Brought my truck in for tires, and they topped off my power steering fluid, and it seems like they greased my ball joints. They never charged me or even mentioned that they did it. I guess they just noticed that my old piece of junk was squeaky and the power steering pump screamed at you turning from lock to lock and did something about it.

They where awesome they where able to patch my tire in no time and the guys where friendly as well

They did an excellent all around alignment after we had already been to two different places who just charged us and hardly did anything but these guys git it aligned. They are friendly and very helpful I would recommend them to anyone if they need work done on there.l

Im am extremely disappointed in goolsbee they used to stand by their tires and service but not anymore I have decided to take my business as well as others elsewhere! Where satisfaction is guaranteed and the warranty is upheld and not the customers fault each time there is a problem!

We had a flat few miles out of Whitehouse. We were right on a busy road with no shoulder. Took service truck a little while to get there, but once he got there tire was changed in no time. Very efficient. Bill was 85 plus tax, thought it was a little high, but they did come to our rescue so cant complain to much.

I was in a big bind with a bad tire and couldn’t get to a tire shop due to work. I had to go out of town early my next day off. They came to my job and did all the work and really helped me out. They are very nice guys and very professional. They also charged me a reasonable price! I’m so greatful for their help. Yesterday I went there with a friend and expressed interest about possibly buying another set of tires for my 1/2 ton (1500) pick up. They REALLY hooked me up with a great set of tires rust were in my budget; they were mounted and balanced quickly! Very happy with my purchase!

I noticed my car felt wobbly a few days ago when driving in town. The wobbling got worse and decided I needed to have it checked out. Our service technician was very courteous and kind. He understood what I meant by “wobble”. I had new tires put on my car twice at Goolsbee. The 1st experience was great. The second time they added on Roadsize Hazard Warranty without speaking to me prior. It seems like they just wanted to upsell without my permission. They dont show you the invoice prior to payment so I didnt realize it was added until I got home. I dont feel as though this is an honest way to do business and wont be going back because of it.

Prices beat next competitors. The mobile service on farm equipment was fast, courteous and highly knowledgeable. Going to be hard for any other tire company to win my business from here on.

Called on short notice received a call back for an appointment time was very late and Goolsbee mechanics accommodated me and I was quickly headed back home. Cost was reasonable and everyone was kind and patient.

We first ordered a tire that they said they had. I drove a hour to pick it up to find out they couldnt find it and had to order one. This was on a Saturday. They said it would be here between 9-10am Monday. I called at 9:30am on my way again an hour away. The lady that answered the phone said it they dont get deliveries until 11am. She put Keith on the phone who had ordered it who said he called to check and they said between 10-11am. I arrive here at 10:45am and there is still no tire. He called to check status again and now he is saying 11:15am. We shall see. But now he is jeopardizing us losing business as we are a transportation business. We will NEVER do Business with this company again. Its a shame as we go through tired like crazy with our big trucks traveling g cross country.
