Quick and affordable. They also dont charge extra to take off gel polish. Kids mani pedis are also a great price and they were so sweet with my daughter.

I called and made an appointment. It was the first and last I will go there. Over the phone I asked the price for a regular non gel pedicure and a gel manicure so the man said $29 for the pedi with no gel and 30 for the manicure. when I arrived the person at the front reception area was rude he did not say much except in a rude tone ok pick your color. I went to see what they had and the woman that took me to get the pedi done was nice at the beginning she offered an addition of pedicure with a price on the pamphlet. I asked if that was aside of the pedicure price and she said yes. I let her know maybe next time because it was another $45, $50, or more of your choice plus the regular pedicure very overpriced. As she did my pedicure I noticed that as soon as people would come in she was distracted and it was a rushed pedicure (half way done and not like I have had them in other places). When she apparently was done one of my toes she didn’t do a very good polish job. After that I was told to go sit down for my manicure. I was looking at the prices while I sat there and it all was different from what I was informed over the phone so I calculated and thought well it’s still not so bad. She was filing and cut my pinky side a very small cut but it bled and I asked twice if I can get something for that. She ignored me both times. She asked to go wash my hands. When I returned the cut burned so I asked her again. She answered rudely I am and she put a powder on it that I was not sure what it was so I assumed it was for cuts because it stopped hurting. She continued and did a nice job on one hand although another couple came in and she was distracted on my other hand again. I did not notice until I left but one of my thumbs had a thicker line on the polish at the tip than the other and for tops she charged $75 and I didn’t have much cash but this is the only salon that takes cash tips so they don’t get taxed. I asked if it can come out of my card and rudely she told me go to bashes to change. I was upset by then so I pulled a $20 to tip her but she made me upset and I told her I need the fifteen back otherwise I would have tipped more. She did not deserve it. As a new customer I rather find a better place. I will continue to search until I find a good professional and respectful business. Thank You to the readers that understand why good customers arelost. I as well want to add that the polish was supposed to be a gel manicure and it did not last at least a week. I’m so upset now because it’s very poor quality gel polish and not enough layers because the lady was in a rush!…WOW bad service!

Kevin does amazing work Im very happy with Kevins work but Tina has almost caused me not to return this was a PAINFUL experience and my nails are bumpy,soar and not what I asked for if Kevins not in that building I will never get my nails done here. Very good customer service, me and my oldest daughter got dip nails and they did a very good job and my other little girl got her nails and feet painted we love how them came out, we will be back forsure.

I always go her for gel pedicures. They have a large selection of colors and the staff is very friendly/accommodating. It is rather easy to get an appointment, almost always same day. I have done walk in appointments frequently as well without issue. They updated the salon a few years ago and it is always clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Every time I go to Paulenes Nails, I walk out extremely happy! Kevin always does a great job as well as the other nail technicians. Kevin makes my nails look how I want them to look. I show him a picture and he can recreate! One of the best places I have been to in the NW side, if not THE best! They are very kind people and have great customer service. Today I showed him a picture of a hombre French manicure and he did just that, including making my tips look natural! Love it!

So I pay for my girl to go in for a full set, and she comes out telling me that the guy there askes her how long she wants them, and they end up short. So she brings up the length, the guy goes to the back, starts working on a new set while soaking off the set he just did. In total he charges for both sets and more. I told my lady go order me a kit on Amazon because at this point theyve messed up your set so many times I could have paid for that kit three times and more. Not going back to these guys again and honestly if I even find out that guy got a hint of a tip Im canceling the credit card.

I came here once before and it was ok. I decided to give them another shot and i was not very satisfied. My nail tech was Kevin and the lady that did my pedi was tina or something like that. I only requested him because someone reviewed him saying he was good and had pictures to prove it so i decided i wanted him to do mine and it was a bad idea. 🙄 The lady that did my feet was heavy handed and scratched my ankle while she was doin my feet, i had to tell her I wanted the callus remover because they didnt have any packages for what they provided. They dont provide a sheet with what services they do on anything so you can see what you want or how much it is. They just do what ever. Not a very good place to go if you want a nice relaxing many pedi.(***Update: before I left Kevin asked if everything was okay with my service and I told him that i was not happy with my nails and he went back and tried to fix my nails before I left. Even though Im still not very satisfied with how my service was I respect that they tried to fix things.)

I got right in for an appointment staff was very friendly and facilty was beautiful and clean. The guy he did my nails did an amazing job I never got ombre nails before and was so excited and he met all my expectations in length cut and blending quality. The price was perfect as well. I will be going back again and again!

I recently moved here from South Dakota where believe it or not they have amazing nail techs everywhere. I have been searching for a great nail salon with no luck. All Ive had since moving here are terrible experiences until I found this place! I was so relieved. Not only do they do a fantastic job and really care about quality services I was floored by the reasonable price. I am so happy with my nails I wanted to weep. I finally found the salon I will be coming back to again and again!

I went in yesterday for my first visit to Paulenes Nails and I loved it. My nails look great, service was great. Ill definitely go back for regular manicures.I love this place, in fact, its the only place Ill go to get my nails done because they do such a fantastic job. The owner is awesome and they remember you after two or three regular visits. I highly recommend this place.

The best pedicure I have ever had!

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been too. The staff was disrespectful to my pregnant mother who went there to celebrate her birthday. They started to yell and toll there eyes simply because she said her nail was not straight. They didn’t have rhinestones and said they will not do my nails like how I had asked and she got up and walked away. I have never been more disappointed by humanity as I was today.

Had my nails done for years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had called several hours in advance and they confirmed they would take me at the specified time. I arrived on time and they began to soak my dip off and then left me with no service for an hour. By then it was too late to finish the service and they left my nails the way the photos show.

From the beginning, I love this place! Its a very nice, clean, friendly environment. The tech by the name of Teresa, is great! She is always able to fix, both my toe nails and fingernails, as I ask. I highly recommend it to anyone whos seeking real professionals.

Love Mindy shes the best, her crew is also great. Have been going for over 6 yrs and they have great new colors and use only sterilize tools and new covers in the pedicure chair basins with every pedi, so no worries about foot cooties lol

The service very friendly. They treat their customers with excellent professionalism. Their work manship is superb. Got my nails done and they lasted strongly for two weeks before needing a fill. The facility is up kept very nicely and they use clean tools. They line every tub with a freash clean bag for each customer getting a petty done. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful serivce.

Well oddly this place had been very good, until the last visit approx 2 weeks ago.I called last minute for an appt and asked for the only man of staff to do my fills. I even asked 2 times to confirm he could do them. Drove 20 mins in the extreme heat of 12:30noon as I currently have no AC and with health conditions b ut I needed them done after approx 3 weeks, and felt halfway decent that day. When i got their the staff was not busy as usual however the man was not there.... not only that, they even go on to explain hes on vacation for 2 weeks. The girl making appt Clearly knew what she was doing and figured just getting me there and that I would choose an alternative person there since they were all slow on work.I was actually perturbed that they would do that I simply left versus their choice of choosing another vendor to do my nails.

Not the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The lady who did mine was rough, making my nails sore and didnt even shape them evenly. Maybe it was just the one lady who handled clients that way, but I wont be going back
