Charles, the owner, does great work. I love the way my hair looks and the cut stays good for a long time. Try them out and see what you think. Its worth it.

Great place and excellent haircut. Charles is great and does a wonderful job. Even my 6 yr old will have no one but Charles cut her hair.To be blunt, it is the first time Ive had a great haircut with a White hair dresser; majority of salons do not seem to know what to do with thick, wavy, frizzy or curly hair, I understand they dont even train with such hair. So If you are non- European American and non-African American, he will and can do your hair very well. I cannot comment however on African American hair, as Im not one.

He got me in very quickly as Im a Canadian and have to leave my new Home immediately. I look forward to coming back in the fall and will definitely be booking with Crimson again ! Amazing stylists. The place practices good social distancing measures and everybody wears a mask. We skipped the shampoo in order to keep the time inside down to a minimum.

Crimson salon is always clean. We socially distance and we all wear masks. Of course my cut and color are always beautiful.

The only place in Tucson to get fantastic cut and color EVERY TIME. Charles and Brooke will give you the same cut and color every time if that is what you want, but what I personally love is that they arent afraid to try something new when you want to shake it up. Charles can look at the shape and texture of my hair (thin and brittle- which makes it really important to have a great colorist!), look at the shape of my face, and tell me options that would look good. He is not afraid to tell me if something wouldnt work well and why. He will take the time to make it right, and I have NEVER left disappointed. I have been going here for a decade, after moving from bigger cities and struggling to find an excellent stylist and colorist here in Tucson. Ive started bringing my teenage daughters in, and he always makes us feel like a million dollars. He does crazy and incredible coloring when my 17 year old wants it, and I think keeps me looking years younger. THANK YOU, Charles, for always having a wonderful energy and attitude and for how you bring our gorgeous out.

Brazilian Blowout is worth every penny!! I have fine, shoulder length hair and when it naturally dries- it’s frizzy. I didn’t want to keep having to apply heat to my already fragile hair. Charles suggested a Brazilian Blowout. This not only helped my dry frizzy look but it also helped lock my color in longer. I no longer have the brassy, faded color issue. My hair is soft, straight and has a dark glass, silky look. I love it! Thanks Charles!

The very best in town

My son has been a loyal customer of Charles for many years. I usually go to the inexpensive hair salons like Great Clips, but this time, for my birthday, my son treated me to a hair cut with Charles. I received one of my best haircuts ever! I always know when the cut is well done, because after several weeks, the cut still looks wonderful. Charles was a delightful person and I left the salon feeling very beautiful and happy.

Today I had my first experience with Crimson salon and I have to say that I am hooked. I got the best hair cut of my existence and have Stevie to thank. She was kind and patient and eager to help me get the look I desired. The salon was very clean and comfortable. The prices were more than reasonable, and the staff....not an ounce of snooty. I will be referring my friends and coworkers to Stevie for her excellent artistry and kind disposition. Thank you again!

Crimson is THE best! They are always professional and attentive-- scheduling appointments is easy and theyll always find a way to squeeze you in if needed. I came to Brooke for a basic trim and style, but now she colors my hair as well. Id never professional had my hair colored so I was super nervous to go from dark brunette to adding lots of blonde. She was so awesome and listened to my vision but gave great tips on adjusting the colors to fit me. My color lasts so long and the blonde never turns that brassy look. Brooke and Charles are amazing! They work well together and the salon has the best vibe. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I used to go see Stevie and I LOVED her, but Charles did my hair this last time and I hated the whole experience. I had to wait forever and then listen to Charles talk about himself the whole time. Guess what? Nobody cares!! He blew off my request to do what I wanted to do with MY hair and did what he wanted. It looks terrible. I got my hair washed by Brooke, and what an air head she is. I still had color in my hair. My scalp was so itchy I had to go home and wash it. I think it is terrible that Charles is even in business after firing Stevie (who is 8 months pregnant!) Do yourself a favor, and dont go to Crimson Salon.

Just went in for an eyebrow waxing, phenomenal experience. They were courteous, professional, and fun. Though their prices are so reasonable, I could never imagine getting better service anywhere even if I had to pay a fortune.

My best experience ever. Friendly they know exactly what u want. Hair was PERFECT .They offer frappuccino, when ur getting shampooed the put a cold compress over ur eyes.
