Those used car guys are usually the ones you have to watch out for because they are shifty, but we had NO such experience with Rick. He even drove my wife and I in their super sweet golf cart to the other Middlekauff dealerships so I didnt have to go over what we wanted in a vehicle again. Dont go here. These people are passing junk cars off as reliable vehicles. They are liars and they prey off the weaknesses of uneducated people. Especially Tavis price. My mom called and told them she found out the truck she paid 11,000 for has at least 8,000 dollars worth of repairs that needs done to it and they told her they legally dont have to disclose that information. If you dont wanna get ripped off and lied to, dont go here.

I would do 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. The manager treated me like I didnt know anything about cars. I had questions, he partially answered them. Luckily, I knew what I was talking about. He doesnt even know what credit bureau they get consumers scores from and report to. Hint: Its Experian, for anyone wondering which one they use.My biggest issue is that they will sell you a car, sounds perfectly fine, runs well, but a week later will start with all of the grinding, squealing, and squeaking. I called them, got the manager again, let out a huge sigh because lord knows you cant get anywhere talking to a brick wall, and he said to bring the car in and let his mechanic check it out.So, I did my own evaluation of the vehicle, took it to three more mechanics of whom concurred with my conclusion; the car is a piece of junk. I got screwed big time. While their price did meet Kelly Blue Book suggestion at eye level, there was sooo much more wrong underneath the hood. Not to mention a spider infestation. Yeah, I literally had spiders crawling all over me within the first week I had the car.Dont give them the benefit of the doubt! They will take you for every penny youre worth and toss you a crumb. I dropped the car off, Im done. Dont give these guys your business.

Horrible!!!! Bought a car from this place a little over a year ago and I have had nothing BUT problems with it internally! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I got screwed! Ive spend more money with fixes than the car is even worth.
