My tech is the best. Courteous, gracious, artistic, smart. I cannot say enough great things about her. I definitely am very happy with how it turned out and will return again for my nail needs!

Very unprofessional establishment. They make you feel like they’re talking about you in their language. And if you make a suggestion about your nail, the man talks to you with a nasty attitude.

Very clean social distance processes were wonderful, everything was sanitized.little pricey but service was excellent. They were also selling really cute face masks and also have team mask.

Dont waste your time or money on this establishment. The lady started up some water for me that luke warm/cold and just had me sitting there for at least 10 mins while she took care of the gentleman who arrived just before I did. It wasnt a problem that she attended to the gentleman who arrived before me, but at least communicate and let me know whats going on. They were rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional with no attention to detail. Will never step foot in this place again!

Literally sitting in the the chair cringing...so unprofessional nail tech on the phone the entire time . Glued nails on crooked and some not even glued on all the way before applying acrylic.. disregarded the shape I wanted until I had to speak up and say it again . I’m beyond disappointed. Very rushed .

ONLY EXPERIENCED THEIR NAIL SERVICE - I am from out of town, and I was short on time. They looked busy but got me right in. It was the quickest I have ever gotten a fill, and more color selection than anywhere I have been before, and far more organized. The quickness didnt take away from the quality. I would love to come here all of the time, if I could.

First of all, I like the new extended weekday schedule, finally I can stop by after work and not worry about them closing too early during weekdays. Ive been coming to this nail salon for the past 4-5 months and the service I get is great and wonderful. Thank you the staff for trying on my nails. I definitely love it. I spent several months looking for a nail salon that I could stick with and I am so happy I found US Nails. The service is great and the staff does an amazing job. Lady who does nails is very rude! I called a day before to make an appointment and got there and she wasn’t ready. No one there didn’t know how to do nails except her. Then she was rushing. She charged me almost 40 for a simple refill (no gel, no stones. Just a Simple color) when I called she said refills where only 19. First and last time I go there.

This place is amazing. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Wonderful pedicures. They are there to please you. Thats such a change from what Ive seen in some nail salons. I will come here to get my nails done definitely.

I dont have enough good things to say about this place! I came here on a whim while in the area. I dont remember the girls name who did my nails but she was awesome. Hands down best manicure Ive ever gotten. I showed her a picture from Instagram and it came out identical to what I showed her! Not only that but she took her time and made sure everything was perfect.

Thought i would give this place a try as it is closer to my home. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was great. Unfortunately after a week the polish on my toes started wearing off. Not good 😳

So excited to have found this great NEW Nail Salon. The new management has turned this old space into a true salon experience.They are clean and all of the technicians are friendly and excellent at what they do. They have the best pedicure chairs ever! My daughters and I had a fantastic experience and will continue to visit this Nail Salon often.

Ive been seeing Missy, the owner every 2 weeks for 9 years. I get acrylic nails and a pedicure with nail art at every appointment. I give her creative license on the art, and have not had the same thing twice. Ihave never had a better experience in a nail salon. She is talented at her job and one of my all time favorite people.

Chrissiana did my nails. She did gel for me on my super thin and damaged nails, which were that way from being horribly done at a place in Washington and then me trying to fix it. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years, and I think this is the best theyve ever looked. They are strong enough to use without fear of tearing or breaking, and honestly they just look beautiful. Not clunky or too thick. As long as I live in Tucson, I wont go anywhere else.

I recently moved to the Tucson area from out of state, so I tend to rely on reviews of businesses or recommendations from others. Based on positive reviews of US Nails, I decided to visit early in the dayand was seen right away. I chose a basic mani-pedi and was cared for by Andy. Andy was kind and personable. I really appreciated how thorough and precise he is in his craft. My toes, which can be a challenge for some nail techs, needed extra attention (because I love being barefoot) and now look amazing! Andy was also did an amazing with polishing nails. I look forward to returning again.

Great nail salon! I had horrible nails when I came in, They took off and redid for a great price. I have been everyplace in Tucson it seems like and NOo salon has been as great as them. When nails grew out I couldnt really tell.The staff is just great!

They cut my friends daughter fingers all of them and still charged her for it. Left masque on both mine and my friends lags and on top of it all she charged my friend for the cut of the nail on her daughters nail size. Both of our feet are still rough. The price of all of the horrid experience was outrageous. I dont recommend this place out all. We will never go back.

Very slow. Called ahead and requested pedicures for 4, arrived on time and they were not ready. Took over an hour for 3 pedicures and one person did not even get one.
