I went a little over an hour before close to get my acrylic nails off, I walked in and saw two people being helped (both over halfway done). I stood for a second and the guy tech looked up at me and said what do you need? I replied that I would like to get my acrylic nails taken off. He then extremely rudely said no, not today, we dont have the time. I stood not saying anything for just a few seconds thinking of where else I could go and he got even nastier with me then saying in an extremely condescending tone; Yeah. Seriously. I dont know what your problem is sir but your rudeness was unwarranted and disgusting. I was not rude to you for a single second I was there, how unprofessional. I know acrylic removal doesnt take more than 5-10 minutes and I could have been fit into the last hour. Even if you still couldnt fit me in, you absolutely did not need to have such a nasty and unwarranted attitude towards me. Dont come here unless you would like to be disrespected to the highest degree for no reason.

Lynn was the one who did them and they look terrible. She was using the file and cut me then just put nail glue on it. I wont be going back.

The lady was rude right off we asked to paint up.to the cuticle and the lady stood up and said well I cant make you happy so go. Then the man said you cant please her let her leave now I would never recommend this nails place to ANYONE EVER!!!!

The younger gal was very sweet and did an amazing job. Ill definitely go back. Great service and prices.

It’s a pretty good shop. She did a very good job on my pedicure and my feet were smooth on the bottom and the paint was clean. Reasonably priced compared to other places. I went on a Saturday evening and it was pretty dead in there so easy to come for walk ins. Service is ok. My tech wasn’t very talkative but I didn’t want to talk so I feel like she picked up on my vibes. The salon looks pretty run down, messy and disorganized but if you overlook that then you’re fine

The owners are hard working, honest, and highly skilled. Going for a pedicure is always an enjoyable experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else unless they closed.

Ive never had any bad experiences coming here. My mom and I have been coming to them for over 10 years. They are always nice and courtesy. They always do a good job. My.only complaint is how far Ive move from them but its worth the drive. Thank you Mike and Lynn 💕💕

I honestly thought thier customer service was good. They were very nice, Tram was my nail tech but I had some problems with my nails after I left. I have little bubbles in the nails, which I found out the powder is bad and then 2 of my nails have hair from the brush I believe and it really bugs me.I was so torn to write this review because they were so nice but I am not satisfied with those 2 problems. I had bubbles in my nails one other time and never went back and I probably wont come back here again.

I only chose one star because thats the only option I had. Very disrespecatble. I paid 60 to have fills done 1st time was very satisfied with the job. I work out of town 3 days after Im out of town 2 nails lifted up. I had to glue them back down then another 2 few days later. Not only did they refuse to replace the 4 nails that fell off were so rude and acted like I did it on purpose. I dont pay for nails to break them off.

I am in a wheelchair and have been treated with respect and courtesy. Each time I go in Linn has been happy to see me no matter what Im having done at the time. I have tried several salons in my area for the last twenty-three years and find them lacking in conversation, disregard to my need to be gentle when doing my fingernails and toenails due to my disease. I am helped whenever I feel intimidated with placement of my wheelchair or transferring from wheelchair to their wonderful pedicure chairs. I could not be happier with the price or the joy of seeing my nails look so beautiful. Thank you

I will not go back again Ive been going there for several months I know the price for a fill with gel polish, I had my nails done the other day and I handed her my money expecting change so I could give a tip she said no thats the price, I know her husband is out of town so theyre short handed but dont rip off your customers! I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my experience with them and make sure they go elsewhere for service. I dont like thieves!

Let me start by saying, the charge for a full set was $25. I got up from my chair after the technician wounded 3 of my fingers with her lack of skill with the electric nail filer. I also hated the shape of my nails. She went into a long rant at me about how she was taking EXTRA care of my nails to avoid fungus problems. Not true. She did what EVERY tech does. I had been there going on 1 hour. She put her hands on me when I got up. I told her I was not a thief and gave her $20. She said it was not enough money. I said Polish is $5. which I will not allow you to do. I will no longer allow you to hurt me. She demanded that I let her cut off the nails because I was not leaving with her work on my nails. I told her, You watch me. I have 3 infected cuticles from this bad experience.
