They had the perfect car for me, one that I have always wanted to get when I rented a car. Steve was very accommodating, he worked around my schedule which was crazy and still gave me the perfect car. My rental experience was awesome.

Saved our trip without costing a fortune and kind the entire way. I am a loyal Hertz customer anyway but the kindness and professionalism shown by the owner at this location are without compare. No matter the size of the city. The best Hertz experience ever.Originally we rented from another location. We arrived 3 minutes before our reservation. They were closed and not picking up their cell phone which the sign said to call. We looked at prices for the other 2 rental agencies and they were nearly double the price we were supposed to pay - as expected for a now last minute booking. We saw Hertz was open, which we didnt expect otherwise we wouldve booked from them in the first place, and they said this was their first weekend open. They tried to help us get in touch with the other company in a multitude of ways and, when that didnt work, they said they had one car left. We asked the price and he asked what our original price was and beat it by $2.He had no obligation to do it. We did not expect him to help us try to locate our rental, much less match the price when we couldnt get them. But he did and the kindness meant so much but the money saved literally saved our vacation. We have been saving for this trip and this wouldve caused quite a bit of planning because it was such a price difference. The only reason I didnt go with them is because they werent open - but next time I will ensure Hertz is available before I book anything. This location single handedly ensured I never book another rental company again. I truly hope Hertz rewards this location, their owner, and trains and incentivizes other locations on the value of customer service. Amazing. Thank you so much for giving us our vacation.

Honestly, Hertz of Magic Valley is the best by far, friendly staff, clean vehicles and you can use a debit card with a $200 refundable deposit. This makes it so even if you dont have a credit card you can still rent a vehicle. This place is awesome! I dont usually give 5 stars, but this place deserves it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Straight up stole $747 out of my account. Instead of invoicing me for a 1 day rental they charged me for a 7 day rental. I immediately called Hertz and my bank and did an investigation. I was told everything was taken care of until two weeks ago my bank informs me they are charging me the $747. Again called Hertz and was told it will definitely be taken care of. STILL WAITING!!!!!

You can not count on these people to be open when they are scheduled to be they just dont show up to work!!! I was in a accident in a hertz vehicle and was scheduled to come exchange the vehicle and nobody showed up the entire shift Corp couldnt even get these guys to answer the phone so if your flying in to twin falls Idaho Id make other arrangements with a different rental company or you will be left stranded in a area 6 miles from town and very limited taxi service.

Horrible customer service. Charged for gas that was in the car. Was spoken to like I was a child. Told that I needed to learn when to call like in suppose to know they were busy. Manager was very rude and will never use hertz ever again.

Im absolutely disgusted. I arrived at the airport to pickup my reservation rental car. No one was at the desk. I called the number on counter multiple times no one answered and I left voicemails. I waited at the airport from 6pm to 9pm for them to return my call. They never did. I have no transportation. I call again and someone finally answered. She acknowledged I had left a voicemail on her phone at 6:30pm and she refused to come in to get my rental unless it was connected to flight (which it wasnt). She requested I come back during business hours to pickup my rental. Asolutely horrible customer. I will never do business with Hertz again .

DO NOT Rent from Hertz. Dusty the manager is a real piece of work. Rented a car from this location during a family vacation. Came to the counter and started the rental process. Dusty showed me some pictures of the car and gave me the keys. I was traveling with 7 people with luggage. I was given a GMC Yukon without a bench seat in the middle. Enough room for people but not luggage.I drove 6 miles down a 35 mile per hour road and had lunch with family. As we were getting into the car, we noticed a chip on the windshield. I immediately called hertz to advise them. Dusty acted like she could care less and said she would look at pictures and see if she finds it. Not believing she would, I drove back to look at the pictures.The pictures were taken at a distance, inside and were low quality. No way you would be able to see the chip on the windshield. I asked dusty to enlarge the picture and of course that wasnt an option. Dusty walked out to look at the chip with me. This is the best part, she put her finger on the chip and said, oh, no, this is definitely a fresh chip.Are you kidding me? A magical finger that can tell and old chip from a new chip. We spent a couple of days trying to deal with this magical chip. I was told by Dusty I had to bring the car back and get a full size car after calling customer service to complain (her feelings were hurt). When I asked how I fit 7 people in a five person car she told me it wasnt her problem and I shouldnt have called customer service! Customer service said ignore the personal text messages from Dusty and just drive the car. Dusty texted me saying it would be a $15 charge for the chip. I checked my final bill and she charged me $30. She charged the $30 to prove a point and its not only morally wrong, its a flat out crime to falsely charge a credit card. Its not about the money its about the principle.Dusty refused on multiple times to give me her supervisors information and even hung up on me! Dusty is a rude, arrogant individual who has no business in customer service. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again.Funny how I was able to take a picture of the car with a chip in the windshield that doesnt show up! You Dusty are a liar, not me.

Over Charge to $125 out of my security deposit so they said called manager said he would request refund from corporate he lied 7 weeks later I called they have no record of it they tell you what you want to hear just to keep you quiet.
