Ive been to a few places in Ukiah since moving here and this place is the best so far!! I go every other Sunday with my mom so we can get our acrylic nails filled. Theyre always so nice, remember who we are and always have a nice conversation. Ive loved every set Ive gotten from here and will be a customer for a long time. Other places in ukiah will say they cant do the design you want, but they can do anything here!!

I go there often and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Natalie is my girl and deals with my indecisiveness and is always patient and does a fabulous job! They do amazing pedis too!

I made an appointment with Roy to get my nails done for my birthday. I show up on time to my appointment and as I arrive I see he is barely starting a fresh set on another client (no acrylic tips on or anything). Keep in mind I went earlier and they told me to come back. Roy then proceeds to show me his schedule and no one was written at the time my appointment was. So I was confused and asked if he was ready for me. He then tells his wife to do my nails and I tell him why is she going to do my nails if I made the appointment with him and I’m on time. He then repeats that his wife can do my nails. I was upset since I drove from willits but ultimately said ok and sat at his wife’s table. She then just walks past me and out the door. I was sitting there for 5 min and ask again if she’s gonna do my nails since there were only 2 customers and not busy at all. Ricky then completely ignores me so I walk outside where his wife was and ask her if she’s going to do them. She walks back inside past me without looking at me and rudely says no. They were very rude, inconsiderate, and very unprofessional. As I left I told them I was never going there again and they just said bye. I would not recommend coming here at all. Pro salon does much better if you’re looking for a good nail tech in Ukiah (they’re my usual they were just booked.)

The absolute worst. I have given this shop a few tries. My nails have broken within a few days. THEY ARE DIRTY AND REUSE FILES AND EQUIPMENT. My nail just broke off reviling a nail fungus!!! Beyond disappointed and DISGUSTING! I warn DO NOT go to this shop.

Due to second lockdown restrictions currently imposed in my county, I drove 63 miles to get both manicure, pedicure done at this salon! Friendly staff and professional services with great care! Highly recommended!

Best place in ukiah! Roy and Natalie are so sweet and they take care of their customers. They always do my nails as close to perfection as possible lol. 😍😁

Called last minute for gel mani and pedi. They fit me right in and did an amazing job! Highly recommend the $45 spa pedi special...its well worth it😌Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

I have been going to ukiah nail and spa for about 6 months now and am very pleased. I see Roy regularly but everyone does a wonderful job there. I highly recommend this place!!!! I have been to every place in the nearest city. Multiple places in Ukiah, this place has them all beat. Coming from someone that has had ghost nails done for the past 12 years :)

My mom and I went here. We werent sure if we would have enough time to do much before they closed. They gave us full manicure/pedicure. They werent rude or rushing us out. They were very nice and conversational. Very happy with how our nails turned out. Great price. Great experience!

Roy is one of the most talented persons to ever do my nail. He uses top of the line products and I have never one time had a broken nail as a result of this. He shapes my nails perfectly exactly how I want them. His wife is super talented and up to date with nail art. Her mother gives the best pedicure i’ve ever had, giving an incredible massage and even uses hot stones. I am always offered a beer on the house when I go in. If I have my little girl with me she always gets an affordable pedicure in their princess pedicure chairs and she loves that they massage like the adult pedicure chairs. I cannot rave enough about how much I LOVE this place!

I wish I could give no stars. My nails cracked and chipped three times on a week. I’d have them fix them every two days. Now two nails just completely came off! I was folding laundry!! I will NEVER go back there. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this has NEVER happened.

Very nice and pleasant place. The manicurist were funny and sweet to me and my daughter!
