Friendly efficient service, a little high-priced. They do a whole range of maintenance checks, maintenance procedures, and repairs. They did a good job on my tie rod ends replacement and wheel alignment.

This was my first and last time using Premier Auto Repair. I feel like I was over charged to replace my Radiator. The part was 237 and my labor was 804 that’s a lot. I called other places and all of them except one was cheaper. I was just trying to go ahead and get my car fixed because I couldn’t drive it. Never again will I use this company. What a rip off. Not please at all. I went to them because they had a lot of good reviews. I will not do that again

I trust Matt and his team with my new Lexus RC350 for all its maintenance needs . They took excellent care of my IS250C for 8 yrs. Tyler doesn’t have a Lexus Dealership. but Premier Auto makes owning a Lexus a totally hassle free experience !! Highly recommend !!

Do yourself a favor and bring your car here.I brought my Prius in for an AC service (the air wasnt blowing cold enough), and they were kind enough to look at it for me. They werent able to recharge the Freon because they didnt have the proper equipment to service Hybrids AC, but they confirmed that the cause of my problems was low Freon and let me know I should take it to the dealer so another auto place doesnt ruin my car. They did all that free of charge - I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for future repairs! tJoseph was courteous and kind over the phone. If youre looking for an honest business, this is the one!

Outstanding customer service! I live in Longview and wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection done on a used car that I was looking at buying from a private seller in Tyler. I had schedule conflicts that week, so Joseph arranged for the car to be dropped off and to send the inspection report to me via email. He did a stellar job of coordinating everything and also of communicating throughout the process. Very pleased with his service!

He gave me his impression of the suvs problem over the phone.I took my suv to his store (which is very clean, modern, and inviting), and he quickly started the paperwork.He promised to get back with me later in the day.He called me and recommended additional diagnostics.He called later (again) and told me what was broken, and gave me the cost of repair.I approved it.By the next morning, at 11:30 A.M., the suv was repaired ahead of schedule.And the price was lower.Joseph Rojas is professional. We chatted about life. He kept his word tome several times during that 30 hour period.Excellent communication skills.I will go back to Joseph again, when my suv gives me a problem!

Premier Auto Repair were very accommodating in performing repair as requested, while patiently going by my diagnosis of the problem.Matt and Johnathan were very friendly and prompt in doing their service.They were my second choice for service, given my primary choice which is Jupiter Chevrolet 100 miles away, and hence they won.I do not regret my choice and will be using them moving forward for all my automotive repair needs, since they are 2 miles away. The only issue I had with them, they did not have cold beer for customers, but still earn them five stars.

I have a 2013 BMW that needed an oil change and also to be serviced. They quoted me the price for the oil change which was very reasonable. And so I asked them how much would it cost to have it serviced and was shocked to hear them say it was included with the oil change!!! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The lobby was very nice also, they offered free coffee, snacks sodas and water. Also my car was ready in less than an hour. I am a very satisfied customer and will always be a customer of theirs. Great professional service from first foot in the door till I drove my vehicle out of the parking lot Jonathan the service tech was extremely professional and helpful in recommending a course of action, had me up and running the same day with parts I had ordered and brought with me to shop. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and they even loaned me a vehicle until mine was ready to go all while keeping me updated throughout the process highly recommend!

Last week I took my SUV in to have the AC checked out. It was not blowing cool air like it should. After Premier first checked if there were any leaks or other obvious problems from a visual inspection, they ran a diagnostic. I got a call from them (after I left it at their shop) and they told me that they had a code that indicated that an actuator needed to be replaced and that the cost for part and labor was going to be about $200. I gave them approval to do the work. A few minutes later I got a call back from them saying that after the technician cleared all the codes --- that the AC was working, but they werent sure as to why. They asked me if I wanted them to continue and replace the part or just take my car back as is and see if the AC would continue working. Its been a week and the AC is working like it should be. To me this is everything I could hope for in an auto mechanic --- someone that is honest enough to lay out all my alternatives and give me the choice of what I want to do --- plus being honest in letting me know that my AC started working after clearing the diagnostic codes instead of just going ahead and replacing the part. This was my first time to use Premier. I previously had a mechanic that I used for 9 years who I could always trust to give me options, whose cost estimates were always good and any work performed was high quality. Unfortunately my prior mechanic had to close up his shop. I am very happy to find a second shop that has the same approach to customer service.Barry

Brought my car here for some work, right before we left for Christmas break. So of coarse, it was last minute. That’s how things usually go, lol. I needed a new radiator, spark plugs, and wires changed on my 2012 suburban. I called and I got in to get both things done. The service was excellent, and both gentlemen were nice to talk to too. I would highly recommend this place, if you need a great place to get your car worked on. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I Was so grateful to find this shop. They were able to do the B service on my Mercedes for MUCH less than the dealer and did a great job. They are certified to work on luxury vehicles. I chose to wait for the vehicle to be done. The office was quiet, had coffee, drinks, cookies. And as an added bonus they had a very sweet dog who hangs out in the lobby, he wants a pet but won’t bother you. Will return for my next service.

Took my car in to have my brakes check, while I told them about my steering wheel shaking. I thought it was a belt slipping in a tire, was told the brakes were good, but my rack and pinion steering was bad. They made an appointment to fix the car, this was done in one day, the car drives great now.

I had an oil leak on my Lexus and they found the problem the day that I took my car in. Plus I had some other things that I asked them to check on. They communicated via text messages to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and sent me detailed prices on the repairs for my approval before they did anything. I will use them again.

I had the absolute best service here. I needed AC service on my car (in the middle of the summer my AC was blowing hot) and a couple other things. It was 103 degrees. I called two or three other places and they told me they wouldnt be able to see me for a couple days (one place said it would take a WEEK for repairs). I called Premier after seeing the reviews, and they got me right in (and out!) that day. Amazing! They even offered me a loaner car for the day while my car was being serviced!!! I didnt have a regular mechanic here before, I am a student here. But Matt went back and forth with company my vehicles protection plan is through. As if that werent enough, they were polite, quick, and informative. I really just cant say enough good things. I am 100% a new customer, I wont go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Premier since I moved to the Tyler area two years ago. They are fantastic! Fast, friendly service, and most importantly, honest service. They don’t make up ailments for my car to pad the bill, and they will even find coupons for me once in a while when a particular bill is huge. Five star—if I had more cars, I’d take them all there.

Premier did a great job doing the 35000 mile service on our Lexus RX-350. Clearly explained what they recommended (which agreed with the Lexus recommended service). They found and fixed a corroded battery clamp during the service. Fast service at a very reasonable price.

I drive a 2002 Ford Lightning as my daily drive. It is fun and special to me. So, I wanted special treatment. Premier answered every question about my brakes and suspension with detailed technical answers. When on the rack, Josh called me to talk about some other issues hed found... the stabilizer bar and idle air control valve. He explained in technological detail the possible problem and solution. It wasnt, Dude, you need a new johnson-rod, and the air in your tires changed. There were issues which will need addressing in the future but Josh and Matt said, not now. In other words, they dont try to make business, but only address what is really needed. I even heard Matt tell someone on the phone where they could get something cheaper. They have my future servicing business.

Had a friend recommend Premier Auto Repair. Gave them a call and was quoted $640 labor (4 hours) to install a fuel pump. Having installed one myself, I was speechless. Called around the Tyler area and next highest quote I received was $230. Do yourself a favor and don’t just blindly chose a mechanic (or anything else) based solely off a friend’s recommendation. Get some quotes and stop being ripped off by ridiculous rates such as Premier’s.

I took the kids 2008 Toyota Corolla in for some brakes...it would have been a lot cheaper if the kid had told me his brakes were making a grinding sound for a couple weeks...lol. I had an issue with our Prius that another shop had estimated in the thousands. I’d read good things so I called Matt at Premiere. Brought the car in and was quoted HALF of what I’d been previously quoted. The work was done quickly and I was always kept in the loop. The bill came in right at the estimate.I had a suspension issue recently and it was repaired. I decided to have some needed maintenance done and when that was complete, my bill was lower than quoted. I would have paid the quote and never known, but they were straight. And that’s pretty great service.
