Its a good wash, but for 14$ I need my car dried. I had to dry off my car by hand. But they have free vacuums and air pressure hose.

If you like your car nice and clean and washed this is the place to go and they make it fun with all the lights and everything there the kids would love it the younger kids would love it and its full service if you want your tires waxed or the car to be waxed they have that here too plus you can vacuum out your car I mean they have it all here go check it out and youll see what I mean.

Honestly from what I saw the mangers don’t care about their employees and don’t treat them fair. I can’t go somewhere where employees are treated so poorly. Its obvious some people aren’t meant to be managers.

This place has a new name, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The vacuums were good and they have clean restrooms. I paid $11 for a wash, but there was also a $7 option.

Scratched right side of my truck manager came out and kept telling me that their machines dont do that that I couldve gotten that from somewhere else and I showed really good it was still dirt and on it signs that it had barely made those scratches the management suks there had my membership for a month and it was good till today.

Pretty decent. Friendly staff. Equipment could use a little bit of work. Less then excellent chemical coverage. Bought the most expensive wash and there were still bugs on my grill, but the rest of the car was great. Excellent dry!

Friendly staff. $7 car wash. Theres only one downside they arent excepting cash because of covid-19.

My car came out looking beautiful! Customer service was great and the the free vacuum pressure is great! If you havent tried it I highly recommend you do!

Came in a few days ago and I had an amazing experience! The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The wash itself is really good. The guys did a great job and made sure my car came out clean. My wife went this week & bought the best wash they have, my wife noticed the next morning that the car was not very clean. She went back & they refused to run car back through the carwash, weve been loyal customers since they opened, we wont be back. what happened to customer satisfaction. By the way car is garaged at night.

I went through and when I came out the car wash it had pulled out a peice from the top of my car...and when I spoke to the manager she looked at the peice and said oh its fine and put it back in...didnt apologize or offer me a refund.

Great place to get a thorough cleaning of your vehicle. It also cleans my rims perfectly and dries them about 90%! I use to have to clean the rims separately and its a huge pain in the you know what. Very friendly associates, polite and do a great job scrubbing before I even go in the wash. Thank you!

Great wash but pricey

Came in today for a wash because my car was super dirty. Even though it’s an “ExpressCarWash” it did a really good job. My car came out really clean and dried. Even after I came out of the wash, the manager dried off the remaining water on my car. Andrew was very polite and willing to help me in any way that he could. I got the Ultimate wash which comes with so many goodies! I think the price was worth it. I loved the great service so I’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome wash and very fast and convenient! I have visited this car wash several times before a day of shopping at the outlets or going to the theater. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always an available spot to vacuum my vehicle so cant beat the quality of wash for the price.

It is always pretty nice and clean there except the major problem is when they spray the front windshield I think that is so stupid especially b/c we have lots of trouble seeing and it makes the sun super bright!! Also it is in the Central Valley which has lots of bugs and doesnt matter how many times you go through you always still have bugs on or some dirt!!

Best carwash not only is it a great price but it also does a great job at cleaning my car. If for some reason it missed a spot I just ask the manager if he can have someone make sure my car is clean. They are always helpful and make sure I leave happy and with a clean vehicle.

The ladies gave me 5 microfiber towels and 5 wet wipes and an air freshner every time I come to the wash. With the $15 discount I am very satisfied loved the way my car came out. The straps scratched up my paint job and there was dried up soap scum still on the back of my car after. I dont think they had enough water spraying. I wont be going there again. But staff were nice.

Decent place to wash your car, but take an extra towel, the car wash doesnt dry good at all and the guys working there only help dry who they want.

Staff are friendly and 7 times out of 10 do a really good job on the spray/pre-scrub of windshield/grill before you drive into the automated wash. Self-vacuum areas are always clean and equipment always works. They have trash cans strategically placed around for clearing out those little bits of trash that seem to magically appear in your floorboard and between seats. There is even a sink to rinse your hands if needed. One improvement Id like to see is the addition of a skinny long vacuum wand for getting that floor area in between the seats and console, and under the seats. I do subscribe to their monthly membership. And I gotta say, I do get a little boost in my day when I drive past everyone else waiting in line and get my window sticker zapped as I drive right through to the wash area!

They messed up my paint job on my vehicle by what appears to be hot wax and severely scratched my mirror on their machine Though the employee told me this had happened on other cars, the manager refuses to take care of it.

The one star rating is because of today. Bad experience! I have been a fan of this place from day one. I have bought several of the package deals for multiple washes for both my vehicles. Today 07/25/18 my daughter and I brought my car to get cleaned around 5:30 pm. The young girl at the register has a very simple job, takes less than 2 minutes. She was doing everything she could to make our transaction as disrespectful and uncomfortable as posible. She stood behind the drivers side door by the back fender, handing me the car freshner as far away as she could. There was no line or anyone waiting behind me or anyone waiting for that matter, I was the only customer. Handed me the trash bag to me as far away as she could. Then handed me my receipt as far away as she could. I was actually bending my arm backwards to reach for the items. It was strange to have someone in customer service to do as little as possible, and ignore you while forcibly having to deal with you. For some reason she did not want to have a normal transaction as I have always had there. In my opinion, treat everyone the same, especially when taking someones money. Dont ignore basic service communication skills and start being rude. I always purchase service and product based on the the entire company. If the people who are taking the money at this place are all going to act like this, Ill take my business to another car wash, there are several available.

Bought $40.00 package for five washs and was told would receive towel and wet wipes with each wash. Next time was told you had to ask for. towel and wipes. fourth wash was told you only got towel and wipes each time you bought package, complained to mgr but said nothing he could do. I can see maybe the towel, but once you open the wet wipes thats it. cant use one pack for five washs. after complaining mgr contacted someone and gave me towel,wet wipes and lollipop. Is management trying to short people out of towel and wipes? Not very professional, are they really that cheap. Im paying $40.00 in advance and the try to cheat me

Love to take my cars here to get it washed. Its covenient and cost effective with the water drought we have in CA--- cheaper than using ur hose at home. Plus they recycle their water and it never stinks, like other car washes ive been to. They have deals when u buy many u get an extra free. You get a free vaccuum with every car wash and they give you a little baggie, car scent, little shammy and lollipops. Out in the parking you can throw away any trash you have and vaccuum ur vehicle and also have one of those compressed air guns to blow out water/dust from your car. They sell cleaning materials in vending machines too. They always have some music playing for their customers. I recommend to anyone.
