Do not let the facade of the shopping center fool you. Nails Best is an exceptional business and they go above and beyond to take care of your every need. Very friendly and conversational. We are traveling to Tucson and received many recommendations for hiking and restaurants to try. My mother had a painful in-grown nail and they took such good care of her. I was amazed that they relieved ALL of her pain. Kind heart and good souls work here. Try them for yourself and you will not regret it!

I really like my nails. I like that there wasnt any small talk. I got fills done and it went pretty quickly. They have a large selection of nail colors and dips to choose from. They were all very friendly in my opinion . Even give ya a bottle of water. The price was reasonable too.

I had a good time doing my pedicure price was expensive but way better service than all the services i got in all the area nail salons i like that the ladys the work there are focus on doing there job not talking like other nail salons I been before which i felt relax and they were trying to do there best, very interested in making me feel comfortable I would definitely come back soon to try to see if the services as good as they were and try other services i did my nails and toes

Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here. I gave a specific picture reference I wanted. And I wanted my toes to match my nails color. I told her I wanted dip and she seemed like they didn’t know how to do dip and a design so they only did the design on one finger when the picture I referenced had It on all fingers. She used dip and then put nail polish on top the dip to cover the color I didn’t like. Now my nails are super thick and chunky. And my toe polish looks dirty.

I recently just got my nails done and let me tell you 5 stars ISENT nearly enough to express how HAPPY I AM with my set. Everyone was so Friendly and Courteous along with begin very Professional and Clean. Dont listen to any of the bad reviews cause again they are amazing. The workers were incredibly kind. i wanted to do a matching set with my boyfriend and they were just as excited and made sure they came out the same. they even were giving out complimentary gifts and waters! just renovated as well, making it an incredibly nice environment.

We had called ahead to schedule 5 mani-pedis. They said 30 minutes. There are 4 people working. We had to wait awhile before they would get to us. The one male had to try and do three of us. He moved between them doing the foot baths, pedicures, manicures. My friend got a gift for her birthday. So, it’s good if you come in by yourself, but if you are a group it is overwhelming. Again, we had called ahead, and we signed in for 5.

Staff were pleasant. Color was not done to the end. Some nails were bubbly and there were some marks in one of the nails when done. The pedicure was nice. Good massage! Place was sanitary and you could see them break open new tools. Ok for last minute walk in, I suppose.

I had such a great experience here. I was able to get in same day and was greeted with enthusiasm. I explained that I had a great deal of pain suspecting an ingrown toenail. Henry was very gentle and so caring taking care of it. It was so nice being heard and treated right at a nail salon. They even added a cute little nail tattoo for having to wait which I didn’t even mind the wait since everyone was so nice there. Definitely recommend Nails First

Came to get a full set of acrylics (almond shape) & Tina did a great job. She took her time to do my nails and it came out great. Wish I wouldve gave her a tip but I had no cash on hand. Friendly staffs. Definitely will come back to get a new set soon.

My nails came out really good, but i have to give them 2 stars because the lady’s were rude. They screamed at me for accidentally using a towel i wasn’t supposed to use and continued giving me attitude after that and were laughing at me, making me feel really embarrassed. After when they were done, she started being really friendly because she wanted a tip i suppose.

Nancy does wonderful work, beautiful strong healthy nails, and eyelashes for days. Want to have pretty nails come here, make an appointment for today.

Pedicure was great but nail fill was so annoying. Want coffin shape? Extra $5. Missing a nail? Extra $5. Removing gel? Extra $5. Want them long? Extra $5. Using a credit card to pay? Extra $5. So sad these salons charging you for every little thing. My “coffin shaped” nails were so ugly and I paid way to much.

Called in for lash extensions appt then told me to be here on time so I came on time to my appt here and they made me wait an hour for them while I was in a rush and had to leave to work within an hour but they kept telling me they would help me in 2 minutes and 10 minutes would go by every time. Definitely only come here if you have the time and patience. They also forgot about me sitting in the back while they started helping other people.

I came here after a not so great experience at Classy nail. They were friendly and there was only 1 other person there. I liked the service by the gentleman there.And then I returned for my gel manicure and Lee was awesome!!!! Id recommend this place to anyone.

Super great experience from the moment I walked in!!! They were all friendly and welcoming. I originally called to ask if they were doing by appt only due to covid and they explained that they would be able to take me at that moment instead of having to make an appt on a different day, for me that is huge! As a mom I don’t have time to set an appointment and hopefully stick to it, it’s a lot easier to call ahead in my free time. My pedicure was done perfectly and the lady who did my toes really took her time with the massage and listened to what I wanted, which not all salons will do sometimes they will do what they think is best. As for my nails they looked exactly how I wanted them!! Henry was amazing and it’s nice to see younger male nail techs that do great work. The whole time they asked how I was doing and if I liked my nails and explained how they are in the process of remodeling as well as under new management, it really made me want to go back and I could also tell they care about their customers experience. After going to the same nail salon for eight years and not only seeing the quality of their work decline, but not having great customer service at all and being rude to faithful clients I am pleased to say I won’t be returning and will be returning to nails first from now on for my nail needs. I constantly saw the techs disinfecting not only their work areas but also where the guests are sitting and every surface. I chose them because the old salon had great work as well and honestly it seems like they’ve gotten even better with their new changes. Excited to see this salon grow and thrive 🥰 thank you so much again

My sister and I went for manicures but we werent impressed it didnt look very clean and the person we had was kind of rude. I chose that place because their website shows pretty nail art but my sister wanted a baby yoda and they said no. So then she asked for a British flag on one finger and it was very sloppy. He didnt use a straight edge or anything to make it look clean and straight. He also jerk my sister fingers out of the way when doing the design and kind of hurt her. The only time he talked was toward the end of my sisters manicure he Probably wanted a tip.

Went here for first nail shop in Tucson and Tom and family were awesome! My 2 boys and I all got pedicures and manicures along with my gel nails! They were very accommodating and friendly! Prices were good and fair, all and all quality is better then quantity.

Took my mother for a pedicure for Mothers Day and there is an hour we which we understood and waited.... After 2 hours of waiting they had my mom on a chair with no water and still had to my people in front of us. We ended up leaving,We understand by the want their money and to service as many people as they can but then they shouldnt lie about their wait time.

The person who did my pedicure did great, but when it came to my gel nails, no! There are far better places that cost the same that are cleaner and better. I got a manicure with gel French tips and the fill of the white on the ends is poor at best. When he originally consulted me he asked if it was good, I said yes, because generally this is asked about the thickness of the white tip and once the additional white layers are applied, MOST (clearly not all) technicians make sure any thin areas are fully covered as they continue. Anyways, long story short, he blamed it on me and though I was polite, I was clearly upset and not even offered a discount or a coupon for a future discount. If they planned on keeping me as a customer, they didnt try very hard. Additionally, the towel he wiped my hands with smelled terrible! Im sure it is not the worst place in tucson, but as i said, for your money there are much better places. To the the man who did my pedicure, thank you, you were very nice and did a great job. Close to work...David did an awesome job on pursuading me into trying a new full set by him. I immediately noticed that THIS set felt more secure as he positioned the tip in a place that would stay. Ive always been told that my nail beds are too weak or too oily and thats why they come off right at the tip. :-( Im confident that wont happen with these...we shall see...feeling excited & pleased. :-)

Ive been here twice and both times have been horrible experiences. The first time, I went early in the morning and I was seated right away. The guy doing my nails spent 10 minutes finding a show on Netflix to put on and continually got up as other customers needed to pay. He also pinched and hurt every single finger I have while he was doing my nails. The second time I went was around 4 oclock. I assumed it would be busy so I asked before I signed in how long it would be for a fill. SAME GUY says Im right after another lady who was getting a fill. AN HOUR LATER, Im still sitting waiting for my fill. Meanwhile, three customers who came in after me were sat and worked on. WORST nail salon ever. NEVER going back.

The best nail services I have ever experienced in Tucson. We arrived 30 mins to closing and they still took us. Two pedicures and a full set. Not only did they not rush but they did an impeccable job. They offered to take us late again in the future as we where leaving. I had two amazing techs working on me at once to get both my nails and toes done but again they did not rush. Just optimized time. Hands down the best service.

I walked in without a appt, maybe dont do that, they seemed busy only 3 people where working. Kinda low for a Friday I thought. I was told a short wait and sat upfront, while I was waiting I grabbed a Sprite and mnms from the machine, I mention it because its important that m&ms were expired from months ago. While I was waiting another women came in a apparent regular I would assume and was gestured over to one of the foot tubs and massage chairs. Had I got to chill out the same way I would have stayed but I guess first impressions dont matter.... the Male at the front was really kind handed me a swatch of nails to look over. Really would have loved to get my nails done. Guess Ill hit up my regular spot were from day one your treated like you have been there a million times.

When u ask if they will charge you to fine nails down and they Dont answer you then charge you 3$ extreme after its done not cool. I have been to this place so many time cause they have fills for 10$ I just had m6 nails done here 7 days ago and nails are already chipping and stretcher so I get them paint and charged 11$ for services and could have gotten fills done also for 15$ now I know just go to place that cost more. They just did my nails 6 days ago and no apologies for me needing to pay to get them red one 6days later. So I paid 33$ to have nails done. Wow... I wouldnt even complain if they did not answer my Question about will you charge me to fine nails down... No answer then they charge me 3$...

I DIDNT HAVE SERVICES DONE HERE, WHICH IS WHY THEY GOT 2 STARS INSTEAD OF 1. I DONT KNOW THE QUALITY.) I came in around 11:45, and wanted a acrylic soak off and dip set. There was 2 employees. One doing a full set acrylic and the other a pedicure. So i sat down, and started waiting. 3 people came in and left due to poor scheduling. The last straw for me is when a lady came in for her 12:45 appointment and was argued with about it. The staff never penciled her in so therefore she didnt have an appointment. Poor communication, the dip sample colors didnt even have clear coat and the gel sample colors were lumpy and slapped together. After the initial hello what do you need, no one spoke to me for 45 minutes. So I left. The least you can do is let me know if theres a wait. Also, dont argue with customers in front of other customers.

The worst experience Ive ever had! The manager was rude when the customer was dissatisfied. I was the third customer in a row he did not listen to and did his own thing. The poor woman kept having to fix his mistakes. He down right refused to refund one customer after he burned her eyebrow! I wont be returning after a 2 hour wait and disrespectful customer service!!
