Paul services in my area, he is always nice, and listens to what I have to say when I am experiencing any bug problem. He has taken care of my spider and scorpion problem and even those pesky roaches that seem to show up out of nowhere. While he’s working we talk about our dogs. I love that he can relate to my problems whether it’s about work, dogs or even those darn bugs. His customer service is outstanding! I work in customer service myself and he outshines me! I discovered drywood termites in my home, and after exploring all my options with various companies, I decided to use Truly Nolens service. The price wasnt the cheapest (or the most expensive), but it came with a renewable warranty to re-treat if the little guys come back anywhere in the house. Thats a lot of peace of mind. Drywoods are not as common as subterranean termites in Tucson, but this is a national company that has a lot of experience with the drywoods and a method that treats them effectively.Dealing with the companys representative, Jeremy, and the crew who came out to do the work, Jaime and Deshaun, was a pleasant experience. Jeremy answered my many questions and concerns with patience and expertise, and the crew treated my home with care and were covid responsible. I feel good about my decision to go with Truly Nolen for the termites and will use them again if any other pests turn up around here.

Paul came to treat for bedbugs. He helped move items I couldnt move myself. He sprayed thoroughly. But in spraying behind a picture he disturbed the attachment to the wall and a day later: crash. It fell between the headboard and the wall. Fortunately the glass didnt break.He promised to return in two weeks to make sure all the bugs were gone. He didnt tell me I might find some in about a week, but I did. I called the office and they said they would be back at the scheduled two-week period. In the meantime, I could wash all my bedding AGAIN. I would have been happier to have all this info in advance.I was referred to Truly Nolen by a neighbor who has used their services for 40 years or more. Im still dealing with bedbugs at the moment, but Im hoping this will be totally cleared up with the second application. Right now Im eradicating them one by one with bits of Scotch tape (to capture) and a Zip lock bag (to store the bits).

My families technician is Paul Grijalva and I honestly cannot say anything bad about him. He is incredibly responsive and does a fantastic job. Twice now we have had emergency pest problems (ants in the house followed by ticks) and each time he was here almost immediately and was extremely helpful and informative. We got the free inspection and were encouraged to buy a very expensive treatment plus a yearly fee. And we didn’t even have termites! We got a free estimate from another place who said we were fine, no need to treat. I thought Truly Nolan was dishonest and used scare tactics to get us to buy their very expensive product.

The ongoing Pack Rat service is astounding. They came for a regular visit, saw a couple of new nest possibilities and set a trap. That night, one of the offenders was caught and this morning the tech had called to come check and remove the trap. Impressive. Plus this tech, Justice S, could not be nicer. Knowledgeable, diligent, and willing to put in the extra effort to make things right. That quality of care will keep me with this company!

After 26 years with another company, I decided to try TN due to a never ending ant problem. I’m so happy with the service we received but at the same time disappointed that I wasted all those years and money on such a low grade company. The pest exterminator, Paul, was very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions, and I asked a lot of questions. Within 1 day of treating the inside and outside of my house, I noticed my ant problem was 100% gone as well as other bugs and insects. I am very satisfied with Truly Nolan Pest & Termite services.

My service technician has always called to let me know hes coming (confirming the automated message I get a day or so prior). When the weather causes him to reschedule--as it did recently--he calls promptly and as often as needed until he is able to come. As for the effectiveness of the service: I have not seen a roach--at least not a live one--since my service began.

Truly Nolen is a great company to deal with. Their inspector, Jeremy C., came out to inspect on our annual plan and noticed active infestation in the wood beams we had just exposed in the remodel. He went through the house thoroughly and told us exactly what to expect. He located the point of entry and advised us the best way to proceed. He set up a treatment time for the same week! Today, Jaime R. and Carlos S. came out to do the treatment. They were very professional, skilled and accommodating to our dogs. They had to drill through the concrete floors to get under the foundation. Every step was explained to us and they worked efficiently and neatly, cleaning up all the dust as they went. After the treatment, they patched the floors and matched the colored concrete. It was Truly a seamless operation! I have a lot of challenging and unique features and Xavier has come back numerous times to get the work done right. I am very satisfied with outcomes so far. Ive been happy with Truly Nolen for years. Theyre far better than my former pest control company. The current issue is subterranean termites in the guest bathroom. The spot treatment was done today, inside and outside. First, Robert, my regular pest control tech, came to look at the bugs the same day I called him. He immediately arranged for Jeremy, termite inspector, to call me, which he promptly did. He then came out to diagnose the problem, and arranged for the treatment. Soon, Jaime and Carlos, termite techs, were at my door to do the job. All these individuals are friendly and patient, knowledgeable and informative, and reliable, efficient and conscientious. He listened to my concern about a problem I was having with crickets in my house and did a very thorough job of treating the inside, even putting down glue boards in strategic areas. It seems to be under control now. He did a great job!Reuben Hill then conducted a termite inspection for me and discovered that I have them under the house. So set up appointment for that treatment. He was very knowledgeable and professional and took care of everything for me.The termite treatment was done by Jaime R. Rivera and Antonio Aguilar. They were very professional and worked so hard for approximately four hours, I was certainly impressed, also very personable technicians.Truly Nolen is very fortunate to have such wonderful employees!! I truly love the customer service and the technicians, however; I do not have much faith in the product. Ive been with this company for several years and they come every two months, but change me a monthly fee. I continue to see spiders, ants, and other insects. Including centipedes. I wish they made their formula stronger. Looking to find a replacement soon.

It seems someone from Truly Nolen is always coming to my house(from th e yellow sheets that pile up I can tell) and yet rarely is an attempt made to do work inside. In addition, the insect traps in the garage do not seem to be changed unless I call, and they have captured some big creatures like a centipede. I am a snow bird and wish Truly Nolen would try to synchronize indoor visits with me when I am in town. In addition, think they need to be more aggressive about pack rats which poop all over the patio and leave shreds around etc.
