We have been pleased with our monthly service and how well they have done to eliminate any desert related issues that have come up. The new tech Ryan is friendly and is very thorough, and takes his job seriously. The receptionist is great and the owners are knowledgeable and always respond quickly when needed. This company is great! Im not sure how their price compares to others (I was in a termite dilemma and found them by chance), but I can tell you that they are a TRUE VALUE. They not only guarantee their work, but do so for life! And the whole team is not only punctual, but very kind. They explain the ins and outs of termites and put your concerns to rest. I have been using Executive Pest Control for about 5 years for termites. They call every year to do an annual inspection and when I have found seen a termite tube, they have always promptly come out and treated it. I have never had termites return to a treated area. Recently, I have found ticks in one of my rental properties. Ryan was the technician and called ahead and showed up on time. Ryan took the time to explain the process to me as he sprayed to kill the insects. He was very knowledgeable about insecticides and insect infestations. I enjoyed learning from Ryan and look forward to seeing him at the next treatment.

The first time I dealt with this company was at the recommendation of my realtor. The tech breezed through the inspection and didnt find any evidence of termites. Minutes later, the home inspector who was also working found evidence of termites. The tech returned and did apologize to his credit.Last year the tech arrived 15+ minutes late for what was supposed to be the first appointment of the day and did not apologize for his tardiness, nor did he call to say he was running late.This year I set an appointment for 8AM, which was the earliest available appointment. I work ~40min away from home, so this is my only real option. The tech arrived and rang the doorbell at 7:52AM while I was getting dressed. I hurried through putting clothes on, but by the time I reached the front door (1-2min later) there was nobody there. There was no phone call. There was no note. I called the office and got the voicemail, which provided no way to contact the tech. I left a message. I received no follow up from anyone at the company. My watch is synchronized daily with the atomic clock in Boulder, CO, so this was not an issue of my watch being off. 6min BEFORE my scheduled appointment, there was no trace of the tech.If you value your time or customer service, go elsewhere.

I called about cockroaches. After I described them, the person I talked to told me what kind they were and how to keep them out of the house. No need for chemical treatment. It was good to know they werent going to perform and charge me for a service I didnt need.

Poor customer service. I called to complain after one of their techs failed to show up at a rental property. I was hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. My side business of rentals will no longer use Executive Pest Control, nor will my wife who is a real estate agent. My wife used Executive Pest Control exclusively for three years. I left a two star review a couple years ago.I had to edit it to a one star review. Theyve stood me up twice now for an ongoing rodent problem. The landlord my wife and I use swears theyre done with Executive. The guys are about as reliable as my bowels after Los Betos. Theyre experts not at pest control, but at blaming former employees for errors, blaming traffic for not being there, and for passing the buck.I highly recommend any other company for pest control, or even just bringing in a pack of feral cats. Anything is better than this company.

We hired Jake to inspect a house that my mom was buying. By the time we got to the house on the day of the scheduled inspection, he was almost finished inspecting the whole house. He told me “I found termite in the house” then he took us to the master bathroom closet where he found the termite activity. He pointed out at something on the wall with his flashlight and said “do you see this on the wall? This is an active termite”. There was a light colored dot on the wall that he was referring to it to be a termite (insect). He said that is a subterranean termite and he said here is a tube on the wall. He prepared his report based on that. Then the seller sent their guy to treat the whole house for subterranean termite. After then, everytime we go to the house, We still see this insect which he claimed to be a termite, but it never moved, it’s been always there. A week before closing I saw something on the carpet in this same closet and I removed it with a towel, which later I knew it was termite frass. After my mom moved to the house, we saw that frass again, we used a chair and looked on the shelf underneath that dot which Jake said it was a termite, and we found a lot of frass, and instead of having one dots on the wall, now we have too and turns out this dot wasn’t a termite as Jake claimed, it was a kicking hole that drywood termite make to kick their frass out. Also that tube ine the wall, it wasn’t a tube, it’s just how the wall looks (uneven). Now if we would have known that this is a drywood termite, we would have never thought about buying the house since this type of termite fly and can eat furniture. We spoke to Jake and he didn’t want to admit his fault. He said that the house did have subterranean termite and this drywood termite infestation is new. No Jake, this drywood termite did exist the day you inspected the house, I am not an idiot and I know what you showed me that day and what I am talking about. You told me this is a termite insect and used your flashlight, you didn’t bother to use a ladder to actually have a closer look. If you did use a ladder you’d have seen the frass and saved everyone a huge hassle. Your response to us was so unprofessional. I also sent him pictures of what we found but he still telling us that it’s not his fault. JUST STAY AWAY.
