My nail tech, Peter, does an amazing job and he has been doing my nails for over a year. He provides great quality work every time! Make sure you go visit the salon and ask for Peter! He’s wavy!

I dont get a pedi often. I really just wanted to get my legs messaged. I really enjoyed it. I got the deluxe. My feet feel soft and smooth! It felt great. The chair was just ok. I would suggest this place. They did charge extra for gel polish.My girlfriend got her nails done. They look nice and blue. Bout all I have to say about that lol

I will never go back to this salon. I was visiting and decided to try a new place. The pedicure was ok but she charged me $35 for the pedicure but she only did the basic pedicure. I also got an fill in and by time I got to my destination my nail had broke so I had to drive back 20 mins to get my nail fixed! The next day I was traveling to New Orleans by the time I got there my gel polish had started chipping off 🤬 I paid $70 for a pedicure and manicure and it was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!!

Had a good time here! Took my family here and we were treated amazingly. The quality of the services were on point. The shop’s sanitation is also very good and they make sure to sanitize any surfaces before customers are seated.

First time here and got a gel manicure and eyebrow wax. The pricing was comparable to other salons. I was greeted immediately once I walked in and given a selection of colors to choose from. COVID precautions were in place with customers and employees wearing masks and a clear acrylic screen between customer and employee. Can’t wait to come back again!

Like many, Ive been staying home and staying safe for the past year. Today, vaccinated me headed to VIP for my first pedicure in a year!! The staff are doing a great job following Covid protocols and keeping the space clean. The high ceilings are a nice bonus for those of us experiencing claustrophobia as we rejoin society.My technician fixed a hangnail that has plagued me for months and now my toes are sandal ready!!

I would like to start this review by saying I have been to a lot of nail salons and never have I felt this obligated to write a review. I see a lot of good reviews for people wanting very basic nails and I probably should have looked elsewhere but I figure I was not asking for too much. I was charged $80 for nails a set of SNS nails which I have never had to pay. Not only were they extremely overpriced but they were done HORRIBLY! I hope if you chose to go here, your experience is better than mine.

Nail techs were professional and outgoing. Atmosphere is very sanitary and customers are all separated away from each other which is good. Services were on point. Will be coming back.

They must have a goal amount to charge each customer because they really tried to pressure me to add on more services. I have bad anxiety and they kind of triggered it. Not to mention they charged me an extra $10 hopping I wouldn’t have noticed. My gel manicure has a lot of bumps but I wanted to leave so bad that I just charged it to the game.

My first experience was okay need to find the tech with the gift of doing nails. Overall experience good.

I don’t know how they are in business. I took a picture of my nails but somehow I can’t post it here. Extremely sloppy! I had to go to another salon to get it removed and redone. Waste of time and money!I was just in shock that the lady who did my nails thought it was good enough to charge me!

Never Again! They are rude & rough. I paid $90 for a Medicare & Pedicure. They nipped me twice on my toes & once on my nails. Not to mention, they never put lotion on my hands, when I paid for the deluxe package. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I enjoy coming to this salon its close and the service is nice. Dominic did a great job on my nails!The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because Ive been overcharged twice ( 20% from $32 isnt $29) and then tipped on top of that amount. Not sure if they are including a tip in the price without telling customers. So enjoy but bring your calculator.

*Pro tip* They are very busy after 5. If you are planning to see Peter, you may have to wait a long time. Keep those things in mind and save yourself the attitude when it takes over 2 hours to get everything done.I decided to come back to this nail salon again because its by my job and I was unhappy with the nail salon I was going to. Im so glad I did. Peter is amazing. I actually waited 3 weeks to review because I wanted to be sure I was giving an accurate review. The gel hasnt peeled or chipped and Ive received so many compliments on my nails. Im so glad I decided to not cut them and let Peter do his thing.

This nail salon is in a great location, minutes from 285. It’s very clean and nice decor. I usually go to Jenny. She does a great job on my SNS nails. she’s great! I’ve had others do my nails and I always leave satisfied too.

I began coming here because regular salon, Queens (down the street), does beautiful work at fair prices, but is always too crowded. This place does decent work, but when I came here for a childs gel polish change, they charged $20 for the polish (no manicure) and $5 for the removal of the old polish. Seems pretty high to me. May return for an adult service, but will really need to think about that for my child. Her nails looked beautiful, but the price turned me off.

This was my first time here. I live across the street. I was very pleased. Vivian was my nail tech and she did a fantastic job...she understood exactly what I wanted. I will be going back.I miss my old nail tech...but glad I found a new one very close to my new living location.

Vip nails, I’ve been coming here for 1 year now and my nail tech is also name Jenny! She’s very professional, kind, and easy to talk to! I’ve introduced a couple of my friends to her and they all love her as well! She’s actually the best nail tech I’ve been to and it’s a shame that she’s so busy most of the time, so I usually have to make an appointment first. She’s definitely worth it though! I highly recommend going to this place and requesting Jenny’s service!

This was one of the worst gel manicures I’ve had. The manicurist made me bleed twice and did a sloppy paint job. I was really disappointed.

The gel nail was chipping after only 2 days and had bubbles on the nails too. Not going back.

They did a decent job but I feel I was over charged!!! $50 for a gel pedi. It was $27 before the gel. RIPOFF!!

I truly enjoyed the comfort given by staff, especially Ms.Cindy. She showed me the greatest costumer service. I did not want to go just yet so I decided to get an add on eyebrow arch. I came in with a color from an ad on my social media and they had a Match. I look forward to my $5 off after my 6th visit.

Been here a couple of times for pedicures, I would have given 4 stars previously. Prices have gone up. Large selection of polishes, unfortunately several were too thick to be used. Pedicure was adequate. It was quite rude for the nail technician to wave over someone else, to talk and point about my feet in another language. (I have discoloration from poison ivy on my feet. It has long healed.) It went on so long that I was on the verge of walking out. My shoes werent put on until after polishing and discovered both big toes were smudged in the process

This place is great and when you come in, make sure to ask for Kathy. She does the best nails there as well as others but I prefer her. Overall service here is amazing and I recommend everyone to come here.

I love this place they always take their time and you really feel like they care! I always get the SNS powder and a pedicure and both come out better than any other salon!

Today was my second time visiting VIP nails. During my first experience they changed the price for my nails 3 times. The price that was quoted to me when it was time to pay was higher than the price on their wall and in their pamphlet and they refused to honor it. I went back again today because the location was convenient for my schedule yet again the prices had changed. On top of this, the tech BUTCHERED my nails. I didn’t ask for anything fancy just short and square. My nails were uneven and the shape was just wrong. I kept trying to direct the young lady but she kept telling me she couldn’t make it even because my nails beds were different lengths. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never had this problem. I asked to speak to the manager who told me the lady that messed my nails up was the only one who could fix it. Crazy right. When I let her know I wanted someone else to fix it because she couldn’t get it right she made me wait an HOUR before she actually came and looked at my nails. Which I honestly didn’t mind because they were short staff and she was finishing up a customer. But what frustrated me was when she finally saw my nails she LAUGHED at the terrible job the lady had did. So at this point I want a refund and I’m ready to go elsewhere. They wouldn’t give me a refund and she rushed to try and fix nails to no avail because they still look terrible. Needless to say they are wayyyy to expensive, the customer service is sub par, and the techs need more practice. I will not return there again.

Grossly overpriced and bad handiwork. Got a basic manipedi and was upcharged 89$, even worse the tips are uneven and dont even cover the entire nail. Continuously pointed and laughed at scars on my hand, and did things I told them not to. really not worth it.

I got an infection from the technician using a metal cheese grater looking thing on my feet!!!I found out from podiatrist THOSE ARE ILLEGAL! THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REPLACE THEM FOR EACH CUSTOMER!They also can not sterilize them, they just transfer germs from one customer to another!!!The $27 pedicure I got has cost me over $100 in doctor visits and medicine!!!

Wouldn’t recommend it. They need to put some of their employees back in school. Went in for a fill in. Within 5 min. Of being in her chair she started putting acrylic on not even being careful not to get it on my skin. When she cut down my nails she didn’t check to make sure they were evenly shaped or matching the other hand. She messed up while apply gel polish to one of my fingers. Instead of completey taking off the gel polish she wiped with a napkin and put gel polish on top. Was in her chair all of 10-15 minutes. It felt super rushed. When it was finished i wasn’t happy and the manager knew. She redid my nails. They still don’t look like something that was worth paying for. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars & would give more is because the manager was nice and wants to make sure you’re happy. PLUS the gel polish is chipping. Overall wouldn’t recommend.
