We’ve been using Drachmans sparkle cleaners for a long time~ but it had been a long time since we’ve used them due to the pandemic. But it’s still the same amazing service. Was very pleased with the customer service and the cleaning of our grand father’s clothes for an upcoming wedding. Thank you alwys

I used this location a lot back in the Lute Olsen days, then went elsewhere for various reasons.I started using them again in JAN of 2021. Man! Things have been upgraded! Their cleaning has always been exceptional. And now, with the app, it is a breeze dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning. Also, a shout out to the counter staff, as they always seem to have a great attitude! I now use them exclusively.

Very friendly, helpful people on the phone and in person. I had a large, crocheted blanket that needed to be washed and blocked. This is the only place I found that can block large items. The work was done in a timely manner, and the price was right!

The pleasant demeanor of the staff is fantastic and greatly appreciated. I am always met with a smile and a hello. My garments always look great and I am thankful for the locker service which I use often.

Excellent quality dry cleaning; customer service is top notch. But they’re expensive. Yesterday, I paid $71 to have three 2-piece suits and three shirts dry-cleaned. I called another local dry cleaner who also has excellent reviews, and they will charge me close to 1/3 less to do the same work. Sorry, Sparkle. You priced me out.

The service was polite and punctual. I had my silk shirt dry cleaned there and it looks beautiful. My shirt was ready before the time they stated it would be. Also, the price I paid was cheaper than the price I was quoted.

I have been using Sparkle on Drachman for years. They are friendly, professional and always on time. I drive by many other dry cleaning options on my way to work, but I am so happy with the service on Drachman, I wouldnt consider changing.

I had a handmade (?) tablecloth cleaned. It was a gift from my daughter from a trip to the Caribbean and it came with no cleaning instructions. It was beautifully, cleaned, no fading or discoloration or other problems. This location has been our go-to for many years. The staff is always very friendly and takes time to explain procedures, especially those that may require extra care like this tablecloth.

They dry clean/laundered my dress/work clothes on a regular basis at this point.They are a great group over on Drachman and I have been very satisfied for a couple of years. The staff is wonderful, I enjoy visiting with whomever is working, and Evelyn, the manager is a gem. She always has a smile and a kind word; really they all do.Almost two years ago I had most of laundry ready for pick-up at the Drachman location, when I was was seriously injured in a freak accident and spent about half the year in hospitals/rehab centers, totally forgetting things like dry cleaning.Months later my father went in there and all my stuff was there and clean and they had such positive attitude about it that it buoyed my spirits at a dark time. They could have sold my stuff or tossed it or charged me storage fees at least, but did not. I was pretty much a stranger to them at the time, so they seem to treat everybody well. The rest of my belongings were stolen by various parties who were tasked with emptying my apartment and securing my possessions. I did not recall that i even had clothrs with them, but as I said, my father went there at my suggestion, and was able to retrieve most of my clothes, no claim ticket or proof of anything to be had. Evelyn asked him some questions and satisfied with his responses, turned over my things. These things amounted to about 2/3rds of everything I still owned, so it was a big deal for me. Thanks.PS: It would be nice if that restaurant across the street, in the former EeGees location, would go ahead and open up, although this has not had a negative effect on Sparkles customer service.

I use Sparkles for all my cleaning needs. Drapes, tablecloth, dry cleaning, laundry, even ball caps. All of their employees are very courteous, professional and most helpful. If the clothes aren’t up to par, such as double creases on pants, they happily take it back and get it right. Buttons that are missing or magically put back on. We most appreciate the folded shirts service, which cuts down on the use of plastic and hangers.

They know how I want my cloths extra starch n they go out of their way to do that . Evlen n the team are so nice . Great people

I was extremely disappointed, I dropped off 5 hats to be dry cleaned and they shrunk all 5 hats and left the wool around the brim dimpled if they couldn’t perform the service they should say so instead of having you sign a waiver and leaving you to just accept their shotty work, there was no acceptance of accountability on their part

I have been coming to Sparkle Cleaners 12y now. Evelyn she is so thoughtful and a very beautiful person all the way around. Shell ask you hows your day is always greets me as I walk up. I could ask her a question about something and shell have the answers for me. The rest of the crew is just as good. The always have my stuff ready and now they have this new thing were if I forgot or cant make it in they will put it in an outside locker.

I own a cleaning business and have many short term rental turnovers. Sparkle has been a lifesaver when i have several turns a day and a mountain of laundry. It is always fast, quality, and folded for ease in putting right away i would swear they press the sheets and pillowcases which is wonderful and something i do not have time to do! I love Sparkle Cleaners. They are fast and my clothes always come back clean and pressed. I have been going to them for years. The VIP program makes life even easier because Im able to drop off my clothes after hours. When I pick up my clothes Im always greeted with a friendly staff member with a smile. There have been a couple times over the years when I received a shirt and there was a small snag, but Mgmt right away was sure to point it out when I pick my clothes and make immediate restitution. They removed gum from my really nice button up shirt. It took them 5 minutes, and no cost! Simply amazing.

They made a terrible job pressing my expensive shirt, it looked as if theyd washed it but they said they hadnt. I gave it back to be pressed again, it has come back snagged and hardly better. Will not return and do not recommend this dry cleaner. For yrs Ive used Garcia on 22nd, worth the long drive, theyve never done a poor job.

Terrible cleaning service! I took in a suit and 4 ties for cleaning. At first I was thrilled they could get the job done in one day, then I realized how. They cleaned nothing at all. Literally every single spot and spill on the garments when I dropped them off was still there when I picked them up. So $35 later I still have the same dirty suit and ties. I literally think they put my clothes on hangers, put some plastic covers on them then took my money. Extremely disappointing :(

I have a 4 month old baby and two dogs. We stuck a No Soliciting sign on our door, because the dogs bark when the doorbell is rung and it wakes up the baby.Kevin Moffit ignored our sign, rang our doorbell, the dogs barked, and the baby woke up after I finally got her to sleep.Ill take my clothes elsewhere.
