I paid for a full detail and engine cleaning on a Dodge Dakota. The outside wasnt awful but he didnt wash out the bed of the truck. The seat still had grass and general dirt in the seat, the cup holder wasnt cleaned. The dash in front was cleaned in spots. The pictures will explain! Decent car wash with good service. Not a great wash, but much better than cleaning your car yourself in 100+ degrees. Lobby area was cool and clean with plenty of seating while waiting.

I was hoping the negative reviews were wrong and went here anyways because it was convenient. I paid for the most expensive wash and asked three times specifically for the cupholders to please be vacuumed and cleaned. Ha please look at the photo of the cupholders. Not only did they not clean them they actually put trash in them. Paid for the doors to be wiped down. They haven’t been touched. Paid for the vacuum. There is still LOOSE dirt on all of the mats. They can’t seriously consider this to be a suitable job... for anyone looking for another place I hear T-Macs auto detailing is amazing and there a few miles away. I’m gonna try them tomorrow. Since I completely wasted my money here. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

I take my car there once a year for quite a few years. I have always been satisfied with the service.

I really love this place but I havent seen ot open in awhile. But the newly opened 1 on Lewis is very clean, exceptional service and owner was very pleasant to talk with. Glad the 1 on Memorial & Admiral is opening soon because its closer to me. Cant wait! Congrats for expanding to an area that really needed a professional & proficient car wash! Hats off to you!

I traveled 100 miles round trip, and was not disappointed The staff at that store do a wonderful wonderful job,, shampoo carpets, seats, console and panels, hand wax, high-speed buffs! guys are the best I highly recommend Mr cleans car wash! Clean restrooms, and lots of stuff to look at in the lobby...

I paid $64.99 for the interior detail. The upholstery on the interior around the visors and push start we’re not done. Worst of all, my car smells like it was detailed with dirty water and reeks of mildew! I did not have that problem before I brought my car in for detailing, and now they have created a problem that I would not have had I not brought my car in to begin with! I don’t even want to get in it it stinks so bad! I have called and left messages with no return call to resolve this issue.

I was glad to get my company truck cleaned but it could have been better. i found a lot of spots missed on the interior and on the outside. i dont plan on going back.

Best carwash in town. I get the bronze package . Its less than $20.00 and gets cleaned inside and out. My wife gets the platinum package and it looks like its been detailed. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

The first time I went, I got a full detail and loved it. I went last Friday, and not so much. I got the Platinum package. The interior cleaning job was excellent, but the outside was clearly just run through the machine. They were extremely busy, but still. Not up to standard.My daughter got a full detail today, and its perfect. I guess thats where they put their effortsThey definitely need to work on their inside customer service. Every time, the folk who take the money are surly.

I had a serious stain. They just wanted my money. I still have a strong odor in my car. They up sold me a bunch of BS products that they knew would not help me. Did not get the crevices in my seats. Will tell every one who listens do not go here.

I took my suv in for the platinum package ($29) it was clean on the outside but the vacuum job was horrible.

For $15 bucks, its a pretty good car wash and detail. I havent tried the higher end options yet, since I mostly take my work van here. The waiting room could definitely use some updating.

Took my wife’s car in to get detailed, spent $90 on the detail. And it’s absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews because I don’t feel the need to. But this was so bad, we had to go to the car wash and vacuum it out ourselves. Just terrible, the man we spoke to when we got there wasn’t too polite, hesitated on whether or not they were going to do it. If they didn’t want to do their jobs they could have saved us $90 and we could’ve just went and done what we had to do after they did it in the first place.I would recommend going elsewhere, somewhere that takes pride in their work. I can’t believe they would even let the car leave like that. Very disappointed to say the least.

WORST DETAIL IVE EVER HAD. Paid for the $150 full detail package and got pressured to tip before I had even seen my car... As soon as I saw my car I asked for the rims to be wiped down as they were covered in black sludge. Came back out and they were barely wiped... starting from the front of the car --- bugs still all over the front, honestly I am questioning if they even washed/wiped down the car, did not lift the hood to remove leaves, the cars logo on the front and back were covered in dirt and didnt get touched/detailed, the carpet didnt feel wet like it got shampooed, I am pretty sure they just vacuumed the inside, the dashboard, steering wheel, and control panel did NOT get wiped down,- I ran my fingers across everything and came up with dust, they did not open the center console to wipe out, the rag they used to wipe the seats down left black marks on my tan leather and interior walls, they barely wiped down the rubber mats, did not wipe down the privacy cover for the trunk, did not vacuum out the car organizer in the truck that is apart of the car (that I had removed all my belongings from so they could vacuum it), did not wipe down the inner sides of the doors, did not wash/scrub the license plate, rims were not wiped/cleaned, what am I missing here????My husband and I spent over an hour with several rags and finished the detail at our home ourselves - astonished that they even let us leave with my car looking in that condition. And lets be honest here - I drive a Range Rover, I keep my car in GREAT condition, I wanted it DETAILED for my drive back to Texas. Worst $160 Ive ever spent. I called the office to tell them how horrible of a job it was - they asked me to bring my car back in. No reason for me to do that when I drove 20 minutes back to the house. They said they could give no refund without proof - how am I going to prove how bad it looked after WE spent over an hour finishing the job. I wasnt asking for a full refund, if anything else, give me my $10 tip back! But no, they refused to do that and it has been two days and still have not heard back from them about if they are able to refund me my money or not.Do not use this place - or if you do, significantly lower your expectations. The $150 detail package means they will vacuum and wipe your seats down with a dirty rag AND THAT IS IT.

They do a good job. I dont like their lack of parking and the attitudes of most of the workers. I once thought of going to the gift shop without getting my car washed. Not gonna happen. I was told in very certain terms to get my car out of their lot. Do heck with them. High turn over rate and sketchy crew and unwelcome attitudes do not entice me back. Yes. They do a good job, but at what cost?

Im really not sure how this business has continued to stay open. I used to be a regular at Mr. Klean because it was close to my home and convenient, even though my car was never thoroughly cleaned. However, I moved and had not been back for a year. I always get the full detail package when I go here. It includes a carpet shampoo and wax and is $150. When I went about a year ago, they shattered my rear-view mirror and refused to replace it because I didnt have picture proof that is wasnt broken before they cleaned it. They also waxed over the mud that was on one of my tire fenders and were unable to get the mud off from underneath the wax. They gave me a free car wash certificate to compensate me for the problems, which wasnt nearly the cost of the mirror and I do not even get a simple car wash here anyway. The most recent time I went, I was charged for a large truck/small SUV, rather than the small car price that I have paid for years, a difference of $30. I asked why my price had increased and was told that I had been charged wrong for so many years, and from here on out, I would be charged the large truck/small SUV price. This was after I showed all of my receipts from the past showing I had always paid $109. Anyway, I paid and went out to my car. The smell of armor-all hit me and made me have a coughing fit once I opened the door. I drove home with the windows and sunroof open just to breathe. There was so much armor-all inside my car that my hands and clothes were covered in a greasy film. My windows, except for the windshield, were wiped down with armor-all, rather than window cleaner, so they were greasy and I couldnt see through them. The dust that had collected on my dash and above my steering wheel had been wiped all around with armor-all. The wheels on my vehicle were still very dirty. It looked like someone had just sprayed them with water and did not wipe the dirt away. There have been multiple issues with this business and I will not be back.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR DETAIL SHOP EVER! I have many years of experience detailing cars and we got lazy and took my girlfriends car there to get the best wash they had which was $110. So we leave the car there for 3 hours, guy makes it sound like its no big deal. We come back to the worst detail I have ever seen if I would even call it a detail. Door jams were not clean, windows had crazy over spray, wax still on the car, dirt in the cup holders and bugs still on the car just to name a few things. Oh and dried shampoo in the seats, they literally spayed so much shine it made the seats slick. So we complain and take the car back so they can fix it. So my girlfriend has to get up 4 hours earlier than normal to be the first car there to get this done, car comes back and is not much better than before, instead of cleaning the bug guts they smeared it then waxed over it, I had to wipe the access off myself. Door jams were pathetic and they shined the mats to the point of them being slick, as well as the steering wheel. But they didnt bother to clean the glove box or armrest. Coming from someone who has detailed many cars and never had but maybe 3-4 come back this is by far the worst customer experience weve ever had. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, ITS A WASTE! oh BTW they come highly recommended.

I loved it. I did a hand wash of my truck because it is so tall. They did an excellent job cleaning it inside and out for a reasonable price. The waiting room had a TV, coffee, water and more. Yes their are other people waiting but that is life. I have gone back 3 times and loved it every time.

Might be the worst car wash I ever got. Floors were filthy when I got it back. Granted, my truck was pretty dirty, but obvious lose dirt shouldnt be missed. Not sure what I expected for $27 though. I took it to Legends up the street and did it myself. Thick, oily residue on everything after as well. Tire shine was only done on half the wheels... It was hilariously terrible. I actually thought I might be being pranked, it was so bad.

I never complain about service, I made a Google account just so I can warn people DO NOT GO HERE!! Got the full detail package, worst money I’ve ever spent. Under the seats and even in the back seat there is dirt, same with the center console, it took a simple vacuum to get it out (which I did myself AFTER the $100 “detail”) They cover all the hard surfaces with “high gloss”— just because you spray shiny grease all over the car doesn’t mean it’s clean!If you want a better and cheaper detail do it yourself. This is one of those businesses where you really wonder how it is still operating. Don’t ignore the bad reviews.

Great, friendly, professional service. Everyone was super nice. I hadnt planned on going there that day and had my little dog with me. They were totally fine with her coming into the waiting area with me.

Always a clean car. I always have to ask for paper mats. I have tan carpet and workers getting in track grime on the side boards and carpet. This time, the interior and glass wasnt as clean as usual.

Service was awful! They didn’t do a good job at all vacuuming or cleaning off my dash. The best part is that they decided to steal quarters from my change cup lol! I mean if you’re willing to steal quarters then I guess you really really needed them. Will not be going back ever!!!

The last time I was in this place I shared a really poor review. I would’ve given it zero stars if I could have. First, first impressions. The place needs a facelift in the worst way. Peeling paint on the building, disheveled environment in general. Pretty ghetto. Second, I’m not sure where they hire their staff from but I’m pretty sure some of them just got paroled. Pretty sketchy. I would overlook both of those things if they remotely did a decent job but it is a total waste of money and I have given them multiple chances to redeem themselves. Tip of the day, don’t waste your money at this place.

Mr. Klean Car Wash is the best place in Tulsa to get your care washed or detailed. The guys outside and ladies inside are always so nice and friendly and the cleaning is top notch. I would recommend this place.

They do an ok job on your vehicles, but a lot depends on who is detailing it out. Make sure that you remove anything from the vehicle, as I have had one of their employees steal out of my truck...They should screen employees a bit better I think...However they are not liable, so my bad!

My car was squeaky clean! Very easy, youre in and youre out. The staff do a great job. This is a great place especially if youre always on the go, like myself. Very fast and efficient. I got the The Best Wash and really thought they did a good job.

I never complain about service. When I saw my car, I literally started to cry. It was dirtier than when I brought it in. They put “high gloss” all over the inside of my car and it looks like it was greased. Even on the floor mats, which are now slick, then they just piled them in the back instead of putting them back. There was still dirt on seats and floor mats UNDER the grease. My car is almost brand new. The control knobs has so much high gloss it was gooped inside the window buttons. Don’t ignore the bad reviews. Worst $100 I’ve spent in my LIFE!!!!! I’m sick to my stomach. Wondering how I’ll now get it clean after this. Going to have to pay another $100 to fix what they’ve done somewhere else.

My car is dirtier now than it was when I took it in. Nasty black stuff got smeared all over my seats and doors, back tailgate, and there were crumbs all over my seats and floor.I had already had it cleaned from somewhere else a couple weeks ago and wanted a good full detail on the interior and it was awful. I had it redone and it still didn’t make a difference. I came home and grabbed a cleaning rag to wipe off my seats, which I was informed wouldn’t come off, and it came off. They were disgusting, not how I brought it in. My steering wheel had nasty brown goop on it and my windows weren’t even touched. I’m not sure what I paid $90 for, but it wasn’t worth anything. For a business that cleans cars all day, every day, They didn’t do a very good job at all.

Mr. Clean Car Wash is a very professional car wash with a lot of Hands-On and personal touches that you dont get anywhere else they have a staff that will take care of your car and detail your car and get it in and out on a timely manner so that you do not have to be without your car for very long inside its nice and cool while outside its very hot so its a good place to go within 20-30 minutes you can have a very nice clean car that is completely detailed of course they have a lot of different specials and different kinds of programs that you can go in and get done and I would have to say that they are very friendly and probably the best in Tulsa they do and in there area specialties. Give him a shot and try them out its worth at least one time if youve never had it done and I guarantee thats something you will notice that is different than everybody else in town and youll make them a regular place to wash your car.

Great place to give complete detaling to your car. If you want your cat to be looking brand new, just go there. I visited recently to wash my car and while I was waiting my eyes caught 2 great books that I wouldnt have gotten anywhere else. In fact, I think it was a divine appointment that i was at the right place at the right time. They also displayed some uncommon goods. Great place to visit!

Been here a few times hoping, each time, it will be better. Alas. I have had the detail in the past but it required two return trips and then was not the quality one would expect for the price. I finished it myself. This last time, 22 FEB 19, bought the platinum package ($27), tipped $10, should have checked before tipping. They werent busy. Windows had not been been cleaned inside -- marks from satnav untouched (and those wipe off with a tissue). Mud still on the door sill. Amorall unevenly applied and missing in many areas. Vacuuming not apparent. Seriously? I didnt even get my air freshener handed to me -- I didnt get one at all. Did call and had a word, but the word was to say I would finish it myself and never go back. J did offer to clean them if I came back but, heck, if you dont have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it over?

Is this an historic Tulsa site yet? This car wash has been here as long as I can remember. The prices are fair ($18+tip) for a vacuum, wash and towel dry. I am in and out in under 30 minutes every time. I wish they would take a little extra time with the vacuum but I am very pleased each time with the cleanliness of my car after leaving Mr. Klean

Im from Phoenix, and they had FULL SERVICE car washes all over the place! When I moved here, I couldnt find ANY! I was here a year before I found this place (but to be fair, I live about 40 miles outside Tulsa). Since they are the only FULL SERVICE car wash anywhere around (there are none in Stillwater either), I would think they wouldnt have much competition, so they could kind of monopolize the industry, even giving poor service, which nobody around would try and compete with. However, I have been satisfied every time Ive gone there. The reason I gave a 4, and not 5, is because they are a little bit pricey - $15 up from $12 a couple of years ago for a basic wash, compared with $8 in Phoenix (of course, that was 4 years ago).

Ask for the top package that didnt include waiting for a full detail. Its not bad. But got in and front console wasnt touched. Crumbs everywhere. When I said they missed this I was told we dont do front consoles unless you add it. Why would I not want that? I was told I would know for next time....but there wont be a next time. Now I have to go vacuum out the cup holders.

They damaged my vehicle because the speed and power of their brushes and automated wash is so powerful that it ripped off the back siding on my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer. Then when it came to repairing the damage, they dismissed it saying that it was my fault and that even if it was the slightest bit loose, they are not responsible. Let me remind everyone that this is a Christian owned company, yes, Christian owned and when it came to fixing substantial damage to my vehicle they refused to do so, yet offered me a gift certificate for the amount of the damage??? Really??? Its $300-$400 worth of damage! Of course they dont want to pay out of pocket for damages done, they prefer I come back only to possibly incur more problems! Why would I want to return to such an establishment that uses such high powered equipment there is a good risk that more damage might occur. This is a long 4.5ft piece of fiberglass that is attached to the lift-gate glass of my SUV that is glued and then reinforced with rubber gripping to prevent something like this. I had absolutely NO IDEA that their car wash was so intense it could rip that piece off. Had I known that my experience was ever going to be so poor, I would never have gone. NEVER would I take a new vehicle there either because if there machines are so powerful, I can only imagine the damage that could occur to a new paint job!

I got the $27 wash. The car wasn’t filthy, I just wanted to return it to my brother clean, vacuumed and wiped down. There were surfaces on the dash that were still dusty and it seemed like a careless job of wiping down. The wheels were not wiped down on all surfaces and I had to get them to come back and put shine on the tires. There carpets had been vacuumed but not very thoroughly. I wasn’t expecting a Q-tip detail job for $27 (plus tip) but this was just sloppy and disappointing.

I used to drive from Bartlesville religiously to have ONE employee do my windows once a week. The only person I trusted to do it right. I have spoken with many others who want to know where he went. Im told by many employees and one in management that his dismissal was low down politics. I, as many other customers, as well as his co-workers, truely miss him.

Went on a road trip with my husky and got mud and fur all over my car. I decided to take it to Mr Klean and asked the guy the package he recommended. They did a great job for an amazing price too ! They also found a piece of metal in my tire and made sure they informed me about it ! Overall, Im very satisfied.

They did a great job! Washed and dried my SUV, washed the windows, dash and vacuumed the floor. All for $27.00! I was astounded! Will definitely return.

Pretty good detailing job but too expensive. They didnt clean the leather very well and they actually buffed the paint off my old Jag in one place. Ill go there for washes but no more detailing. Staff was polite and fast when I was there in the late morning on a weekday.

I want to first start by saying this could’ve been a much different experience, with a one star rating, but the owner made the situation right. Long story short you can’t protect your business from a bad apple, and I understand that with the nature of this industry it’s nearly impossible. But the owner went above and beyond to rectify a bad situation, and instead of fighting me or trying to not take ownership, I believe the owner and the management team did whatever it took to make this situation right. The car wash itself was great, you can never expect everything to be 100%, but even a 95% deserves a five star rating. So thank you for taking care of this bad situation, and thank you for going above and beyond to make it right.

EXCELLENT WORK, FRIENDLY SERVICE, IMMEDIATELY GREETED AND ORDER TAKEN I’ve been going to Mr. Klean from time to time since 2006 and usually order the Platinum Package. They do a thorough job for the items within that package. On Tuesday of this week, I had a little time and thought I’d have the Complete Detail Package that time. Keep in mind that my car is not a compact or even midsize (it’s a large SUV) that usually has a 125# puppy that “owns” the back 2/3rd of the SUV. As the puppy just went through her seasonal shedding (even though I’d vacuumed it out), there was still quite a bit of puppy hair everywhere. So, this was a tough job for anyone to take on, and I was a bit tenuous about the potential results.After the 1.5 hour wait, I checked it thoroughly. The work was stellar and over-the-top detailed. He did not overlook any spots or areas. I didn’t need to ask for any touchups, etc. It’s great to know that there are still businesses that pride themselves on doing a professional and thorough job. I’m very grateful for their work and for my sparkling clean and great smelling (new vehicle scent) car! Ill definitely return to them for thorough and detailed work. This place has been around for a long time and seems to be packed all the time, so apparently its a decent business model. They have several service options and clean your automobile very well. They have a gift shop inside that needs serious updating and maintenance (flooring torn up, odorous bathrooms, and leaking roof) so as this also serves as the waiting area, it only receives 4 stars.

This was the worst car wash Ive ever had! I just wasted $30 to have them run my car through an automatic car wash. All they did to the interior of my car was wipe off the dash. They didnt touch the doors or the console, left my console with sticky spots and dirt/dust. Im home now and cleaning the inside myself! Dont waste your money...you might as well go to a $10 drive through car wash because thats all youll get at Mr. Clean. What a ripoff! I will never go back!

Brought a 2006 Saturn ion to get the interior detailed and when we picked the car up it had paint peeling off in about 6 different places. It took them a week to get back to us about it and they refused to be held responsible for the damages. Will not be going back there

Had a Full Interior/Exterior wash and detail done. I think this is the worse thing Ive wasted $65 on. Terrible job done and lots of corners cut, its not very detailed at all or cleaned. Staff all seemed very short and had bad attitudes when I would ask questions. Had a Scratch on my hood as well. I will never bring another vehicle here. When you Charge money for a service I expect that service to be COMPLETELY carried out and to its best potential. But if this is what $65 gets you I can see that your quality standards suck.

I paid for a platinum package and got a half wash with a vacuum.. car was still dirty, windows werent cleaned at all, service was lacking from every angle. This was only my second time here, but the bad outweighs the good and Im going to look for a new car cleaning service.

So for $15 they vacuum your car, but not the cup holders unless you ask, wash and dry it. I could wash my car and vacuum it better that for $6, so basically I paid $7 for them to dry it. This used to be my favorite place but now they dont even wipe the dashboard or mud boards so NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ahhh yes...Mr Klean...you are the only full-service carwash in town (now that Auto Oasis is gone -- whats there now is some confusing business that I cant figure out what it is lol, but only know they wanted to charge me $35 for a standard wash! Uh...no. But I digress...) So, Mr. Klean is just yucky in so many ways. The people working there are sketchy and its claustrophobic and dirty inside the gift shop. AND you gotta wait forever for your car (I waited an hour)! And you better look over your car both inside and out before you drive away because chances are they missed something. But hey, sometimes youre just desperate for a clean car and will suffer through whatever it takes!

Outside looked good but they did a shoddy job on the inside and left spots and streaks on my windows and dash. Had to wait over 30 minutes for my car to be ready and discovered the guy who cleaned my car helped himself to my spare change that I keep in the console for toll roads. Ive gotten my car washed and detailed dozens of times at other places and never once had change stolen from my console. Definitely wont be coming back here, this place is overpriced and not worth your time especially when dishonest employees help themselves to tips from your spare change. Bad businesses somehow dont realize that when you hire lousy employees they do a lousy job, you get lousy reviews, and your business loses money as a result.

Terrible detail. It took over 2 hours and I paid $180 for a job I could’ve done better myself. Also they did not return my floor mats and when I called about it later they told me that they would look for them and then call me back but they never did. Don’t ignore the bad reviews this place is trash.

They always do a great job and the platinum package is really cheap considering what you get.$23 for complete wash inside and out, they even get inside the door jambs and everything. I would highly recommend this place.

Best place ever & owners manage total process

The lack of detail was disappointing. The interior needed way more attention. Will not being going back.

We took the car and truck early today and it was not busy. Before we go, we always take everything out of the vehicles. We dont want anything stolen and we dont want them to have to try clean with stuff there. We dont need anything slowing them down.They did a good job for the most part. My one complaint is they need to suck more water out of the carpets. I expected them to be wet but not squishy wet. I left my doors open all day and finally, I got some fans to try to get it dry. By the end of the day tomorrow with the help of the fans it should be dry enough to put the floor mats back in.The outside and the windows were great. I asked them not to use scent and they didnt.This was our second time using them and both times the only issue was the way too wet carpet. We will use them again. We always look to see what the packages are on the internet. Print it out so you have it with you when you take your car. Then, if it is not what you thought you can show them.

I had a client vomit in the back seat of my car. Smelled terrible and looked worse. I called and they told me they stop taking vehicles to detail at 4:30 pm. And I drove as fast as I could legally and safly. And still wasnt able to arrive until 4:45pm due to traffic and stop lights. They still took my car in and all I asked was to clean the floors and seats. When I got back in my car within 45 minutes. My car looked better than brand new when I bought it. In my opinion they went above and beyond. Highly recommended for a very happy customer!

Great job detailing my car. Fred was my detailer, and did a great job. Even cleaned a very tough stain off my headliner.

For the price I expect them to wipe the dash of the car and the rear view mirror. Also they hand you the air freshener??? Like. Put it in. Am I not paying you?Could have gone through an automatic and not waited. Wiped my own dash and put in a tiny tree. Wasnt worth it. There was also scuff marks on the door trim still.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Why cant I rate this place a ZERO?? They damaged my interior leather door panel during a buff/wax with platinum service (wash/vacuum/dash wipe/windows). I filed a claim and waited...... Had to call several times to even get to speak to the manager, Tara. Once I did speak with her she just said my claim was denied since the buff/wax would not have them wiping a door down (even though I advised her the worker personally showed me how he wiped the door and the panel fell). When I reminded her of that fact she then said she was not going to argue and then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME. Too many other options in Tulsa.

Manages to get your car decently clean but i have found they skip vacuuming between and under my seats and splash the tire treatment onto the exterior plastic detailing without bothering to wipe it off.

Good detailing but make sure your kids toys are all put away - have lost a few to their vacuums. Be prepared to wait at least an hour, usually an hour and a half.

I was given a custom interior cleaning gift card and decided to use it. That CI gift card cost $65.00. I was quoted $75.00 for my car, due to it being a hatchback.... My car is a Prius C! If youre not familiar with a Prius C, imagine a standard Prius Shrunk to 3/4th of its size. The car is little AF.. I additionlly was quoted a three hour turn-around... I left. I challenge the owners/operators to reply to this.

A bit expensive but worth it! I wouldnt allow myself the luxury more than twice a year for the total package plus windshield protector but I drove out with a new car feel!

Had my 2004 escape detailed today. Seats and carpet shampooed, paint waxed. They did a horrible job on the upholstery. I used paper towels to keep my clothes dry while driving home. When I got home the towels were muddy. Convenient yes. Quality no. Lesson learned. Dont pay for convenience.

They did a good job for the price. Could have shown a little more attention to detail but overall we were pleased.

I took my truck there, and made sure the bed was empty so theyd be able to get all the dirt/sand/acorn shells out of the bed. They left that in there. There was not that much, no reason a car wash shouldnt have removed them.Windows were a bit smudged, and I thought theyd wipe down the dash but maybe that wasnt included with the bronze package, not sure.But by far the most annoying part of this experience was that they spilled some sort of liquid on the drivers seat of my car and did not tell me. These things happen, if theyd told me I could have put a towel over it and no worries. Instead I got to drive around all day with a wet spot on my jeans. Not cool.

Don’t waste your time or money!

The detailers here did an absolutely amazing job with my Subaru. I never thought it would be this clean. Hell, it wasnt even this clean when I bought it! They got every little nook, I couldnt find a fault.

This was my first experience here and the service was great. Very friendly. However, I was disappointed when after getting home I realize that they made ZERO effort on my wheels. I had to go through and hand scrub them all because they literally didnt touch them. Pretty pissed that I paid $20 for half a job. Likely that I wont be back.

Since Covid they no longer do their old car wash services. Only details first come first serve. It was sad.

Meh. Not impressed. Interior was not clean. Received better service for better price down the street.

We paid $27 to have our SUV washed, wiped down, vacuumed, windows cleaned, & interior wiped down. Well worth the price when I have paid $18 at a different car wash just to run my car through the wash & I have to do everything else myself.

Poor service they wash my pick up all passenger side and tail gate was completely duty i will not recommend this place and definitely not coming back again

I have coming to Mr. Klean for 24 years now and have always gotten excellent service. Today was the exception. I purchased the Platinum service and was a bit disappointed. The detailer left his supplies in front of my car door (I had to put them away), air freshener had not been applied, the windshield was partially cleaned and only two tires were shined. I took if the defiencies myself. I normally dont complain, really, I dont, but this could be happening with other customers. I hope this doesnt have anything to do with the sharing of tip guidelines. Thank you.
