John is Awesome! This whole thing is Awful, but John has the right attitude and personality to make it easy, and these guys have absolutely the best service for the price. Forget the other companies, they’ll scam you! Go see John at Draeger. Period.

If you find yourself in need of an interlock, Draeger in Tyler is the place to go. John is the definition of outstanding customer service. He is always friendly and respectful. I had an issue with my system (originally installed in Ft Worth), and John stayed late to get me going. John even called the following day just to ensure my problem was corrected.

I highly recommend going to see John if you need an interlock. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and walked me through everything. Took the time to answer all my questions. Hes a one man shop but takes pride in making sure everyone is taken care of.

Having to have an interlock device is not something anyone wants to do; however, from my installation date through all my monthly calibrations, John has made this unwanted experience a bit more tolerable. He is always there to answer questions, just a phone call away. I’m able to schedule around my work and he has even helped with last minute changes that arise. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this Draeger location to anyone needing this service.
The guy who works here is super nice guy. Very passionate about customer service, knowledgeable, and informative. But he really enjoys talking a lot, got here at 9 am and its 940. He has not started working on my truck yet.

I have been burdened with this device for about 2 years now and John has absolutely made this experience tolerable. I am genuinely glad that my Draeger guy has been kind, polite, respectful and a downright standup guy.
Absolutely do not use draeger - their computers fo doen a lot and have to reschedule you when they are only open on tuesdays and thursdays because they are short handed and cant provide full service like they are required to do to be in service. I have been locked out of my car multiple times because appointment availablity is scarce. I am currently at risk of getting completely locked out of my car (again) because my appointment is being rescheduled for calibration when they give you only 5 days to make it in after a missed appointment or you will not be able to start your vehicle even if you can pass to start it. They charge 80$ a month and cant provide the full time service you pay for.Do not go there. Im having mine taken out and going to a new company. Thats how awful they are.

John is the best technician around. He knows it’s not a good situation to be in but he makes customer feel a little better about it. I walked in a customer but when I walked out I felt like a friend.
