Very poor customer service. Before purchasing any product there was great great communication but as soon as they got my money it dropped off. My orders were way late (was told 2-3 weeks for one of my purchases, it ended up taking about 9 weeks) and at times some of my parts were entirely unaccounted for as if they had forgot to send them or create and order. When they did respond my support questions, something that usually took a few days, they were very rude and condescending. I was very patient for the most part throughout this entire process and was met with very poor reception. I had high hopes for this company as they do seem to know what theyre doing judging by their social media but they really dropped the ball on this one.

I made a purchase off of Kenny McGee, and wanted to say this guy is horrible at customer service. I am sorry and really cant believe a person like this would be representing this establishment. I was so hyped to do business with Humble Performance until I had this situation and to be honest over a freaking clutch line. This guy is not Humble at all. If you doing business on FB maybe you should allow them to know your hours of operation. Truly amazes me what douchebags are out there. These guys really live up to the name. I’m a novice when it comes to building cars but I bought a DA and used their super helpful content on tuning to do a turbo build.Tuning was a breeze and really a “no pressure” experience. Dropped off a p28 chipped and socketed ecu off in june and here it is november with no call from them on a update or even to tell us they couldbt fix it and when we call no one answers the phone, it wouldnt be a big deal if we wasnt running the wrong ecu in the car just keep the daily on the road but alas we are amd would like to hear back from them or something.

I ordered my DP, rear motor mount, and Hondata flash pro through humble. I heard great things about them so I figured I would give them a try. I couldnt be happier with the service I got. First, Ashley (the receptionist) was way more than helpful. She helped me with all of my questions and more. Even gave me great suggestions for combinations for parts that work best. Then after driving a few hours to get it done, she was still incredibly nice and very helpful. All of the guys there were very nice and courteous with me while working on my car. The tune is amazing and they got me in and out with no problems and very quickly. For ANYONE looking to get their car tuned or just in general worked on for performance, I would definitely recommend this place. I wont bring my car anywhere else from now on.

I needed an uncommon part for my car that the local part stores did not carry and I was going to have to order but they just happened to have it. They were really nice and made me fill welcome. I will for sure use them in the future.

Diagnosed and corrected a much dreaded clunk in my drive train and investigated a couple other concerns for the cost of one labor hour. No attempt to up-sell. Owner Alex is a straight shooter, and Ali is friendly, knowledgeable and competent. A dealership would likely have sold me a new axle. I can do without the free coffee and neat waiting rooms for good, honest, get you back on the road service.

Had an issue with a transmission problem. Took our Element to Humble. They checked our car, added some transmission fluid after finding it low. They were very helpful in getting us the correct information and what to do. I would recommend Humble if you have a problem.

Came in for an intercooler install on a 2019 Si. A couple gaskets were missing from the kit I ordered. HP got Mishimoto on the phone, got specs for the missing gaskets, and was able to get them locally. They went above and beyond to make sure the install was done right. Ill definitely be back!

DO NOT GO TO HUMBLE PERFORMANCE! I have never had as awful of an experience with ANY COMPANY. I would rather spend all day at the DMV than deal with the receptionist there ever again. She was INCREDIBLY unprofessional and rude, and didn’t even apologize that she didn’t return one of my calls, and that I went four days without my car.After my regular mechanic told me he wouldn’t be able to fix my issue, because my suspension has been modified, I found Humble on Google, and decided to give them a try. I called her and explained the situation to the receptionist, and she said that it would likely take only a few minutes to get the parts and a day to fix. My boyfriend brought my car in while I was at work on Thursday, March 16th around 1:30 PM. The woman (I never caught her name as she only answers the phone by saying “Humble”) called me back Thursday night, we discussed what types of shocks it needed, she told me it would take two hours, and she told me their hourly rate. Then she said she would call me before they ordered the parts so that I know how much my total would be. THAT IS ALL WE DISCUSSED DURING THAT CONVERSATION.After not receiving a call all day Friday, I left her a message a little less than an hour before they closed, asking her to call me back. Since they are open on Saturdays, I left them a message then too. Around 11:30 on Monday morning, I had still not heard from anyone there. I called and left ANOTHER message. By this point I was ready to file a police report for a stolen vehicle. I had my boyfriend call them again since I was at work. He called the, THREE TIMES before the lady picked up. She told him she had already ordered the parts, and that they would be there that day. He asked why she hadn’t contacted us back, and she said that Monday counted as one business day that they had had it (I guess she can’t count???). So then I called them for the second time that day, and she told me it would be an hour PER SIDE, and the total with the parts. I asked her why she hadn’t returned my calls and why she ordered the parts without talking to me. She said that she had “been in contact” with my boyfriend even though he had only spoken to her when the car was dropped off and when I asked him to call them. I said I was only paying for the two hours she quoted me because it had taken longer than the day she told me it would. Then she basically started telling me I was wrong, that she HAD told me and my boyfriend these things, and that she “didn’t know what the communication was like between us”. She then said that she had been away from her desk and that she told me and my boyfriend that the phones and internet had been in and out (she hadn’t told my boyfriend that at all, and this was the first time she told me). At this point, I was furious. I asked her when it was supposed to be done, and she said it COULD be done by today. I said that it BETTER be done by today, and she said she can’t guarantee that.As someone who works in customer service, I know the first thing you do with a customer who is upset, is to apologize. She didn’t apologize ONCE. At one point I even told her that, and she said, “What am I supposed to apologize for?? You not understanding?!”Needless to say, I immediately ended the call, LEFT WORK, and my boyfriend and I picked up my car and took it elsewhere. Unfortunately, I don’t know whether the mechanics there are any good or not. But because of the experience that woman gave me, I will never go to Humble Performance again, and I will not suggest anyone else does either. I would rather just buy a new car that have to deal with that hag ever again. She needs to be fired.

Fast service most of the time

Came in to get my stock tsx to be looked at cause it was acting up was told it was the ecu they pulled the car in told me what they thought was the real problem fixed car is smoother fires up no clicking noise and they saved me a arm and leg . The guys where dope and the guy even said if you ever need or have a question to just come back cause we had the same car only thing is I wish i would kept my crx to take to them

Dropped off my SRT-4 with the reassurance that they would be able to work on it. The install and parts took over 5 months to complete. With no updates from the shops contact Neil unless I called them. They installed my clutch wrong, causing me to burn it out in 1 month, and having to get a another one. (Clutch fork did not come with the new clutch, but a quick internet research hit would have shown it needed to be replaced) There were fuel issues, lost fuel pump O-ring which was replaced with a different O-ring not to spec, fuel pressure was turned up to 80PSI to compensate. Thankfully they installed the Fuel Regulator wrong allowing my engine not to blow up due to over PSI. This company did not have a clue what to do on my car, did not follow up, left me with a choking fuel setup, improper install (really hard to follow instructions), countless promises of time of completion and worst of all I paid for this service. I do not recommend going to this shop unless you have a honda which is all they seem to be capable of working on. An honest statement of we dont know how to work on your car and a point in the direction of someone who does would have been appreciated.
