Mr. Tommy Butler and his store know what theyre doing, do it at a fair price, and I mean maybe Ive been lucky but each morning Ive ever been in there, theyve gotten me worked into their busy day. And id be out in 2 hours tops w new brakes, and alignment done. Theyve also replaced U joints on a truck drive shift once for me. Respectable fellas

Great customer service and friendly. Just got 4 new tires put on my vehicle and I needed to get an alignment. They got me in and out in an extremely reasonable amount of time! Steering wheel was just a tad off after leaving, but I came right back and they fixed it. 10/10, will DEFINITELY recommend!

Today I received walk-in service for my 2000 Toyota Camry which currently has 317K road miles. In less than 60 minutes, I was out the door with properly aligned front tires and a bill under 50 bucks. The gentlemen behind the counter and in the garage were extremely respectful and courteous to this single female. Butler Alignment is truly an outstanding example of what it looks like to see a business run right. Good service is greatly appreciated!

Went to drop off a vehicle for a friend wasnt happy with what and how it panned out They used to be good maybe they have a new tech or something but nevertheless Im not gonna go into detail with this but not gonna go back for a while.

I am very pleased with Chris and the technicians at Butler Alignment &Brake. I was cheerfully greeted when I arrived and my truck was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The alignment they performed seems very accurate. I will trust them again when the need arises.

They do great work and I had my car back the same day.

My car was leaking oil and it was explained to me what the issue was. Car still leaking fluid. So guess Ill go elsewhere to see what the issue is. Probably fixed something that wasnt needed.

Butler looked over my suspension problem, found it was faulty from some previous work done in the year by another repair shop and sent me back to that repair shop because the work was warrantied. Thats awesome. They didnt make a dime and saved me around $1000. Theyre quality people.

Did work on my tundra recently and where very honest with the pricing and work to be done. They called before doing any additional work and also called with updates on my truck. Would recommend this shop to others and will take my vehicles here again if needed.

The pricing was outstanding compared to what the dealership wanted to charge me. Their staff has great customer service and they even had someone drop off and pick my husband up from the house (didn’t have to wait on car). Butler should be your #1 choice, it is ours.

Great place to get an alignment done, this is where I have been going for some time now as they treat me right, do the job right the first time, and are able to have the job done within the timeframe given. I like coming here as they are able to give me a before and after printout of the alignment specs and have been able to get my lifted 4x4 aligned perfectly every time.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I assisted an elderly lady with her flat tire and the spare was flat too. Took the spare to Butler and they helped me get her back on the road in no time. They treated me like I was their largest and best customer.

Being a mechanic myself, there are a total of three shops in the Tyler area that I will ever recommend or take my vehicles to when I cant handle what needs to be fixed and Butler Alignment & Brake is at the top of that list. The service, the knowledge and the price is incomparable. They diagnosed and fixed an issue that is specific to my exact year and model truck (2016/2017 Toyota Tacoma). While they had my truck I did some research and found a bulletin from a Toyota technician explaining the problem and the fix (many have spent too much on the wrong thing to try and fix this issue). When they called to tell me my truck was ready, they described the exact defect and the exact recommended fix from the Toyota tech! These guys are the best. I would send my pregnant wife there alone (just an example lol) and would know shed be treated properly.

A very fair price compared to others, workmanship excellent. I tried another business that is in the same field before I went to Butlers, they did not fix my problem . Butler fixed my problem ( which is called Death Wobble) which can be very scary and life-threatening

$45 for a front end alignment on my truck...by FAR the least expensive Id been quoted. And they did the job in about 15 minutes. Good folks, go see em.

Excellent and afforfdable. For only $45 dollars they took my truck for a drive to check the alignment, corrected the problem. Checked ot again. And almost 2 years later the alignment is still good.I went to them after going to another place and paid $75 dollars for a bad alignment job.

Weve taken our truck to this business 4 times to fix the rear end and they say theyve fixed the issue only to have it break again 6-9 months later everytime. They guaranteed their work until we brought it back... then they didnt. Spent over $3,000 and its still not fixed.
