The worst Manicure/Pedicure ever. The old lady put clear polish over the previous one. She never bothered to remove the old polish. She had no energy, she was just going through the motion. Lazy. Never again.

Socially distanced, comfy, clean with good sanitation practices. Twee did my pedi and Amy did my friends.Great job, comfortable, friendly, with great polish options, and laid back. Highly recommended.

Natural Nails is the nicest and cleanest place around. The quality of the work is top notch. Mary and Don are the owners and they are almost always in the salon working. Everyone is friendly and caring.

Very pleased with my experience at Overland Park! Staff was kind and accomodating and worked with me to customize my design for shorter nails. With such detailed art, the price is obviously more than a regular manicure, but worth the upgrade for the quality and style that you receive.

I will not be back! As you can see my nails are uneven. When I have a pedicure three things are important, 1 the way my nails look in the end. As you can see this was a very poor pedicure. 2. Like many women I have dry heels, its important to me that those are filed and taken care of, especially when I pay extra for it. In this pedicure she slapped some liquid on my heels and lightly buff them that was all I got for my extra money. 3. I want a relaxing massage. Lets face it this is the best part of a pedicure and when the technician does this fast and like they dont care it ruins the whole experience. I had a pedicure and a manicure at this location and I felt like I was an assembly line part. She acted like she wanted me out of there as fast as possible and it shows in the quality of her work. I will not be back.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced nail salon, I highly suggest Natural Nails! A French tip gel manicure is only $25- insane! I have gone to expensive and cheap salons, and Natural Nails has all of them beat. The staff is friendly normally and they get the job done. It isnt the most relaxing environment, as they have a high volume of costumers, but I cannot complain. I love the way my nails turn out every time and I love the price. Be sure to pay with cash and get your punchcard stamped 10x for a free pedicure!

My manicurist is the best! Such a perfectionist and so friendly.Im the person who does not pay to get her nails done. I was always so anti nail salon. I HATE feeling like people are rude and youre still somehow obligated to tip super well otherwise you get treated even worst. Im used to long waits, mediocre service, and nails looking terrible after only a couple days.Until now, I LOVE this place. Theyre so nice and they have really great color selections.Salon is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly and owner is awesome.I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

I am in town for business and was able to sneak in an appointment for a manicure and pedicure here. Im SO glad I found this place because it was truly such a treat. The atmosphere is relaxing, the shop itself is gorgeous and the customer service was excellent. I will absolutely make a point to return the next time Im in Overland Park!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

The guy that did my nails was rushing, rough with the pedicure, and used utensils and put them back in drawer, etc. The owners seen really nice but due to the service and cleanliness, I wouldnt go back.

My first time coming here and I had an excellent experience. All the staff are very friendly and great at what they do. I had little to no wait time at all, they are great at time management. I showed them a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and they exceeded my expectations!! The shape and length was perfect and look even better then the original picture! Best nail salon in Overland Park by far!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been here twice now and the most recent visit was the absolute best pedicure massage I have ever had. Ill be a regular here. Quality work and very kind and friendly customer service. I also love that they use natural products that dont have weird smells.Its clean and the massage chairs are great.This place doesnt disappoint.I will definitely be coming back!

Originally just came in for a pedicure but decided to get my nails done as well. Technician did a great job with designing my nail! Also wanted to do a little more glam so we decided on unicorn chrome and some gold jewels. I always love coming back to get my nails done!

I loved this place! It was so clean and bright. It didnt smell like acetone at all. The staff was nice and friendly-I did feel a bit rushed, but is rather that than feel like they couldnt care less about how long it took. I got a shellac manicure and its one week later and they still look amazing. I will definitely be going back.

The shop is very clean. They use liner on pedicure chair. The staffs are very nice and friendly. They take time and do perfectly what you want. Specially, they do absolutely job on SNS nails (dipping powder nails). I love this shop.

Ive been to this salon twice now for a pedicure and both times Ive been blown away! Ive driven by the outside about a million times and Im so mad that I only recently discovered what a gem this place is.The inside is spacious and immaculate. Its nice and bright, but still calming. So the air is fresh, not like most salons that reek of that Acetone smell.The prices are competitive. This Salon is a win-win! Great esthetics, service & price!

I love this nail salon. The employees are fun, friendly and professional. I love going there b/c the gel manicures last for 3+ weeks and they have the plastic bags to place in the tubs when getting a pedicure so I dont have to worry about getting foot fungus and my pretty toes falling off. I guarantee youll it!

I was looking for a new nail shop and was pleasantly surprised. I got a deluxe pedicure and really enjoyed it. I also managed to smudge my polish after leaving and returned the next day and they fixed it no problem.

Love Natural Nails! Nice folks. Always have room for walk-ins which is my style.Never know my schedule! They do a great job. 4* is due to aesthetics of salon. But quality of nails and customer service is 5*s!

My friend and I got the regular mani and the service comes with keratin mask for your nails and a hand massage, both of which were delightful and something I didnt get at any previous nail salons. While the polish job looks beautiful I am very disappointed in the time spent on my appointment today. I rarely treat myself to a pedicure and today I chose to have the upgraded aloe vera pedicure with extra massage. From beginning to polish my pedicure lasted 12 minutes. While others may appreciate this efficiency I feel disappointed that I over paid for 12 minutes of time.

Went there for the first time today and I swear I will never go anywhere else! The winter special was by far the best pedicure Ive ever gotten in my life!!!! Technician is the best ever! Im going to recommend this place to everyone!

Best nail salon in the city. The only down side is the wait! But its definitely worth waiting for if you have the time. They also take appointments during the week but not on the weekend. I have never made an appointment but that because I only go when I have alot of time to spare/waste! No other salon treats your nails as well as they do here! And the work lasts!!!

Nice place and the people/manicurist are very personable and truly care about about the work they do. My last manicurist did my nails poorly and I got water underneath 2 of my nails. They were turning green. The manicurist at Natural nails saw it right away and removed the nails and replaced them with new ones. I really appreciated that. She also gave me a massage while my nails were drying. I truly got my moneys work and she also did a beautiful job on my nails. I would recommend this shop.

I love this place and stop every time I am in town. They always offer amazing service and I feel so relaxed when I leave. Whether Im getting an express mani or going for the full mani pedi including a massage and hot wax, they are always there to fulfill my needs.Heads up, call in advance and schedule an appointment. Ive never not been able to get an appointment, but have seen walk-ins turned away due to volume/time constraints.You may have to wait a few minutes for your appointment, if they are running behind. But its well worth the wait.

Came in today on my lunch break. Was told that my gel pedicure would be $25. Checked out and was charged $50. I feel robbed and noticed that the lady didnt even put the correct color that I picked out...

Walked in, was not acknowledged, waited awkwardly, then decided to go ahead and pick colors. When someone finally acknowledged me, they rudely said they could not fit me in. I asked what would be a better time and they walked away without responding 🤷‍♀️. I have no problem with them being too busy for walkins, but the customer service was definitely lacking.

I visited this nail salon for the 1st time on Saturday & had a great experience. It had been a while since my last visit to nail salon so I was due for a much needed mani pedi. The atmosphere was very welcoming & the décor is really nice. The entire staff was very friendly & professional. My nail tech was awesome & gave me the much needed quality mani & pedi I was looking for. I will certainly be returning, maybe next with hubby. I wont be back. I just moved down here a few months ago and an looking for a new salon closer than my Dream Nails in Lenexa.1. I called asking for the price of a gel manicure. To me, that means shape, trim (if I dont do my own first), cuticle care, polish, massage of hand & forearm, and lotion. I was quoted $26. Great! I get there and its $26 for trim and Polish only. I have to pay an extra $5 for cuticle care and $10 for shoulder and hand massage. I pd an extra $5 for cuticle care and didnt even get conditioning lotion as is pretty standard everywhere else. I felt this was deceptive.2. Almost NO conversation whatsoever. This is the first time Ive ever gotten my nails done anywhere and had no conversation.3. While she was doing my nails, she was quite far from my cuticles that I paid extra to have dinn, so I asked her to go closer. She argues that they choo if you get too close. I had to tell her Ive never had a problem before with them chipping at the cuticles then stated that I didnt want her to paint the actual cuticles thinking she might just to prove her point.4. Take a close look at the pics. Its hard to see, but the ends were not painted which is done to lessen the risk of chipping off the ends. She got blue on more than one finger and the ends of 3 fingers have rough brush strokes at the ends.

Friendly and fast service. My pedicure was nicely done and they always turn my unibrow into two nicely shaped eyebrows :)

Never know what kind of experience you will get. Its always busy so dont expect a relaxing spa ped. Nail techs talk to each other a lot. They laughed about a regular client on my last visit.
