I got the deluxe gel pedicure and that was good, the younger lady did them. The older lady, Lee did my full set acrylic and they were NOT good at all! I just wanted long coffin French Tip with acrylic powder and she could not do it. My nails were very uneven and crooked. They were not coffin at all and she did not file them good. I was hoping after filing they would look better but once she was done and ready to polish I knew they were just not going to be fixed. I was so displeased with them I left without polish because I had already been there for over 2 hours. The pedicure was $60 which I didnt mind since I got the deluxe one, but she charged me $55 dollars for this set that was horrible and not completed. I wont ever go back there!

I get my nails done with Lee and she is amazing!! Always available to work with my schedule and I look forward to seeing her every couple weeks. My nails are so healthy and my eyebrows look better than they ever have. Highly recommend Lee as your new nail artist because of her consistency and kindness.

Oh polish where art thou 😭Love the shimmery color. Wish the other color stayed... this is after 4 days. 🙃 got a “pedi” too.. finished most of it at home. but they had animal planet. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was very pleasantly surprised today when I got my menicure and pedicure at Exotic Nail Spa.The service was very wonderful, friendly. I truly experienced great customer service and I love my nails! Thanks.

Went in for a pedi + manicure yesterday....pedicure was fine...however, there was a misunderstanding of what I wanted on my nails...which is fine, but I did not even get my cuticles pushed back, or hang nail removal(the things that come with prepping/cleaning the nails)...Ive attached a picture to show how chunky my nails came out and the odd shape I got. Nails shapes are not consistent and they are different lengths? I tried to address it, but the tech did not see an issue...additionally, the side of my finger was damaged from the nail file. not the colors or style I asked for... :(I DO NOT recommend this salon at this time.

I would choose exotic nails over any other Solon because of not only how good of a job they do but how friendly and clean and happy the whole place is.

Very clean made me feel comfortable and very friendly. :)
