Love it here! Each time I come the people are super friendly, attentive, and do an amazing job with nails (feet and toes) all pictures are regular polish, can’t imagine how it’d look with gel!Also, place is really clean.

Technician did a great job. Covid and all around health protocols were perfect. And they were super sweet when I forgot my credit card (and CASH) and had to run back to my hotel. Results were beautiful, too.

Love this cute new place!The space is clean and pretty big. Has many pedicure chairs that come with the massage option and its so relaxing.Jane always does my nails and is very sweet and is very detail oriented. She makes me feel at home when she does my nails. The staff are very friendly too.Prices are great considering the location. I live next door so coming here is extremely convenient.Highly recommend! This is my new go-to spot for nails.

Jiesse did an amazing job she is talented!!! I love my nails both of the ladies did both hands at once to make them perfect they really care about their clients. When I walked in I asked about prices and they gave me different options for me and calculated them, I didn’t ask them to but that’s how much they care about the customer. I got acrylic French shade nails with glitter on the tips ($95) and a $30 pedicure. I showed pictures and the result was better then the pictures they are very good at filing the skinny coffin shape.

Just had my nails done SNS / OPI dipped at Sogo Nails. They got me in as a walk in - only a short 5-10 min wait. My nail technician took her time and did a very professionally and beautiful job on my nails. My nails look amazing! Price was reasonable. Even got a short neck and hand massage after nails were finished - very nice touch! Sogo was clean and brightly lit as well. Welcoming environment. Will return again when in the area.

I walk in and show the manager a Groupon I had bought and he saw it and sat me in. It was for a pedicure and gel manicure. He then proceeded to up-sell me for a add on for the manicure I did not understand I ended up agreeing to a $13 add on. (Which is fine) the pedicure was just also fine. when we got to nails the tech right before the gel process I asked if I could pay and tip. Turns out this apparently wasn’t the “right” Groupon for this location and then charged me for extras I wasn’t even aware of...Highly unprofessional if he knew it wasn’t the right Groupon then why proceed to sit me down and rip me off?

Sogo is a very nice and clean nail salon. I come here often and today I came back for the first time since the pandemic. There are many nail salons in NYC but Sogo is big/spacious and very clean. They have safety measures in place for social distancing and cleaning. I did not feel worried getting my nails done. I felt relaxed and safe. Jesse did my nails and I am so impressed with her work. I highly recommend this salon and it was recommended to me by a friend.

I’ve been there twice before always happy with outcome but today for the 1st time ever I am 100% satisfied with my nails. Jessi omg she did an amazing job worked on every detail. Length, shape just everything. Amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

I use to love going here but it has changed. You will tell them the services you want and then they will forget and ask you multiple times. They overbook clients.They don’t soak your hands before cutting cuticles, you have to ask! Back massages are not good. I got an Egyptian pedicure here and they forgot to use the hot stones! When I asked, they were like “oh yeah” and only did 5 minutes with it when its an $85 pedicure.Not worth spending your money here.

I had just had a new full set of extensions with dip powder done at a salon in Boston, and needed a place to do a fill in NYC. I asked over the phone about a pink and white ombre dip fill and they said sure they do that. When I arrived for my appointment, the manager was so rude. He said that they do not do refills with dip and if I wanted my nails done by them I would need a new full set of extensions each time, soaking off the dip and tips from only 2 weeks prior. That is unheard of and absurd. Unreal. Go elsewhere.

Horrible! I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and I never had my nails look this bad.I spent 3 hours in the salon. So much for a nice relaxing Sunday. I show a picture of how I want my nails done. She’ll file a couple of strokes then ask if it’s it. I tell her to make it look like the picture. The people who work here don’t think. She’s doing this every few strokes for every nail! It got so bad I just gave up and say just make my nails even. There’s no integrity as I tell her my nails are uneven and says it’s my finger. I stuck my nails side by side and show her where it’s uneven. She said, “Well I like it that way!” Just laziness on top of being completely incompetent. I strongly question if this woman is even licensed. I’m literally showing her how to file my nail shape. It got so bad I had to start filling my nails myself!It’s just monkey see monkey do. There’s pretty pics on here but I have to assume these are stolen pictures from other people’s work cuz the work and customer service here is atrocious.

Took girlfriend. She liked the place and was in and out, even though it was crowded. She raved about the place.

My SNS powder was way too thick like I had chiclets (the gum) on my nails. The girl tried really hard, but I could tell she wasn’t experienced with SNS. I also had an appointment and sat in the chair waiting for the guy to run my pedicure water for way longer than I should have had to after he waived me over to go sit in the pedicure chair. After he had ran everyone else’s water letting them soak, he went to the front and did a bunch of other stuff and just kept walking back and forth past me. I’d make eye contact and look down to see if maybe he just didn’t notice but he’d look down and up and keep going. Finally I asked and he ran it, but it was just super weird.

I got a pedicure here and the service was great. Amazing messages!
