Wow. I can honestly say that the service agent, Joy, was absolutely NOT a joy to work with. One star is too generous.Not only did she fail to greet us as she walked up to the desk, she had the audacity to scold us on making a last-minute reservation. We had pre-paid for a small SUV and when we arrived at the desk, she said the vehicle was unavailable, I wasnt going to give you anything but I had a van sitting here--thats what you get for making a last-minute reservation. Okay, fine, no need to be rude about it.Its disappointing that Avis system cant keep up with their physical inventory, but Joys attitude about it was mind-blowing. Plus, she even scoffed at me when I offered our IDs, What do I need her ID for? while pointing to my mom.And before finalizing our transaction, she started helping the guy behind us, and said to me, hold on, I need to help him first. Like, werent you in the middle of helping me? Why suddenly, have I been pushed aside?This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I absolutely regret NOT going two desks down to Enterprise, where the agent actually seemed genuinely helpful.

It was one of the worst rental cars that I have ever rented! From the check in to the end, the service was not good, they price bleed you and the vehicle was a hazard! These were the rear tires and one of them went flat!

Rude service agent at the twin falls. ID, She never greeted us never said hello how can I help you very quick to cut us off during our questions and concern rude rude rude agent from the very beginning to the very last minute minute do not go there unless you wanna be chewed out at for no reason

Extremely rude woman. She refused to print a receipt for me last month, and I came back because no one on the phone could help me. I just came back to get the receipt after and she’s throwing a fit looking into it for me. When purchasing over $1,000 worth of car rentals, I expect a receipt and this is not much to ask for.She’s being just as rude to the guy in front of me too after she made me go to the back of the line because she didn’t want to help me.

This lying old lady at Avis did not know how to do her job, she had to face time her daughter to help her. Although I was a walk in, I did not think it would take over an hour of my time, and after trying for so long she was unable to rent me a car and said she would meet with me the next morning at 8 am in which she did not. My time was wasted as she did not follow with her word.

I want to give a HUGE kudos to an Avis employee from the Twin Falls, ID airport, Beau. He was PHENOMENAL. Our night started with a flight scheduled from JFK -> SLC that was diverted to Twin Falls due to inclement weather in Salt Lake. After a less than favorable experience from Delta (to put lightly), and sitting on the tarmac for 3 hours, we were told by Delta employees that a solution was being worked on for getting everybody back to Salt Lake. In steps Beau. He was super friendly among a sea of angry people because of our travel experience, and while the rest of your competitors were all closed and nobody around, Beau was still there at midnight (ish) getting us a rental car so we could drive back to SLC. Beau deserves all the credit in the world for his professionalism. Thank you, Beau and Avis! You gave us the only good news in what was a VERY long day.

Got here at 2:45 and its now 3:45, still waiting on the car to be cleaned. It was supposed to be ready by 1:15pm. Im here for work this was a huge inconvenience to me and my company. Lady at the desk was also really rude.
