I tried regular nail polish. Mani and pedi. The foiling was bad. I asked her to foil from the sides and top as some nails were almost broken and two hours after going home the polish was cracking because the nail is broken. The nail polish lairs were not matching. The store is not clean. When I was doing my nails and waiting the nails to dry the area was not wiped. I will not come back to this store again.

My partner and I got Mani pedisI had a design I wanted but they said they did not have the skill level to complete it. I appreciated their honesty and opted for just a solid color.Everything looks even and clean on myself and my partner.The staff were both pretty observant if anything may have not been the most comfortable without having to say anything.They were very polite and kind.I looked like they kept everything pretty clean. They have those bags in the tub to help protect when doing pedis which I always like and makes me feel more confident in their cleanliness. They even seemed to stagger seating for clients not sitting them where someone just say recently. They do have a protective plexiglass at the Mani stations and they wear masks.I would go there again

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been looking for a nail salon I like for quite a while and this one is it. There was a man and woman, both spoke English - a big plus in communication - who were doing their best to accommodate me. The atmosphere was friendly, they cut my toenails evenly, the polish didn’t slop over the sides, the massage was great. There are two Hollywood salons in Tucson. This one is on 1st near Wetmore in the Fry’s shopping center.

What I asked for vs what I got. Not satisfied at all.

Not even exaggerating the massage was less than 5 minutes which you gotta pay extra for and I picked out a dark burgundy color, Which looks red on me. Customer service was rude, will not be coming back. A complete waste of $105.

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done. The gentleman looked at a picture and was able to do Great work! No complaints from me and she was very happy about them! We will be back.

My girlfriend went in here yesterday for a fill. She did not get what she asked for, they painted all over one of her fingers and the lady filed all the skin off of four of her fingers. But hey, at least she apologized for it. I’m sure that helps my girlfriend who works with her hands. still charged $60, for a fill, that was wrong. I came in for a french tip pedicure with gel polish & I was happily greated who I believe was the manager, had a great service very clean & detailed as well as gentle, noticed I was stressed & gave me a great foot/leg massage as well as a hot towel compress & exfoliating scrub! He was very kind & so was I, I think if you go in being kind & understanding of a business youll most likely be treated the same way, I left a great tip & I thought for the service & quality itself it was a great price & a kind experience, Ill definitely be going back anytime Im in Tucson 🦋

They did a good job. Prices are a little high... if u get ombre it costs more if you use gel polish it costs more... the lady who did my nails did a great job... I would go back to that lady only.... the others seemed kinda weird... but all in all its a alright place to go to.

Wonderful nail tech who did an excellent job with my basic pedicure. He was very thorough, did a great job prepping my feet and the massage was soo relaxing!! Definitely coming back!!

Took my girl here. Her nails were thin and Weren’t the right shape. They didn’t do her design either. They pulled an attitude. NEVER would go back. definitely not worth the price.

Terrible! Had my nails done Saturday, its Tuesday now and the gel top coat is already chipping. Also asked for my nails to be done a certain design and didnt get what I wanted. The color is the same but the lady was lazy and did the design how she wanted. Im very disappointed. Paid $36 for this garbage. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I requested a design that was on the gel nails and they would not do it for me. They couldnt tell me why they wouldnt do the marble nail design they advertised on the gel nails. They did not take pride in their work. A 10 year old would have done a better job. I will never go there again!

Loved coming here. If you are dying to find a new nail place or trying to look for something different. this is the place to go. no doubt I absolutely love the neighborhood, I love the employees there everyone was so kind they took Covid so serious. everyone was wearing masks and everyone was distanced. I really appreciated the fact that I wanted to celebrate my upcoming birthday and have a new set of nails and Bee was so willing to work with me and had beautiful ideas. I’m so grateful that we were able to work together and come up with a beautiful set. If you want to spoil yourself this is the place to go ask for anyone there. I went in a couple of days ago for fills and my nails look awful .. The lady who did my nails filed them down so much they are all crooked and very thin. Some of my nails are wide and some are thin . I will never go back

The lady who worked on my nails spoke 0 English and didnt understand a word I said. As you can see, Im in a cast. She was still rough on my hands after I told her she was hurting me. The pain wasnt even worth it. Ive been here 3 times. My first visit was amazing, but these last two convinced me to never come back. I wasted my time and my money. Please pay attention to your employees if you want the business.

I was unable to see tbe gentlemans name that does nails but he does a great job. He left my granddaughters nails looking so beautiful and he picked the perfect color. We waited for 30 minutes but so worth it.

Ive always had such a great experience here. My mom and I have been going here since they opened and everyone is so nice and friendly. We typically only get pedicures and we wouldnt go anywhere else! I have not gotten a manicure here so I cant give feedback there. Def. recommend going here for pedicures. Very clean and sanitized. :)

If you’re in town, go here! Nicest staff who really took their time to help my mom and I out. Perfect nails. Very reasonable prices for great service. Didn’t upcharge us and even helped us find the cheaper version of what we wanted. Will definitely be coming back (and it’s not close to home).

I have been going to this salon since it opened. The staff is great. The place is super clean and the prices are great. I love to bring a friend to just relax and chat while getting our nails done.

I’ve been going here for almost two years now and when I went to do my nails lastnight like I do every two weeks all of a sudden a full set is 55$ and fills are 35$. Nothing special, no diamonds or designs. He didn’t even bother telling me the price’s increased. When I asked him why my full set was now 55$ he said it’s always been like that. Which isn’t true. I walked out having to pay 90$ for my full set and my toes. NEVER going back! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Quickly seated at a table. Friendly service. Prices are reasonable. Im picky with my rounded tips as they cant be longer than a certain length and Hai did an excellent job getting exactly what I needed. Would recommend and will go back.

This is where I get my nails done frequently. The customer service is great. Whoever does my nails makes sure I get what I want. Its a quiet slow place which I like and its close to home. I recommend going in.

Called and asked if they had SNS brand dip and could do an ombre. The lady on the phone said they did have SNS and to bring a picture of how I wanted my nails done. When I got there, they didnt have SNS dip, they use a cheap knockoff called superstar (they have the labels faced inward where you cannot read them). On top of that the girl that did my nails had NO experience and didnt know how to do an ombre. One hour after I left, my topcoat was coming off and a week later 4 for my nails broke off. Do not give this place your business. If they lie about their products, I can only imagine what else they lie about. Thankfully I didnt get a pedicure, Im sure their tools are not clean. No wonder there was no one in the salon when I arrived.

This place was awful. I have 3 nails that are shaped different and they are ALL different lengths. Not to mention I am a nail bitter gross I know. But they where making fun of me the whole time. The guy who did my nails pointed at my nails said something to another worker and they laughed and sat there the entire time pointing and laughing I’m baffled about how rude they are and I wasted money on my nails. I will never be returning.

Not going back first time getting nails done some nails had different shapes some longer then others, glitter on one my nails had a spot missing polish, I went back let them know there going too cut reshape and re polish, gave real good tip was dark I left when I got home realized crappie job .

I asked for long nails and I still ended up with short nails and was charged the price as if I got long nails....the paint job was the only thing done right. I also asked for nail art and it was drawn on my nails like if one of my kids had did the art for me. I’m very dissatisfied in the nails I got for the price I had to pay.
