After waiting 20 min I sat down to have my nails done with two repairs. I wasnt happy that it took 3 techs to get my nails done. Im not completely satisfied with the set but its very nice done. I really believe they waaaayyyy overcharged me because I told them Im from out of town. Its a fairly new business that doesnt take credit cards. I do believe they will overcharge anyone being as tho they are doing renovation during business hours. They arent bad people just bad business. No price list anywhere so they can charge what they want. The amount I paid for this set I couldve gotten my pedicure and my nails done with a more elaborate design. When I finally move here I will never visit this shop again

The ladies !!! Are so professional and they did an an amazing job with my acrylic nails 💅 they Lasted for almost a month

Ive been coming to the place ever since the doors open and they have always been loving and kind people went today and found out that they are Under New Management got my nails done anyway and was very please just would like to say good luck to the new management they seem to be doing an awesome job fixing up the place my nail tech I will miss very much because she has been doing my nails for the last five years and now I have a new young lady thats doing my nails and I was very pleased with how she did it quick and fast and made sure that I was very comfortable help me pick out color just for me this is her second time doing my nails she also did my eyebrows and painted my toes and I will continue to come and visit and tell others to come and visit and this is just my opinion and my name Linda chambliss all I can say is welcome to the neighborhood I think you all are going to do big and great things at least Im satisfied and thats saying a lot because I am hard to please

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. The personnel is not professional at all, they are rude. They are not professionals. They are worst than amateurs. Honestly you can do better by yourself. I spent $101 there for nothing. The nails came out 2 days after I got them done and the nail polish on my toe came out as well. I came back with my friend to get them removed because the others nails were moving. And this is what they did. She used a weird tool that hurt me. You don’t need to be a professional to notice that THEY SUCK. Don’t let their shields and them taking temperature fool you. She butchered my nails.

I’m so disappointed about my nails. I went on may 11,2021 at 7pm it was empty. There were only 2 women there working i asked were they still opened. They said yes I told them I wanted French tip on my toes and nails and I needed my eyebrows wax with my lip. They started attending me and two other young ladies walked in wanting full sets. The two young ladies were told because they wait and they said to take their time. The lady doing my nails started rushing doing mines and she was hurting my nails. I don’t her 3 times she was hungry me and she just ignored me and then I yelled you’re hurting me. She damaged my nails. I told her if she was going to rush she could attend the other ladies. If you zoom in on my nails you can see the dust on them because she did not let me wash my hands before putting on the clear acrylic. The another young lady doing my feet did amazing job! She took her time and i loved her service.

Do not spend your money here. Not only did it take almost two hours to have a basic white gel mani pedi, but the manicure was terrible. The tech cut away at my cuticle after EVERY step, including after curing the polish. The polish itself flooded all of my nailbeds. The topcoat was globbed on and attached to my skin. The nails themselves were lumpy, thick, and had bubbles like you wouldnt believe. I asked them to remove the polish and give me a refund, all the while they kept trying to get me to redo after i said multiple times that i didnt want one. When the polish was off they said theyd only give me $10 back because they did my nails. They suck. Spend $5-10 more for an actual good job up the road. Theres a reason theyre so cheap.

Do not waste your money, got a pedi and gel polish on my hands, got it done on Wednesday, started chipping on Friday. Horrible. I paid $51 for trash quality.

Great costumes service. Nacy the nail tech was pilot and sweet. Also got my brows wax and she did great.

Its ok if you get the right one to do your nails. I feel like there products have gotten cheap tho. The gel nail chipped off on the third day on one of the nails.

I had been there before and and another tech did my nails..... never came back until I was in a rush and needed a quick fill in. They had a gel polish that I loved so Ann was available to fix me up real quick. Well I’m picky with my nails because they grow up and when I tell you Ann nailed my nails!!!! Several months later I’m still going. Ann is amazing 💜

Went here yesterday for a regular manicure admfter being pushed to get gel polish i agreed to. didnt take long but my nails had polish lumps on side the tech filed but is rough at touch ive never had an issue similar to this at anyother place. i will never go back because if i didnt want gel in the begining and i decided to finally give you a chance you shouldve taken that opportunity to gain a customer. never will i ever go bk

Manager yelled at me in front of everyone because I can to come back because my nail design came off. I was very nice and pollite. All this on my birthday. I had tipped and everything. She is talking very rudely about me as I am sitting here. She does not know I am writing a review. The lady that did my nails was nice though. I moved to Tucker back in July so to save gas I started coming here to get my nails done instead of driving all the way to Lawrenceville! Not once but twice did my nails bubble up the day after getting my nails done. Right before she was finished the most recent time,I told her I didn’t want any bubbles or I would return ...upset! She nonchalantly said “okay”! Here I am again. Still nonchalant! I’ll never return !

I went in for a pedicure I have been going to this place since they open up but on this particular day I went and I think it was the owner she did my pedicure it was a rush when I say a rush job I wasnt too happy and I didnt have time to tell her but I still left a tip not a happy customer

I went In on Wed and had my nails and toes done. Today is Sunday and I have 3 nails that have popped off they open at 12 I walk in at 12:01 they are too busy to fix what they messed up. I go there faithfully every two weeks but I will never go back in there ever .

I came here because it was close to where I was at the time. I absolutely REGRET coming here. I requested a full-set (white tips). The lady was nice even though she almost butchered my thumb and pinky with her tools. Hopefully I dont get a flesh eating bacteria or infection 😒 The nails are great but because she used pink gel, the tips arent exactly bright white which is really annoying to stare at because they look pinkish. I just wanna rip this set off and start over. Pretty nails she said.... 😐 SMH

Very bad ! left my skin peeled & one of the lady was filing my nails too hard I felt like my nail was gonna come off. She told me $33 for everything at the end she added $5 more I don’t know why. My nail polish started to peel off once I left. Also my nails look very fat. I told her 2 times I wanted them skinny but she ignored me.

I’ve tried this nail salon multiple times because it is close to where I live, they always do a terrible job on my full set I went there 2 weeks ago and it looks like I’ve had these nails for months!!

Ive been to this nail salon 4times and the same person did my nails. The last time I came a new lady did my nails within, 2 day the gel polish slipped off. I went back and explained that the color came off and I would like for her to repolish my nails she told me it would be $15. I explained I already paid $70 and the color should be replaced for free. I asked to speak to a manager and the women told me she was too busy. I work in HR and I know for 100% fact that she is very unprofessional!! Upon my exit the women said she would fix my nails for free, which she did. She did apologize at the end, but did not allow me the manger contact to follow up. I only gave 3 stars because the women who did my nails perviously is a true sweetheart and did a wonderful job. I will only return to this establishment as a desperate LAST result.

I went Saturday to do my nails here and they took at least 20 minutes to start doing my full set. They were done by the older lady with glasses. She asked me if I wanted to wax my eyebrows and insisted I do gel, instead of normal polish. I said no and that put her in a bad mood. My nails looked horrible I asked for short nails and they looked like I literally put play doh on my nails. They were big blobs. Had no shape at all. She didnt file them enough and then I asked for matte black and they didnt look like that. They just looked like if i had some cheap black polish on. I took them off as soon as I got in my car. I was so upset since I was going in for work and didnt have the time to go fix them up anywhere. Would not recommended this place at all.

I got a acrylic take off, polish change on toes, eyebrow arch & mani. While they were polite she rushed the mani & nail take off leaving acrylic (after I pointed out one nail having some after she did mani) if I wanted a quick pop off I wouldve saved $10. She didnt smooth out and buff my nails before applying harder. My eyebrows are Ok theyre not the worst but wouldnt go again. Then when I get home in light I noticed how poorly painted & filed my toes looked. Overall I gave two for politeness & some effort about what I did complain about . Wouldnt return or recommend. TRUST THE REVIEWS!!

Theyre very rude and always rush on my nails The younger one with the blonde hair has a bad attitude and the older one with the glasses does too. They dont update theyre inventory, they never have new gel colors or new products. Never going back there again
