Tony is a gentleman and a true professional. My first experience with Tony was for a car detail. When my car arrived from Kansas City, it was splattered with bugs. When Tony returned my car, it was pristine. Today he will begin application of a ceramic coating to protect the paint and the windshield. This process will take approximately 4 days. The breadth of his professionalism entails many aspects. One of those is communication, keeping his clients updated on progress and completion. He is a perfectionist in every sense of the word, a trait that should be first and foremost in any business. Tony is a leader and it’s a pleasure and a privilege to do business with a man of his character.

I took my BMW M340i to T-Macs for ceramic coating because I park in a lot that is high susceptibility to bird droppings. I already had one dropping that had etched into the clear coat even though I had attempted to clean it off the hood within hours of the occurrence. Tony was able to quickly buff out the spot. He was very professional explaining the ceramic coating process and giving me a detailed quote for the work he would do. I left the car with him first thing on a Monday morning, and he was able to finish by Thursday. When I picked up the car, he demonstrated how the water just runs off the coating. We were so impressed by his attention to details that we made an appointment for him to detail the interior of our other vehicle. We have decided that our next BMW will go straight from the dealer to T-Macs for a ceramic coating rather than waiting a couple of months.

My poor Chevy Malibu has really been through it since I got it seven years ago. The interior was a wreck after so much traveling and many lake trips. When I got it back today I was in shock at how clean he got my car. The seats, headliner, all the cracks and crevices. It looks and smells amazing! I just recently bought my new vehicle and I noticed scratches in the paint which is a given with it being a use vehicle. I brought my vehicle to T-Macs in need of paint repair. T-Mac did a overview on my vehicle and gave me a estimate on repairs and what might need to be done. They scheduled me an appointment to have the paint repair and ceramic coating. Mr and Mrs T-Mac has went above and beyond my expectations. I only thought I had a black jeep. I came by one day while there were working on it because Mr Mac sent me updates and I noticed that the paint had sparkles in it that I never seen before😯. The paint I though was on my jeep actually had gold/metallic in it and it looks amazing. They also did a ceramic coating to protect the paint and to keep it looking good. Words cant explain how my experience with T-Macs Auto Detailing was but hands down Great Job, Customer service, and Professional.(and magical at what he does)I would highly recommend and use again.

Tony is a LONG time friend of the family some might say hes my brother from another mother. ..We had a bad mishap in my wifes 2020 Subaru Outback where some Beers Exploded in the car, DARK Beer. .. It was Everywhere, on the dash, the windshield, all the tiny crevices, and all over the controls., ALL over the headliner and moonroof area .. I was able to get ahold of Tony and he was quick and proficient at getting it fully cleaned/detailed on the inside. .. Got it looking like it was right off the show room floor again. .. SO VERY happy and impressed with the AHMAZING work done by T-Mac’s on my new to me Lexus SUV. He managed to get rid of a white substance off the leather steering wheel, get rid of the coke or dark substance from all over the light tan car liner and make the dark kid skid shoe marks disappear from the back of the buttery Carmel tan leather seats! No other detail group comes anywhere close to T-Mac’s!My sports car will be coming in soon!

I have had 2 cars detailed in the last month and each one has been outstanding every time. First class business

2 stars only because my first detail on my car was great. My second detail on my car, I paid for the most expensive detail package(around $300.00 each)as I did with the first detail on my car but, the second detail something terrible went wrong. I know it was a long time ago when I got my details done on my car with T-Macs but, I noticed after the second detail that there are scratches all over my car from the wax job so, Im not sure what type of sponge or whatever they used on it but, you can clearly see all the scratches in the sunlight.(T-Macs is the only detailing shop I ever took my car to have a detail on it only two times) Then when I got my car back the second time, I noticed my gear letters were rubbed off so that I cant see what gear I am putting my car in as if they were trying to clean that too but, rubbed them off with whatever towel or whatever they used on it. Im not stupid as to what and where to put my gear shift in, to know what gears they go in but, it was not right to do that to me and I have chosen not to take my car to any detailing shop for those reasons because I have lost my faith in any of them and I have heard a lot of horror stories from a lot of other detailing shops anyway so T-Macs is a HARD no for me.Excuse me-T-Macs. In response to your reply: Oh yes it does depend on what you use to wax a vehicle as to whether it will or will not scratch the paint on a vehicle. I also am aware that waxing does NOT fix scratches. Waxing does NOT wax scratches out. Duh. That gos for trying to wipe out most anything that has a scratch on it. I bought my car new(it was 3 or 31/2 years old when I took it to T-Macs detailing and a year old to me)(its a 2012) and it did NOT have scratches. Also, I did NOT bring my car to T-Macs in 2018. It was twice, between 2014 or 2015 or 16. And I most certainly DID pay $300.00 for the executive detail. Would you like to see my receipts? Also, the letters were NOT worn off BEFORE I left my vehicle there with T-Macs detailing. Why would I contact my dealership to pay them more money to fix what I paid to T-Macs what T-Macs detailing did to my car? T-Macs screwed it up so, T-Macs should be held accountable and pay to fix their mitsakes made on my vehicle. When I tap the photo of what was the letters on the gear shaft it is saying that T-Macs is processing the photo and to check back later but, as before when I posted the photo, it was posted to view. Now T-Macs deleted my photo of my car. At least that is what I see when I try to click on the photo. Pictures dont lie. So, I guess T-Macs are covering up stuff. I also remember one of the owners stating that after shampooing my cloth seats that it will forever stay clean. WRONG. Waited this long? Does it matter when it happened? It still happened. Ive been driving around for 8, 6, 5 years now? And no letters on my gear shaft? Thats a pretty long time yeah, I agree. Do you see where Im getting at? What was the purpose to clean off the letters on the gear shaft? Was that just an honest mitsake? That can clearly cause an automobile accident you know? And, yes I most certainly DID see all the scratches on my vehicle before I left. But, what could I do about it? Or better yet, what was T-Macs detailing going to do about it? You sure wouldnt offer to fix the mitsake with a brand new paint job now would you? No, I did NOT mention it for that particular reason. I was just done and disgusted and desperate to get out of you alls hair. But, rest assure, if I ever do restore my faith it will NOT be with T-Macs detailing. God forbid. But, thank you for the learning lesson 👏 You all screwed me on that part and you knew you did and you knew you could get away with it. And you did. It doesnt matter what I paid now. You all may have just needed the money 🤷. If it didnt cost me $300.00 each time for the executive detail then how much does it cost? $200.00? 400.00? Tell me.T-Macs- I am aware of your lies and what happened. Say what you will. Why, on Gods green earth would I ever return to there? 🙄 Have a day👋
