My husband and I love coming here .. The guys are always respectful and always answers any questions you may have ... They dont pressure you into buying things ( air filters, wiper blades, etc.) for your car if you dont need it . 👍 Keep up the good work

I’ve been to oil changers before but this was my first time at this location. The two gentlemen working (Osvaldo and Timoteo) were very professional and answered every question that I had. It can be intimidating to get my oil changed because I have no clue what I’m talking about. The associates here made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to here because the customer service was amazing. Thanks guys!

Gabriel and Randy helped us out so much and were a dream to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable, as well as quick and efficient. Not only did they get the oil change done unbelievably fast, but they also helped me out with an issue I was having with popping my hood. Love the touchless option. But I wish the air to dry the car at the end lasted longer. You have to use towels on your own if you really want it dry/without water spots. Also when the air is going on, there is still water dripping from the wash simultaneously... which defeats the purpose of the car being washed.

The quality of service is the same ever since the buyout. So nothing has really changed. The whole oil change time is usually closer to 30 mins, at least this location. That’s my only complaint. Always look up coupons on their website.

The car wash was easily the least effective drive through wash I have been through in some time. I paid for the additional wash features and after the wash was over my car was no where near dry, had debris still on the paint and both front wheels had only been cleaned on half the rim.

I go to Auto Oil Changers exclusively for my full-service oil change. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are always professional and courteous, and I always pull out of their Bay knowing that my vehicle is safe on the road. I have been to Auto Oil Changers in Visalia and Tulare for many years and have never had one bad experience.

It was terrible. Would not accept quarters. Have had trouble numerous times with it not accepting the money. Then it doesnt give your money back instead it prints out a receipt to take to the cashier. Total inconvience.

Theyre price is almost doubled for beef some mashed potatoes was about 14 bucks thats way too much money

I had paid for the ultimate car wash in quarters but didnt get my wash and i went in that following week and let them know about it and the manager hooked me up a free ultimate car wash.

First time going to this place. James, Joseph, & I believe his name was Gabriel did a great job when I arrived. Place was neat & looked clean. Came in on a Sunday morning. No waiting to go up next. Went in for a quick oil change. Joseph did his thing under the car draining oil & replacing filter etc, James was looking at the rest of the car like transmission oil level, checking engine filter, fluid levels etc. Topped my fluids off. Didn’t even need to ask. Talked & showed me what he recommends needs to be done soon. Didn’t pressure me at all. Showed me him replacing engine filter to prove he’s doing it. Showed me the condition of transmission oil & what needed to be done. Then Gabriel came in to check tire pressure & reset my maint required light. Gave me a free car wash after service & I was on my way. Will come back for next service!

Oil change took a little longer than I expected, only cuz I was not familiar with the vehicle I was driving and the attendant was kind and patient enough to help me! Very great service tho a little pricey!

My husband and I used to go to the Oil Changers in Visalia, Ca on Main until they had customers playing musical cars multiple times, didn’t have what products were needed for the vehicle. We decided to drive the 15 minutes to the Tulare, Ca store for our next oil change. I’m glad we did because the store was much more organized and the manager James apologized for our terrible experience at the other location and thanked us for our business. I highly recommend this Oil Changers, fast service and great customer service.

We were in a last min to find a place to get our oil change. We had just left Fresno and I Google oil services in the area and they popped up. Open on a Sunday with no lines was perfect especially that we are heading to Vegas right away after. The guys were awesome and kind. The restroom and the place itself is clean.
