Amazing family-run business which trains all ages to be champions! The Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jujitsu involves rigorous training, but the social experience is at both welcoming and challenging to grow in character, too. I recommend it to all, including survivors of sexual or physical assault. The Kirbys are very special people. Thank you.

Held my friends Bachelor party here. It was fantastic. Great mix of physical challenge and fun with the games and obstacle course. Grappling and Striking lessen was easy to follow and a fun introduction.

We love Rock City MMA! My three year old Henry is shy and Coach Kirby is great with him. Patient but firm and a lot of fun. We attend twice a week and there is always variety in each class and creative ways to teach the kids new things while building on previously taught skills. After just three classes Henry looks forward to the class and showing Coach Kirby his new moves! Highly recommend!

The Kirbys are the greatest inspiration! My 11yo daughter has been training with Nathan over a year and he is now my personal trainer. I cannot say enough positive things about this place for growth on a physical and mental level for both of us.

Very family friendly environment and superb coaching! I love the MMA classes. I have a background in MMA and I have wanted to check him out for a long time since he has so many successful fighters. Im glad I did because I learned so much in just a few classes. I was also able to watch the kids class and it was just as intense as the adults! Also, the students there (children and adults alike) are all so respectful, friendly and confident...I think that speaks a lot for how good Coach Kirby is. I dont want to forget to mention that the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this place 💯👍!

The best place in Little Rock and surrounding area for MMA, BJJ, and Kickboxing. This place treats your kids like they are their own. Teach kids life skills on and off the mat.
