Great job and time efficient! They were available to show up next day, called before they arrived and did an excellent job in a swift amount of time. Hired them for the Exterior Detail - wash and wax - my 07 paint job looks new. Will definitely hire again for the convenience and service.

I have been using mobile car washes for nearly 10 years now, so this type of service is not new to me. The first company I used went out of business and the last company was recently sold (both were excellent). I called Finishing Touch Mobile Car Wash for an appointment last week and setup a time (8:15 AM on a Monday) The gentleman on the phone was insistent on the early time due to his crew not knowing my driveway shade and sunlight situation. I was okay with the time and booked the appointment. I changed my schedule to work for home the morning of the appointment and took the necessary steps to prepare my vehicles for cleaning (e.g. removing car seats, DVD book, toys, etc.) At 8:09 AM the morning of the 8:15 AM appointment I get a call telling me they wont be able to be come till 9:30 AM or later. I kindly cancelled my appointment and told the gentleman calling my reason why. He then told me he was going to call his boss and get back with me immediately with a solution, he even mentioned another crew possibly coming to my house before 9:30 AM (seemed like a nice guy who cared about making customers happy). Next day comes and I still have not received a call. I guess this company is just too busy to worry about calling folks back. Would have been nice to get a call the night before I changed my schedule and prepared my cars. I hope Finishing Touch Mobile Car Was doesnt continue this type of customer service.

I have used the mobile service several times and have had great service each time. I can highly recommend them. Most recently Dakota and the person that helped him were professional and did a fabulous job. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Rudy. Very attentive and customer oriented. I wasnt completely satisfied with my interior detail..even though it took me a couple of weeks to express my concern Rudy was very understanding and came out personally same day to address the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After being quoted a 2 hours inside only detail, he came out and spent 45 mins on the job and then said that was all he could do. In that 45 mins, the only things that were done was wiping the dash with armorall and vacuuming the floors. He didnt even attempt to move the spare tire in the rear to vacuum underneath it, nor the seats or underneath them. After calling and complaining, he came out a second time to make an attempt at making things right. After his second visit, he vacuumed the floors again, then said that there was nothing else that could be done. He didnt attempt to clean out the cup holders, seat brackets, pillars, or door panels. We took Clorox wipes to one cup holder, and 5 mins later, it was clean. Most of the marks and dirt on the door panels and plastics on the pillars are able to be wiped off with a wet finger. On top of that, he REFUSED to shampoo the carpet and the seats, TWICE. For the job that he did for $110, I could have bought a $20 Nerf gun for my 10-year-old nephew and had the same exact job done. Do not waste your time, sanity, and hard earned money with this lame pitiful excuse of a high quality detail company. Theyre nothing but a big joke.
