I’ve got a membership where all I have to do is pull up to the kiosk, the camera reads my plate number, gate opens up and I enter the car wash. It’s super convenient and quick too. I didn’t think about taking a before picture but the after picture says enough!

UPDATED REVIEW:7/1/2021I have used Tommys twice at two different locations. Both times I was assisted by extremely friendly and helpful agents. Their prices are more than competitive and I love that I am seeing more and more popping up all over, making it super convenient to drop by one no matter which way I am taking home. The fact that I can just drive up, open the app, and verify the location Im at, rather than getting half out my car (short arms here), choosing a service (different options and price points at every car wash), and having to insert cash or a card every time is not only convenient, but just seems safer to me, in multiple ways. Theyve got a loyal customer in me as long as I am here! 10/10 recommend.

A Staff Member came out and helped me. He was Cordial. I purchased the Works ($16) and the wash was Decent. Only complaint is, EVERYTIME I have My car washed, it moves my drivers side window then it has to be Snapped back n2 place.🙄 Otherwise, its Quick-In & Out!

The wash cleaned the car very well. Really liked the vacuums and two options for vacuum hose ends. One made it easy to get in crevices and the other on carpet and upholstery surfaces.

This car wash is the best one I have used. An attendant asked which wash I wanted and took my card. The conveyor is faster than the usual rail without sacrifing quality. And the dryers seem to last twice as long as others. Great value!

I went through with the most expensive wash and came out looking like I had never been through the wash. Bugs all over my windshield and grill of car, hood etc. Nothing came off the front of my car.The wash was fast too and I temper thinking it seemed to high of speed to do a thorough job.I pulled out of the wash looked at my car and went back around to the cashier. They agreed it didn’t clean and told me to go back though and they would “slow it down.” It was slower but not enough to remove all the bugs still.I had people looking at my car and asking because they were sure I went through when they did. I will go elsewhere

Great place to go a quick car wash and spacious vacuum stations. I loved and used their FREE promotional 1st car wash! I would recommend to provide paper towels to customers for wiping down windows and interior of their car. I will return again.

Ive only been here once, but I think, it is so far, the best car wash I have found. I love that you dont need a sticker for the monthly plan. The camera reads your license plate! So cool! Free vacuums to boot!

A non-claustrophobic ride. Does a great job cleaning the exterior. Plenty of vacuum space. Like using the app for selecting the service.

Would had gave you a 5 star but the young lady that was working Saturday (9/4/21) was not friendly nor professional

Paid $16 for a wash and it didnt even clean bird droppings off of my car. I pulled around and and explain to them what happened. They sent it through a second time at a slower speed so that the detergent could dissolve the dirt and droppings. After the second time through it still wasnt clean.

I got their best package and still had bugs on the front of my car. Also, my wheels were still dirty. When drying car, towels came back so dirty.

First visit. Purchased a single premium wash, seemed good enough. However, the vacuum suction could be stronger.

It Rose your car through to quick if you cant get your car clean and they want to charge you no matter if your car is clean or not

Have you ever looked at places which looks impressive when you look at it because its new? This is what it looks like when you pull up to this place.Theres a lot of work that was put into the overall aesthetics and the tunnel that you go through. It can look great but if it doesnt do a great job what does it matter. Im from out of state in Missouri and have a monthly membership at an IQ car wash. Its not a long tunnel you simply pull in, stop, and it does the rest, doing a fantastic job. I went to this car wash leaving it was going to do a great job because of how new it was. I paid the $16 for the ultimate car wash pull into the rubber track and run all the way through it. It did a good job getting the sides in the front, but absolutely did a horrible job in the back. The car wash simply cannot isolate the area of the back trunk area. That was dirt and grime still all over it. I was literally shocked.its real important to find out exactly how the car wash operates before you commit to any type of automatic car wash for any membership. I guess its a good thing that I was just using it for one time only.

Im not that impressed.. for $16 my car should have looked way cleaner. Still had dirt on the back and around tires. Water spots too. I could have done a better job down the road at the self wash. And I dont think that I got what I paid for. Its was super fast through the tunnel. And my tires are not shiny.. doubt I will return.

I’m always on the hunt for a new car wash. I’m never really satisfied by the end of them. Soap still running every where, streaks down the sides, back bumper and tailgate look like it was never touched, I could go on and on. Today we decided to check out Tides Car Wash on Memorial. Amazing! The ladies at the cashier line were incredible! Best customer service hands down! I didn’t ask for towels when we paid and as soon as we pulled up to the vacuums one of them came running over with some. Didn’t really need them since it was damn near dry when we pulled out but they still made an effort! No spots. No streaks. And the back of my truck was clean for once! If you’re looking for a new car wash I definitely recommend them!!

Recently purchased the monthly wash. 1 week later every time i go its closed. 2 weeks after that still closed so I canceled my subscription. Sucks cause i liked this place.

Had to change my from a 4 star to a 2 star cause it is going down hill fast, they should remind their guest that nobody wants to hear their music and some people who actually want to work should be hired. Theres no reason I should have to tell the works the vacuum arent on.

I used their car wash tunnel and it did a good job. I appreciate the free vacuums.

Love this affordable new carwash. Living in the country my car gets REALLY Dirty. I paid for the Works but my wheels and running boards still had mud on them. A second time through was approved with a smile and I came out clean. Next time I am in Tulsa I will be back.

Bought the best wash and the wheels were still dirty. Noticed several of the stations didnt activate while going thru wash. Makes me wonder if I paid for something that I didnt receive. Probably not going to waste my time again on this place. My wife tried it as well and said she wont be going back.

I told the attendant to give me 6$ was as I was driving a rental. She gave me 16$ one and before charging she said “do you want receipt or not” my reply was “I trust you just give me 6$ car wash as it’s just a rental” . Checked my account later on was charged 16$ ! Pretty fraudulent situation must say!

Car wash was fine... Nothing special. The real issue is the vacuums dont work. I tried 4 different hoses and none of them were great. No wonder the vacuums are included in the price of the wash, doubt anyone would pay for that.

Tommys have very good service

Theres always some weird residue spots on my car after going here, comes off, but very annoying to squint at and detail my car to get them off each time. This wash does not clean HATCHBACKS well! The entire back isnt even touched. The vacuums are good, not nearly as noisy as other places with good suction. If I had a different car the $8 basic wash might be worth it.

Went to the location at 7188 South Memorial; they only have one way to pay if you are not a member and that is through an agent at a window. She did not have a mask on and I was no more that a foot away from her when making the transaction. I asked her why she did not have a mask on and she said they were not required to, yet, the people standing behind her all had masks on. I am beyond shocked that they allow this young lady to be that close to the public and do not insist she take the necessary COVID precautions to not only protect herself but also the customers. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The Tire Shine Mechanism damages my front bumper, because it doesn’t wait until you’re in it like it did when I first started coming here. As a result I have been asking them to turn off the tire shine for me every time I come through. Occasionally, they miss so I pop the bumper back into place.A couple of days ago I again asked them to turn it off. It was off for the car in front of me instead. When I showed them the damage it causes, their response was, “We run 200 cars an hour and don’t have time to turn it off each time I come through.” I spoke to the Manager and was given the same answer. He suggested I go to their $20 a month program that doesn’t include Tire Shine.How about I Spend $0.00 on a business that DOESN’T CARE!Alan C

There is something wrong with your system or something because the water is not clean and everywhere that water was left on my truck turned into dirt spots when it dried

Its a cool experience! It is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, my car had a TON of bugs, and it left quite a few on there. I dont think its a bad wash, I just dont think it was capable of tackling all the bugs my car had from driving many miles down the highway. It handled the rest of the dirt on my car like a champ, and it was a super fun first for me, as Ive never been through a tunnel wash. Overall, 3/5, it sucks it didnt get all the bugs off, but I do believe people who do more city driving will experience much better results, and it doesnt seem to be a bad wash. Ill return at some point, Ill just make sure to bring bug and tar remover with me to apply before entering lol

Meh. They don’t spray your car off before. Other washes nearby do and they aren’t $16 dollars. I probably won’t go back. It looks nice but is just ok...

We live on a farm and our truck was covered in dry mud. Tides car wash is definitely a new favorite! We were offered a month free unlimited car wash pass and just tried it for the first time. Truck came out spotless. WARNING: Towards the end it tells you to relax when the blowers are on and I freaked out but it was supposed to do that so relax when it tells you to!

BEWARE OF BLACK WHEEL BUFFERS AT END OF WASH. The black buffers at end of wash broke my step side completely off my truck. Because of this, I had to go back and fill out a claim with them. This was over 2 weeks ago. I have yet to get a call. WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Great deal for washing my car as many times as I want. 25 a month. lol the first time I went, I went through twice the same day just because I could. Clean place and vacs are good too now I just need someone to towel dry a spot here and there.

I had taken my fiancees car though here and I left disappointed. For anything other than some light pollen or dust, it does not seem to be very effective. There were 4 or 5 spots of bird poop on the vehicle, and not a single one was removed. The prices are pretty decent, and I may use them again to wash off some minor dust and dirt, but thats about it.
