sign and it was outside a Texaco gas station and had to pay 200 dollars to get my car back and the guys there were kind of disrespectful but they apologized and there was a couple nice people there but that’s all.

Never actually used these guys but dont want to after an experience with one of their trucks. The guy was doing 10 miles under the speed limit for no reason, cut us off at the last minute to turn at a light, flipped us off, all while talking in his cell phone which is now illegal in Austin. Way to represent!

Probably the most blatant greed Ive seen in recent times. This slimy place exists only to take as much money as they possibly can from you while simultaneously making the experience as horrible as possible.

Imagine an impound lot that is so rude, disgusting and cliche that it cant be portrayed in real life and needs to be a cartoon to portray how unrealistically awful it is. Then imagine a place a little worse than that. Then add a round little bridge troll of a man who literally stares at you from the office for 15 minutes while you wait for him to come to the window and (try very hard not to) help you. Then drive down that road a little farther, take a left onto St Elmo and you are there!

After they towed my vehicle to the destination they lowered the vehicle into a rock wall crushing my quarter panel . They told me that the tow truck driver who towed my vehicle did not work for the company I told him that I had taken pictures of the tow truck drivers told truck and had all of his information . The only option that I’ll have is to file lawsuit against this company . The owner keeps giving me nothing but the runaround And I am done.
