I really wanted to love it because its so convenient to my house but I got a gel manicure and pedicure and within a week half my toes gels have fallen off. My finger nails are doing okay but I think it needed one more coat of color. I probably wont be going back. I did see that they do incredible acrylic nails if you like that.

I got dip nails and it started to chip week two and same issue with my gel pedicure. Also, I told the technician to clean under my nails which she didn’t before she started the service and when she was done I asked her to cut the dead skin around my cuticles which I assumed is all a part of a manicure and she said it was an extra 10 which was fine but the problem was she pushed my circles back after the main site was done so it looked like I had it done for a week before I even left the salon. I got everything done within two weeks when it should have lasted at least 3. Good part about it, They’re were friendly and welcoming

My wife and I got pedicures at this location, she didnt like her pedicure. The polish was not neat on her feet. My pedicure was awful, my toe nails were not clipped all the way. After 3 day from getting my pedicure, I noticed my big toe started to hurt. By the manicurist not clipping my toenail correctly, I got an infection in my toe,, it caused so much pain that I can barely walk. My wife had to apply pressure to my toe for the infection to leak out. Then she cut the remainder of my toenail. I will never recommend anyone to that nail salon.

I am so displeased. I spend $57 total in here and this is no where near what I asked for. I showed the photo and apparently we still werent on the same page. I am SO disappointed.... My eye brows were the only good thing!

The worst customer service in all of Atlanta. The staff was very rude, and they cannot style nails and they are not personable.

Horrible. The guy who did my nails did it sloppy. Not sure if he was in a rush to close but my nails came out fat! And then they tried to tell me I have big nails as if this was the first time I’ve ever gotten my nails done. Spend your money else where. It’s my birthday weekend. I’m getting these removed and I’m going to my regular tech. What a waste of money! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The lady who runs the salon is always extremely helpful and sweet. Kim does a great pedicure, makes helpful suggestions, and is detailed and attentive. The new pedicure/massage chairs are AMAZING! The salon is kept very tidy and it’s in a super convenient location.

I just left this location and I’m not at all impressed with my nails. I wanted to try a new salon closer to me however no I’ll have to spend more to have somebody fix my nails. I got gel polish and it’s actually tacky and lint is sticking to them. The design was very simple yet was not done with care And I’m pretty sure a child could’ve done a better job. I absolutely would not recommend coming here.

First time going here.They fixed Queens Nails disaster nails.Its not the nicest environment, but the manicurist was nice and she did a good job.Well see if the nails gold up for at least two weeks, I got gel on acrylic and a color change to match my toes.2week edit: the pedicure didnt last but my nails did. The shape was rectangular when I asked for coffin though. I dont think Ill come back due to that. I take my shaping seriously lol

I love the subtle music, amazing massages with a deluxe pedicure, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. I leave feeling relaxed & refreshed and my polish is flawless. Another gem in my neighborhood.

I think that’s a great tactic, & very polite.I got a fresh classic set today, and Jennifer did an awesome job. I messed up going against her suggestion, and when I realized it was not the color I wanted, she calmly fixed it and made it exactly how I wanted.Jennifer saw my vision, and executed beautifully. The location was perfect, and not too crowded. I will definitely be back in for Sns fill in and possibly for their incredible massages that I’ve heard so much about.SincerelyA happy customer

Honestly it wasnt the worst, but the lady did drill my nails way more than any other place Ive ever been. Plus for the price I did kinda expect a little more. I usually go to a place that is a little less in price, but overall its way better than here. I just happened to be in this area for some errands and thought Id give this place a try, but no matter how convenient it was not worth the price due to the lack of other things.

After he wouldnt listen when I told him I wanted my nails square, he told me my polish choice looked bad, even when I told him I actually really liked it because I dont like super flashy reds, and still wanted something red for the holidays, he over grinded the edges of my nails. I told him I wanted 2 layers of the glitter, so he put one layer on, then made the curve. But with the second layer, he didnt go back and fix the curve again on each nail, so it couldve been so much better. This wont show up in the picture, but TRUST, my nails HURT LIKE HELL from him over grinding the sides. 4 Advil is doing nothing to help and I hardly ever take Advil!Then he had the nerve to pass me off to someone else (who Im sure wouldve done better) once his regular appointment arrived. Of course his regular gal glared at me with evil eyes, probably thinking I was the reason he ran late. Ummm, no. He ran late because he grinded the living daylights out of my nails even when I told him he was hurting me.I asked the new nail tech, very politely to make them a little more square, which of course she didnt mind doing. But then when I went to pay the INSANE COST OF $47 & I told her I wanted to add a $3 tip she got an attitude and asked me if I had cash for the tip (obviously because she wanted to split it with him). Um. No. Its not my fault I was charged $7 more than what I was quoted over the phone and it isnt my fault that 2 people touched my nails.On top of all of that, the line where the glitter tip wasnt even, it was crooked on some of my nails, so I had to file them more to cheat the line and give the illusion that they are straighter than they are.Do I hate the finished product after she AND I fixed them? No. Its not the worst Ive ever had done.Did I hate the entire experience? Yes.Do I HATE how bad my nails hurt more than any other nail experience after getting my nails done in salons for over 25 YEARS? Duh. You know that answer. Nails arent supposed to hurt!AND did I also dislike that the nail brush sitting by the sink, that you are supposed to wash your nails with WAS NOT IN AN ANTIBACTERIAL SOLUTION (the green stuff they use to sanitize the brush), so of course I didnt touch it and by then Im left wondering how dirty everything else was (AFTER my nails are already done). This is a nail salon HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. I even told him that I was looking for a new nail tech after going to mine for ten years, and her retiring. He couldve had a customer for another ten years.NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

They are very selective about their nail techs, and Ive not had a bad experience with any of them.They offer all of the expected nail options including acrylic, gel, and solar, and they have several pedicure options. They also have a wide variety of regular polish colors in addition to popular options such as gel, mood changing colors, cat eye, and solar flare.Bring yourself and your guy - and even your kiddies. Got a full set of gel nails with gel polish, service was wonderful! The lady was very nice and fast. At times it did feel a bit rushed but she still did a decent job. Only some unevenness. Prices are a bit high but I will be coming back!

I definitely don’t recommend them for waxing. I went to get my eyebrows done and didn’t like them at all. She tried to fix it with tweezers but it didn’t work. Won’t be going back.

Wonderful, kind, professional staff who always greet everyone by name. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the clientele pleasant. They were incredibly sensitive and understanding when I used to bring my mother in who had dementia. I have been coming for years and look forward to every visit.

I’ve never had a nail salon be perfect. This is the closest I have found to it. For the Tucker/Northlake area, this is the best option - based on service, cleanliness, and end product.

Love my New Nail place. They greet you by name as a regular customer. They offer you bottled water. Quiet relaxing music. No loud talking or blaring TV chatter. Im so glad I found this place

I’ve been going to this location for years to get my toes done. They have amazing technique, great prices, and super friendly. The only complaint I have is when I went to get acrylic on my nails, they applied it very very thick making it hard to manage when they grew out even a little bit. The thickness made the nails subject to snagging on fabrics, and I couldn’t even keep them long enough to get them filled. 10000% recomend for toes, but for nails make sure you tell them to apply the acrylic lightly.

Had a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, although there were smudges on my toe from where she was holding my toes while applying the polish. The manicure polish application was subpar. It was applied very thickly and unevenly. She had to reapply to two nails before I left. Over two hours later I was opening a can of soda, and it completely removed a big section of the polish because it still had not cured due to the ridiculously thick application! I was leaving town the next day and didnt have time to go back, so the removed it all and polished my fingernails myself. I might return, but only for a pedicure or gel polish, not regular polish.

I have become a regular customer of this salon due to its convenient location. I pay ~$35 every two weeks to service my Salon acrylic nails. I also pay $7 for color change on my toenails. Although simplistic in decor, I enjoy the friendly atmosphere that permanently persists with the salon staff. This is one of those places you go where everybody knows your name.I would recommend this salon for all of your nail salon cares.

My salon for 3+ years. Gel nails last 2-3 wks. Susan uses a special LED light that doesnt cause the dark spots on my hands! Great salon and great staff.

This place sucks. Ive been a regular for a while and the last time I went, the woman botched my nails. Shape was uneven and sloppy, differs from nail to nail, and the polish is clumpy and gross looking. On top of that, I went in for a fill-in and a toe nail polish change (not even a pedicure) and they charged me 35$. Maybe its just me, but thats dumb for the service I recieved. The only person in the place that can do nails is the guy. If you have no other option for a salon, make sure you at least get him.

Horrible!!! been there twice and within 5days or less the nails pop off.

They have very good nice staff good place for feet rubs but terrible on nails gone charge me 95$ for some nails that only stayed on for 3days then they were uneven so yeah try again

This place is horrible! The workers don’t care! They rush through everything and when you try to correct them about their mistakes they are careless and don’t even bother to fix the problem they just say sorry and charge you and still repeat the same mistakes! I went back three times and my nails were still uneven, the second time they forgot to put the finish glossy polish on top. I mean they are the worst!!! Don’t go there
