Woman was very rude to me and so was her husband that work there. She got all aggressive because I couldnt understand what she was saying and then they got mad that I wasnt wearing a mask. So I told them to forget it. She was like totally yelling at me. Very uncomfortable

I got a pedicure from Phillip and he was very sweet and did a great job. The place is very clean and everyone who works there is very friendly. I like that they took the extra care to have people use the hand sanitizer as soon as they come in and a sign on the door that lets people know to put a mask on before entering.I would highly recommend Cozy Nails & Spa, as well as Phillip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nana and Phillip and Tony are super sweet and do the very best. Love it and they listen to the customer what they want.

I came in on a Sunday with no appointment and they were fully booked. It was the third shop I tried to get into on a Sunday . They squeezed me in. Phillip did my pedicure. He was amazing! He took his time and removed my ingrown toenail. Tony did my fills and my nanils came out beautiful!! They were all very welcoming and I felt right at home.

I got acrylics and 2 fills with them . By that 3rd visit I decided I wouldn’t be back because of their lack of professionalism. Everytime I asked a question or made a request they act annoyed almost as if they’re doing you a favor . They tried to compensate by talking to my 2 year old and saying he’s cute but overall I felt I could not say anything without them being annoyed . In end I came to a new person elsewhere and when she removed my acrylics we discovered 4 nails had fungus . This is only caused if the material or tools they used was infected . I only went to cozy nails so there is no one else to blame . Not sanitary and not nice people .

I love their pedis. Even the cheap one is great. I feel so relaxed after and my feet feel great which is a plus because Im on my feet 40 plus hours a week. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Even told my girlfriends about my experience.

I waited abt 20 mins for a pedicure they were pretty busy, Nina did my pedicure and l was happy with my experience although 5 days after my pedicure some of the paint from one of my toenail came off but it was really no problem l would go again.

I love this place very comfortable just like the name. They do great pedicures, nails, parfaits. I go here.

It took me a long time to find a place to have my nails done much more so entrust my daughters mani/pedi needs. Nice busy place with friendly staff always. Never had a bad experience that’s why been coming here for a couple of years now.

So dont get dip done here... Pedicure with normal polish was great but the dip manicure I got was uneven and horribly shaped and my fingers were bleeding.The photos are from 2 days after with scabs still around my nails.

Very clean salon and best of all no cleaning supplies in sight. :-) Wide array of polishes, gels, and dips. 7 nails stations and 7 large, comfy and FUNCTIONING spa pedicure chairs.The bochure indicates they offer nail, hair removal, facials and permanent makeup. I especially appreciated they had prices listed for kids services. Just the fact they included it shows me theyre considerate of someones potential needs.Multiple choices of pedicures: basic $25, luxury $45, vegan luxury $50, deluxe $55 and herb deluxe $60. Each is unique and offers upgrades. Pedicures are done with a new plastic liner. :-)Staff was cordial and no unnecessary banter with one another or me...I really relaxed and they appeared focused.If youre in the area give them a try... theyre hidden next to the PepBoys at 22nd and Kolb!

Nail tech payed great attention to detail and did a wonderful job. Super happy with how they turned out. I got acrylics with normal polish and cuticle trim.

I was a walk in. There was just one girl doing pedicures. I was fortunate that I was able to get started right away. The place is clean and the professionalism is top notch. I went for the works...$75, and she did a wonderful job. My feet and legs felt wonderful when I left. Wish I could remember her name. Leah or Gina...Im terrible. I highly recommend this salon. While I was there there were two apparent regulars who also came in for fingernail work ups. They were known by name, so apparently they keep returning as will I.

The salon is ran by Nina and Tony who are absolutely awesome! Ive gone here a few times now. I had an issue one time and they went absolutely out of their way to find a way to fix it. I appreciate them for it oh so much! They really want you to be happy! Its awesome! This will be my regular nail salon. Not to mention.... the place the is so beautiful and SO clean!!!

I’ve gone here a few times and every time I go it’s always different but this time was the worst I came in for a simple new set of acrylic nails and normal polish right when I got in they insisted I get gel so eventually I caved and got it my nails look horrible they are completely flat with no structure and are lifting within a week of having them and the gel that got put on them is not even what’s so ever and they are not the same size or shape whatsoever

Thought I would try this place since Im passing through. Reviews seem good enough. The girl done an awful job with the powder dipping. Nails are so wavy and dip in the middle. Its embarrassing to go in public. I couldnt see how bad they were till I left. I would not go there again or suggest anyone else to try it.

Tom & Nina go out of their way to make every customer feel comfortable. If you arent satisfied they will do whatever it takes to make it right. I love the fact that they are working in their own shop. Obviously this saves them money in payroll but its really nice to get service from the owners of a nail shop, I havent had that experience at other shops.

I love to go to Cozy Nails. The salon is very clean and comfortable. I get amazing service there. They are very friendly and nice to everyone. The owners are wonderful at what they do.

Came in at 5:30, waited for almost an hour to be seen, two people came in after with no appointments and were seen before us and we basically set and wait for over an hour and still did not get seen. Despite the fact that we are customers and we come here every other week. We just decided to leave.

After a few days searching the net and finally found nail salon. Ive only been there twice, but each time I showed a picture from a magazine of the style I want and wham its done. Three technicians worked on my nails and they did an amazing job. The interior was clean, nicely decorated, and had a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend go it! Would definitely go back!

I was looking to try a new nail salon but was highly disappointed when after getting my nails done and not even 12 hours later my acrylic nail broke off. I wanted to given them the benefit of the doubt, only having to come back 24 hours after a different acrylic broke off. If you look at my nails there is a bump and you can see the tips are thinned so much it makes it susceptible to breaking which is disappointing because I paid for a service that I was hoping would last longer then a day. Tried to get my nail fix again only to be ignored.

I just went here for the first time today for my second mani ever and I think they did a pretty decent job. I had called ahead for an appointment and was told a full set of acrylics was $25 but wasnt aware that picking a gel color jumped the price up to $40. The man that did my nails was really nice and made some funny jokes and all in all it was a pleasant experience. I can see myself coming back again someday

Nina did my pedicure and gave one of the very best massages Ive ever had while having a pedicure done! This was a wonderful experience! The salon is very clean and yet feels very comfortable! The couple that works here do not speak to each other only in Vietnamese. They are both very respectful, helpful and attentive! My nails and toes look amazing and I cant wait to return!!! :)

Male nail tech towards the back screwed up the shape of my nails. I told him what I wanted and he said he understood. He didnt. Then we I told him I didnt like the shape he said thats what you asked for. I proceeded to tell no it definitely was not. Owners Wife stepped in and told him he was in the wrong. After two hours of filling and filing my nails are sore to the touch, shaped terrible, and he screwed up the shape I have been working towards for 3 months. The owners Wife did an excellent job with my design. Place is very clean and they have a lot of colors. Not sure if I will go back because I dont want to get stuck with the Nail Tech guy I had.

I dont normally post bad reviews, but this needs to be known.The male tech was friendly, but he did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. It was rushed, and like some of the other reviews, ended up bubbled and uneven. It looked very sloppy. He was also very rough while cutting my cuticles--4 of my nails bled, and I had to put band-aids over what shouldve been a nice manicure. I was in pain for days. Despite this, I was still charged full price. My cuticles are still damaged a few months later.Dont walk. Run.

Phillip gave me one of the best pedis I have ever had.The spa is clean, the staff friendly, chairs cozy, prices reasonable, and the pedi thorough, calming, and caring.

Amazing customer service!! I was getting an oil change on my car down the street so I thought I would walk to Cozy nails and get my nails done. Nina did a great job with my pedicure and gel mani. She was warm and friendly. After the owner actually drove me a mile back to my car!! Did I mention the salon is the most beautiful nail salon I have ever been in as there are gorgeous murals on the walls. If I didnt have a family member that I usual go to I would switch to Cozy nail without a doubt!

Definitely the worst nail shop I have ever been too.I have tried different styles so I came here on multiple occasions and they do a terrible job every time. I wouldn’t recommend you come here unless you want to waste your money. The man with the glasses has very poor communication. The rate is a lie.

The over charged they dont take their time its not worth it they try to tell you what to get I would rather go to final touch they tell you a price and when you pay its 20 bucks more hell nah dont come to this place bad service

Ive been getting my nails done 16 years and this is the worst ever. I now have fungus on two nails. Did a horrible job,very ugly and never been so dissatisfied. I wanted to cry after.

Humble little shop with excellent service and great staff. I was treated to refreshments, had a great massage, mani-pedi, and hair blow-out for a great package price. Good hygienic practices in the nail area. I will return next time Im in Tucson.

One of the better nail places in town

I told Nina to keep the shape of my nails and rounded them and made thembulky. Toni and gel coat to my nails and you know what, he painted them HORRIBLY. When i put my hand under the light to dry the gel there was cracks along the top bottom and sides of my nails.And when I showed him he said he didnt know what I was talking about and wanted me to wait for him to fix it after being there 4 hours. My pedicure was mediocre. I was really dissatisfied with my nails they were actually really ugly and I didntd feel like sitting there any longer. I originally wanted a full set but Nina was reluctant.I will never go here again, I will stick to my usual nail. spot. This place is awful no wonder nails are cheap and the pedicures are over priced, I get a better job done and more out of a pedicure at a better price at Exquisite

Went here to get a pedicure and full set. Definitely will NOT be back. Whatever the.girl used on my feet gave.me very bad chemical burns between my toes. I felt it burning after she put it on to soak. I asked her if it was supposed to burn and dont think she understood me. I kept telling.her it was burning. When she finally noticed the burns all she said was ow. Full set was ok but have had better quality work done elsewhere.

Made an apt at 5:30pm wasnt started until 6:15pm. Did leave until 7:15pm to say the least I am not happy with this salon. They were rushing around, felt like cattle move in and out not really caring about the job in front of them. My nails have bumps, they are different lengths, polish isnt even on the sides of nails, thick in areas. VERY MESS JOB! Not happy with them at all will not be going back.

Went to get my nails done waited 30 minutes not busy at all. Than I asked for one color got another 3 of my nails had bubbles in them after dried. Took 2 hours for a refill than o was cut by the device. Charged full price after 3 mess ups never will I go there again
