I gifted my mom a CAR DETAIL for Mother’s Day and boy, did Marcus deliver! 3 large dogs and loads of dust/ dirt from years of no real detailing... what a sparkling difference 4 hours makes! Every nook and cranny, all carpet and leather seats were cleaned thoroughly! Mom’s 10 yr old SUV never looked so clean! My truck looks much better inside and out!After taking a ride to look at a listed property, I ended up getting my truck scratched up pretty good and needed to have the scratches removed. I decided to give Marcus a call to see if that was something he could do. After meeting with him, and speaking about what I wanted/needed done, I decided on the combo package(plus scratch removal). We went ahead and set an appointment for the following week. The day of, I dropped off my truck with him and went about my day. When it was ready, he contacted me for pickup. Besides the ATM hiccup(my apologies)everything went smoothly. I seriously dont think my truck has looked this clean and fresh since Ive had it! And you would never know that the trees on that listed property had a field day with it. I think he also applied some sort of sealant, and so far it has definitely helped. Lately my truck seems to be a bird magnet, but its been noticeably easier to remove contaminants, and I think its because of the product he applied.Thanks again!

I did not have the highest expectation because my car is a mess! I’m a mother of a three year old. That should say it all. I figured he would vacuum clean the surfaces with wipes and be off. But when I got my car back...it was like a brand new car! It was deeply cleaned and I had a lot of stains in my light colored seats. I am so happy with his work! It really was like I got a new car again! This man is the truth! His professionalism was A+ just really glad I took a chance to support this business because he really does provide great work for the price.

This man is a miracle worker. He took my heavily stained almost chocolate looking seats back to their almost factory condition cream color. Im ashamed to admit the horrible condition my seats were in, but take it from me if Marcus James could restore my interior then he can do anyones. He was very professional and honest. I really would have liked to get this detail, but it is so hard to find, and Google maps puts in three different garages telling you that you are at your destination. I could not reach anyone via phone and only got voice mail once, which said to text. Texts are initially generic.Needless to say, after 30 min of looking and trying to locate this business?, a janitor of the Warren building showed me car stuff way at the back corner of a garage. After walking to the location, no one was there.Since it was a Groupon I purchased, they refunded my money after no response from merchant on location or reschedule.

Hands down the best out there. The work he puts into your car, it’s like a work of art. Highly recommend.
