My sale associate, Darryl, had everything ready for me to test drive upon my arrival at the dealership. The BEST Car buying experience ever. Purchased a used 2019 Infinity QX60 and salesperson, Lloydetta, was awesome and made sure our experience was top quality from beginning to end. There were a few things that I requested be done on the car and they agreed to fix them and even went above and beyond by having an area professionally painted. They could have easily said the car is as is, but they wanted to make sure that I was happy. Do car dealership salesman not understand that once they buy a used car from an individual that individual can go online and look at how much they are reselling that car at? I recently worked with Jackie Cooper infiniti and they are sketchy. Acting like they could be upside down on my car low balling me then see it online for a hefty profit for them. No trust for this place. Businesses should be weary of conducting business this way because word will get out and hurt their business. They should not be so naive to think people actually give word of mouth advice that will soon get around to everyone.

Look I have been in the car business for a long time and lets face it anyone can do a car deal but what if there is a unusual issue AND what if you are 350 miles away when the issue arises? Now in most cases this would be the beginning of a bad story but here is where Jackie Cooper Infinity stands out for me.I was first contacted by Austin Landrom about the exact car I have wanted finding when a pleasant 350 mile trip landed me there to see there it was indeed and she was immaculate the Red Sport 400 Hagane blue with everything it could have! Austin was amazing giving me the quick buying experience in a safe and clean environment I had wished for. All articles are digitally signed giving me the keys and paperwork allowing us to visit with Dee ( forgive me if I am wrong on the name) purchasing extended warranty and gap concluding all with a few more electronic signatures. Oh what a wonderful experience also giving the recommendation of El Tequila for dinner thereafter thank you btw!!! We ate a fantastic meal at a unbeatable price then wooshed away back home making fantastic time haha. Days later they contacted me one of the electronic signatures did not transfer properly and a signature is needed. Here is where i say man I am impatient I want to put my specialty plates on now but cannot until deal finishes funding and we get the paperwork. Each day counts in my eyes being as fickle as I am at times. Dee emails me the needed documentation and I email it back promptly expecting weeks to go by before documents will arrive I even call to confirm as .....well some customers can be a pain and I fit in there, haha to be assured by Dee all was working as intended. Was only a couple days later I find all arrived much faster than I would of ever expected.I truly appreciate the time and how prompt the issue was resolved but the fact it did not hinder the deal and all was still accomplished within the same time frame as if it never happened. My lady wants a Q60 (just to be different from me) so I guess we may be seeing each other once more a little sooner than anticipated.

If you should sell a personal vehicle to Jackie Cooper, please be sure and ask all questions up front regarding how and when payment will be made for the vehicle you are selling. In all fairness, they did give us a very good offer on our car and the salesman who assisted us was extremely nice. That being said, I personally will never use any Jackie Cooper dealership again for any purchase or service. Whether my issue was a result of dishonesty or just poor communication on their part, I have no faith or trust in their business.7-22-21 (Update based on response below from dealership): I dont appreciate being made to look like a liar based on your response below. Had a fantastic car buying experience this week! Darryl Sword was so patient and low-key. Jackie Cooper Infiniti was my first stop when I was ready to test drive the cars I had researched. Darryl showed me several and even took me over to the Import lot to drive one there. I figured I would shop around, but after sleeping on it, went in the next day to seal the deal. Again, Darryl took great care of me. He walked me through all the paperwork, Carfax information, etc. The Finance department was a bit backed up but Darryl regularly checked in and kept me informed on the status. While we were waiting, he even explained how to use all the features of my new car. Great, great experience. I highly recommend Jackie Cooper - ask for Darryl if youre in the market and like a no rush, customer oriented approach.

My family and I drove down to this dealership from Springfield MO to purchase an Infiniti for my mom. Bryce was our salesman, and let me tell you he was great! He had the whole transaction complete in less than 2 hours and we were on our way home. We were also introduced to the manager (I apologize I do not remember his name) but the manager was up front and honest on working out the best deal for my mom. I have bought 3 vehicles in the last 10 years and all from Jackie Cooper. I have serviced all of those vehicles with Jackie Cooper. So I’m kind of a Jackie Cooper guy and was expecting all the great service I’ve come to appreciate. So I responded to a email saying Jackie wanted to buy my M37x, I was given an appraisal of 13-16k. I went to see Jackie and met Bryce, a very new salesman with a QX80 for sale. It had some damage to the outside and asked his Mgr about repairing, the manager couldn’t get my name correct after 2 times I just gave up. He then prints out a KBB to show me his very best offer on my trade was 11k ( no reference to my emailed offer) and said we were too far apart and thanked me for my time. I felt he just didn’t want to mess with fixing the car I wanted to buy.Bryce made a follow up sales call to ask if I was still interested in the “Mustang” (never looked at a Mustang)I then saw a QX80 on Autotrader and email Jackie thru the appA new Salesman responded “Larry what questions can I answer” (my name isn’t Larry or even start with an L)I was hesitant to return but had an cash offer on my M37x and they did have the QX80 with the options we were looking for, so I called Bryce.After arriving we were told the car was still in service so no way to show the vehicle, we could walk around it but no keys. Bryce assured us the tire would be replaced and we could get an additional key fob. Other than that outside looked good. They also agreed to meet my trade of 13.5k seemed like we had a good deal. We needed the car by the weekend but left thinking all would be well. We went in Saturday to do the paperwork and drop off our trade. Bryce said the car wouldn’t be ready but we’d get a loner. Also the tires we both had seen “passed inspection” still couldn’t see the car but all would be fine. I bought all the extra service plans and was then shown my loaner ... a Hyundai economy car.... from an Infiniti dealer after trading in an Infiniti I bought there and buying a newer top of the line Infiniti. Absolutely amazing service department. I brought in a Cadillac to get aligned with an aftermarket suspension setup. Not only did they align me 3 times to help diagnose the issues, they worked with me hard to find a fix and even went as far as to call the manufacturer of my parts and look deep into the issue. Would highly recommend even though I dont currently own a vehicle. 10 out of 5 stars for me.

I went in hoping to upgrade and purchased a certified pre-owned, so did my homework and when I arrived I was greeted by Austin, very pleasant, low pressure and easy to talk to. Got everything together for the test drive quickly and again, one of the easiest sale people Ive dealt with in any setting. Enjoyed talking and decided on the vehicle. Came back in a couple days and everything was ready - the service department even found a couple things that I didnt see when they were doing the inspection and each item was fixed before I arrived. Worked with Joe in financing and that was easy and just sailed through that. Collectively, I would say Ive not dealt with two sales folk who were as personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Our salesman, Austin Landrum made it a very enjoyable. He was so very polite and helpful. After looking a a few cars he understood exactly what we were looking for and produced 3 cars I loved. One just wouldn’t work for me after looking at it closer, but the other two were so well picked it was extremely difficult to choose one over the other. But a decision was made and they set to work at an amazing pace to get our paperwork done and get us out of there. Was looking to purchase a used 2018 Toyota LC, with or without my trade-in vehicle, depending. I delt with 3 sales people, every time I got a new sales person, it was like renegotiating each time and starting over. With potentially $80k on the line, including my trade you would think each sales person would have done their homework before contacting me again, and again, ridiculous. Im in sales myself, if I prepared as well as they did, Id be unemployed.

I would not deal with this dealership again. Filled out the application, then it was like they did not believe what I put. Days after I filled it out, I had to contact them after they told me to fill it out. Day or 2 later, they contacted me asking what my income was as they were not sure. Yes, I filled it out correectly. Then I did not hear anything back until I informed them I am no longer wanting to do business with them. Guess I did not make enough for their liking.
